Friendly knowledgeable staff, fresh cuts, great homemade sausage selections every week. Their freezer is always stocked with goodies. They will hand cut and trim anything you need, also can offer advice on cooking different cuts. Love the fresh local selections for beef and chicken. Would be nice if they offered some pre-​made hamburger patties during the summer grilling season. I shop there every week and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Love this place. It’s no nice to have a place with fresh meat and seafood so close to my house. Staff is friendly as well. We’ll be heading up there soon. Can’t wait to grill some shrimp.

I have been a customer of this place for some time. However, during my last visit there for ground beef, I watched the employee grab the beef with his bare hands. No gloves. He then proceeds to wrap up the meat and then takes it to the front and rings me up WITHOUT EVER WASHING HIS HANDS. I was so shocked I didn’t say anything. Needless to say, they have lost my future business as I cannot trust what they are doing up there.

Simply put. They get it.
Wet aged, dry aged, bone in, no bone, Angus Prime meat. Friendly, helpful and reasonably priced for a 3 bone Prime rib.
I will be back in 2 months for another.

The people are really friendly. The prices are higher than I’d like, but certainly competitive considering how high a quality the meat is. I recommend this place, certainly! I do not, however, recommend buying any of the extras. Their price for corn was completely unreasonable when I bought it. I could get a dozen at the farmers market for the price of 3 at their shop. All in all, definitely a great place for meat but not for anything else. :)

I saw an ad for Block n Blade on facebook, and thought I would give it a try. Bought racks of ribs for $ 10 each, and they were amazing! I wish this place were closer to my house so I could go more often.

I love this place. The meat is always fresh. The guys are always friendly. The prices are always low. Since finding The Butcher Shoppe I no longer buy meat at the grocery store. It is so easy and convenient to walk in and tell them which meat package I want and not have to dig through the meat in the grocery store.
