This is my favorite Chipotle location! The chicken is cooked perfectly, the line moves reasonably fast, and the employees don’t judge me when I ask for an embarrassingly large amount of sour cream. It doesn’t get any better than that!

Im sad about whats going on with this bussines, but not even the emplotes are trying to keep this place clean. Its so filthy. I dont think they have the same amount of costumer after the ecoli breakout so they have time to at least clean. C’mon

I think this is just as good as any other chipotle. And oh my god I love chipotle, chipotle is my liiife! I usually don’t get a burrito, so I don’t care about all these other reviews on their«terrible burrito wrapping» I mean, people must not care too much because, it’s still there so… CHIPOTLE!!!

The worst Chipotle on the planet! I eat at Chipotle all the time. Normally the service is uniform across locations and pretty good, but here everything is sub par. –Burrito Rolling: Terrible –Speed of Service: Slow –Ingredients: the seem to never have the ingredients ready. Today the had to refill salad greens and had NO dressing. Other times it has been any or all other things. And it’s at all times of the day, not just busy times. –Care: none. The don’t seem to care weather or not the give good service and that is the most disturbing thing. If you care, you can then fix the other stuff. They don’t care. Never going back here ever.

Do not expect any sort of consistency here, even if going the same day/time of week. Also, do not expect simple verbal directions to be acknowledged(a little sour cream means you get double the heaping as the people did before you). Employees seems as content with their experience there as I was — an one star experience.

I love, love Chipotle, I’m here at least once a week. Since moving to Falls Church in August, the burrito rolling of this location is awful. At first I wanted to give new, young employees the benefit of the doubt, thinking they’d learn from their experiences. Unfortunately, it’s still bad. I personally love having all my ingredients wrapped up in a tight, warm burrito so when massive amounts of toppings are dumped on without thought of how they will fit and then asked«do you just want this in a bowl?» The answer is not really. Step it up team, you can do it!

If you want diarrhea, go to this Chipotle… sounds like the manager is from Famous Dave’s next door.

Definitely one of the worst Chipotles I’ve visited. Staff barely acknowledges customer’s presence and seems irritated to take orders. Have never been when all food options available. Almost always out of fajita veggies. Last time, no guacamole. This time, no brown rice. Don’t waste your time or money here. Better off driving to Ballston, McLean, or Seven Corners.

The quality of their food has gotten really bad and their costumer service sucks! Last time they forgot to give me guac. This time they gave me black guac… I think the manager must have changed because the new guy was so impolite and he needs to learn common sense. I’m not going back here. Im done with this location and their lack of food quality, next time I’m going to Tysons for my chipotle fix!

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. My orders have rarely been correct, the service is slow and distracted, and at times, outright rude. The food is fairly consistent with others in the chain, yet sloppily made. I used to go here by default, but have taken my business down the street to the slightly more expensive Baja Fresh. Would like to see this place pick up a bit!

I like Chipotle, but this place is run terribly which seems to be a common theme in Falls Church City. On my most recent visit, I went in at 8:20 on a Monday(open until 10pm) and ordered hard tacos and a bowl. They only had 2 hard taco shells and said they couldn’t make more. The fajita veggies looked like they had been there for 2 hours, but… they couldn’t make more in spite of 5 people standing around. After waiting 5 minutes to have the final toppings applied, I told the guy at the register«Wilmer», that this was the most inefficient Chipotle. Wilmer’s response was, verbatim, ” you can always go to another Chipotle”. I asked if that was really his response, to which he replied«yes that’s my response». This place is a joke.

I’ve been to this Chipotle numerous times and it has always included poor service with my order. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a gift card, I wouldn’t have gone. We got a steak bowl and a steak quesadilla — both had the same amount of steak as I watched them scoop, but was charged double meat for the quesadilla. Ridiculous to be charged $ 9.65 for just steak and cheese compared to a steak bowl at $ 7.50 with rice and most of the toppings. Also, it was more important for the cashier(Eric according to the receipt) to fill the napkins instead of checking us out real quick since no one was behind us. After waiting for him to come back, we had 2 – 3 people behind us, also waiting. There were a couple other issues that bugged me about this place, but not worth it to go into. As you can see by the low rating, DONOTGOHERE. Go to Qdoba or the Chipotle in Tysons. Anywhere is better. By far, the WORST Chipotle.

