The kids had a lot of fun. We had a bit of a wait because we needed two lanes and it was peak hour. We signed up for their newsletter to receive $ 10 off. I presented the email at the register and were told we needed to have the printed version. Unfortunately, we are from out of town with no access to a printer. The guy at the register was so kind to call the owner to explain the situation and they still honored our discount. This definitely made up for my nachos taking a bit long and of course the one hour wait. Thank you starlite lanes! We will definitely return when in Flagstaff.

They really need another bowling alley in flagstaff. This is like the 5th time I’ve gone and something went wrong. Gave it another shot and someone recommended I do the mailing list to get a $ 10 coupon. Showed them the email I got from them. They wanted me to kill a tree and print it out. «Boss man’s rules» even though I was talking to the manager. I’m done with the place. No other place to bowl tho huh?

This place rocks ! Excellent bowling alleys, nice beer and good food. Clean all over right to the rest rooms.
Look for Mike and Jerry — they’ll take good care of you and make you feel at home. Excellent place for all audience types …
Went there on christmas day and it was fantastic. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the only bowling alley in Flagstaff. Its pretty much like any typical bowling alley. It has a bunch of lanes, shoe rentals, balls to borrow, a small café, and arcade games. It also boasts a bar, which is not something you see in every one, which is nice. It’s nothing really special. The customer service is good, and the services are good. This place does however have computers that break down more often compared to other places and also messes up your previous turn which can be frustrating. Given that the price is higher than other bowling alleys, I must say, I am not a huge fan of this place. But it’s the only place in town to get your bowling on besides a video game, so I guess Flagstaffians will have to deal with it.

Had a great time here on a daytrip from Scottsdale. Prices were pretty good and everyone was friendly. Will come back when I can, always like to bowl.

The owner is a horribly mean person. He puts down people when they come in to talk to him. I have lived here for almost 40 years and have never heard of anyone talking down to a women the way he did. Disgusting if you ask me. I will make sure anyone I know wont go there again. EVER!

This town ain’t big enough for two bowlin’ alleys… so we only have one.
But that’s alright! They have nice hours, and the bowling alley doesn’t smell like smoke, and they have a jukebox, and VELCRO shoes! I mean best part or best part?
It cost me about $ 10 for two games of bowling and the aforementioned shoe rental. It was a Saturday night and there were a lot of people there, but it wasn’t too full. I wish they had a special on weekends or something, like unlimited bowling for X amount of time, but ah well.

This place sucks the employees where douchebags and had no respect for the customers and they didn’t even have shoes for me to use but still made me pay for them. The place was dirty and gross I will never go back. By fare the worst service ever.

It is the only bowling alley in town, and the staff is mostly friendly and courteous. But because it is the only alley in Flagstaff, they charge you more for bowling. Coming from Tucson, prices are about a dollar more per game. They do have great deals on certain nights of the week, so if you take advantage of that it can be a good deal. I’ve used Starlight Lanes for a few events and they have done a great job working with the group.
