Whenever i get an inkling for some good bo sahm(steamed pork that you wrap in steamed cabbage leaves and spicy radish) i only go to Chang Choong Dong. Although it is a simple dish, i have had restaurants butcher it. Either the spicy radish is too sweet or the steamed pork is… understeamed. But CCD does a great job with their bo sahm and am happy that they are so close to where i work. So i know that FW is far, but come here and have this delicious dish. you won’t be sorry. as a side note: In Korea, Chang Choong Dong is a neighborhood that specializes in Soon Dae but i haven’t tried their soon dae yet. I’m still stuck on their boh sahm! yum yum!