These«kids» need some management. The food was good, but the service and attention that the customers around me and I received today was sloppy and unprofessional. They were more concerned with their personal lives and conversations than thoroughly completing an order. The Seven Corners location is best.

Possibly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in every aspect possible. I’ve never had to wait so long in a line at a Chipotle, I think the average time to get through the line is about 15 minutes if there’s a line. Don’t even get me started on how I’ve been in line & how much longer I’ve had to wait before they didn’t restock chicken, steak or rice before it ran out(common sense). The quality of the meat & rice can be a hit or miss & is never consistent. I’ve gotten steak once that was rubbery & flat out gross that I had to throw out the more than half my burrito bowl. The staff is never friendly & plain slow, the only reason I’ve returned to this Chipotle one too many times is because it’s right by my work. If I were you, I would avoid this Chipotle at all costs & drive out of your way to a different location.

I love Chipotle, but this place is the worst. I would give zero stars if I could, which is sad given that this is so close to where I live. I thought maybe my first time or two were anomalies, but this place is consistently awful. –1 Star for staff attitude. Please note that this does not mean anyone has ever been rude to me, but instead it’s clear that none of them want to be there. Their eyes are glazed over, they look totally disinterested in what they’re doing, and even the lady who seems to be the manager appears to hate her life there. –1 Star for staff performance. As others have stated, this is THESLOWEST Chipotle ever. During one of my visits, I was perhaps the 10th person in line, and it was 30 minutes(not exaggerating) before I left with my food. It wasn’t a long line that would make you think it would take a long time and after a few minutes I felt committed, but this was absurd. The concept of an assembly line seems lost on this location — employees are constantly reaching over each other, passing items back and forth, telling each other what to do, losing track of what goes on what, etc. And again, it’s the slowest Chipotle ever. –1 Star for management. I’m not kidding when I say that every single time I’ve been here, something has been out of stock. One time two sodas were out, another time there was no ice, another time there were no forks, and one time they were out of tortillas. That’s right, a Chipotle that was out of tortillas. Let that sink in. –1 Star for quality. I typically get a burrito bowl to go and only live 5 minutes away, yet sometimes when I get home, my food is barely warm. I’d also recommend against ever getting chips here, as they are likely to be stale. I don’t get the concept of pre-bagging the chips, as clearly some bags just sit there for a long time. Given the staff here, my guess is they just sit there until they’re sold. Overall, I’d say go somewhere else for food. Like I said, this is the closest location to me, but I’d now prefer to navigate through Seven Corners to eat at a different location. I wish someone from higher up would step in and overhaul this place, but it is what it is, and I won’t eat here again until something changes.

Chipotle is chipotle and, as far as taste/portions are concerned, this branch remains true to franchise. Some other folks have expressed misgivings about the management here and especially about the length of waiting time. Thankfully, I wasn’t caught in any sort of jam, and it didn’t seem that there were too many issues as the day wore on during my protracted stay during Saturday lunch and into the afternoon. It may be different, for sure, during the weekday lunch rush, but I have to say that I’m impressed by this location in terms of overall food, delivery time, and cleanliness. A chipotle will never win on uniqueness of food, but I did appreciate the seating availability and the consistent quality of my meal.

I’m really not certain if they purposefully understaff during peak hours or if the management does not understand how a Chipotle should run. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chipotle to my house so I’m forced to suffer through the endlessly long line upon every visit(even though there are only 3 people in front of me). The employees seem more concerned with sweeping the floor and replacing napkins than actually serving food. The deep frier must not work because the chips are always soggy or overcooked. I love Chipotle but this store is an absolute disgrace. Ps — I wrote this while waiting in line(with 2 people in front of me)
