Worst customer service ever. Not sure this old lady working there is the owner, but she has excellent talent to make customers visit there get mad and unhappy. I have experienced this every time when I visit this location. If she is the employee, I am assuming she is getting under pay. Just terrible service which I don’t want to experience again.

It is so funny how everyone has the same experience here. There are maybe two wonderful associates that work at this location… The shorter Vietnamese woman is seriously the best. She’ll spend as much time with you as you want, and literally acts like your friend while you’re in there and takes the time to show you all the deals!.. HOWEVER the manager at this location is seriously one of the most awful people ever, and should never be let out of the back office. I originally thought she was racist because she spends the entire time glaring at you, and telling you they don’t have what you need (even though they do). Then she walks around peeking at you through the isles… She gets weird when you want to open nail polishes and gets weird when you ask about any kind of ethnic hair product. I am relieved to know that she had been this way with other people and can now chalk up what I thought was racism, to her just being a pretty epic «b word»… she should work as an accountant somewhere and NOT in a customer service environment.

Orasa is the best! I hope I spelled her name right! She has purple magenta hair! Best customer service ever!!! Always finds the best stuff that suits me! I always leave with goodies that I’m very happy about! I will continue coming back here over and over! I hope she stays at this store foreverrrrrr! Lol

Never going back! I spend A LOT of money here every few weeks and I’m SHOCKED at how I was treated today by Maggie. Who is the store manager! Never in my life have I experienced such rude and horrible customer service. Not only will I take my business, spending, and entire salon staff to the South Hill location, I’ll also be contacting corporate tomorrow to inform them of my experience with Maggie. I’ve never complained about a person or place in my life and I downloaded Unilocal just to write this review! I highly suggest going to ANY of the other locations. Unless of course, Maggie is fired, which she deserves. Rude, rude, rude!

I usually go to CosmoProf in Federal Way for the connivence. When I do go I enjoy the nice clean isles and friendly customer service. I think of this establishment is likened to Costco for me with everything I can stock up on and I usually leave with LARGE quantities of $$$ product. The staff always greets me and informs me on up coming seminars.
I really look forward to shopping here with my Large List in hand. That being said I am perplexed with what occurred on my last shopping experience.
I normally don’t write remarks, so I am doing this in the hope that perhaps retraining could be in order to fix this unfortunate experience so others could avoid what happened to me. I really like this store, however; the problem ensued not from general help-​they have been great its from Maggie the Manager. She was very rude and had a most negative attitude when she rang me up. I mentioned to her I did not appreciate this treatment and she said I had been rude from the time she saw me. What kind of customer service is this? I now understand why there is always a help for hire sign on the door.
