This is my go-to local fast food joint, and someplace that I recommend to anyone who wants restaurant quality Mexican food on the go! It may not look like much from the outside, but don’t let its humble appearance fool you! For just a little more than what you would spend at a major fast food chain, you can get fantastic quality tacos, burritos, and more! I would highly recommend the fish tacos, which can easily compete with any that I’ve had at pricier sit-down establishments. The drive-through time can run a little long, but trust me, it’s worth the wait!

The fish tacos are a joke. I ordered my tacos and got to the window in time to see my frozen fish being thrown in the fryer. Being so close to the coast there is no reason for frozen fish. Yuck I won’t be going back to say the least.

All I’ve had here are the breakfast burritos. Weird that you have to pay extra for cheese. Also, they use square frozen hashbrowns. The salsa is prepackaged and mediocre. I’ve definitely had better – though it tasted better Robertito’s’ breakfast burrito.

Tried their«famous fish taco» and was unimpressed. About ¾ cabbage and the fish didn’t seem fresh. If you’re in FB, better off going to a «genuine» mexican eatery, as you’ll probably get a better product.

Got a carne asada burrito and a set of 3 rolled tacos. Overall, the food was average at best. First the tacos. They were packaged in a paper and foil wrap. I prefer the foam tray to let the cheese and guac melt together. The tacos were dry and the meat was drier, in spite of being wrapped up. On to the burrito. The carne asada burrito tortilla was undercooked and chewy. The meat was thoroughly cooked, medium rare is more preferable. The pieces were small, like pellets. I prefer longer strips for carne asada. The guac was a bright spot. The sauce packets were lackluster. I tried my kid’s quesadilla and the tortilla was equally undercooked and chewy. From what the other folks in our group said, the fish and the fried chicken dishes were much better performers. Maybe next time…

Same great food as the san clemente location. Hard to do an… after surf Pedro trip… in Fallbrook. But dang the fish tacos here are awesome. I’m glad we have a Pedro !

I was in the area, and was craving Mexican food. Saw this joint and decided to stop by. I got 2 tacos de pastor and a carne asada burrito, absolutely delicious. The salsas were a little bland, but nothing i couldn’t fix with a some salt. If im around the area and feel like eating some Mexican food, i will definitely go again.

I grew up on San Clemente Pedro’s tacos and absolutely LOVE that Pedro’s is in Fallbrook– we went there the first night we moved to Fallbrook. The shrimp tacos RULE, the quesadilla is good, and the burritos are huge & delicious. I wish I had a shrimp taco in my belly right now.

California burrito in my opinion is the worst in the area. First it’s with hash browns not fries so instead of it tasting like a bad California burrito it tasted like a bad breakfast burrito. Also they claim it is made with steak but it tastes like regular shredded beef. Really disappointed. More than likely will not visit again.

The fish burrito and fish tacos we ate were okay. I’d probably would get them again if I ever go back, but the«hot» sauce they gave us was a real disappointment. We asked for the spiciest hot sauce they had and what they gave us was flavorless and nowhere near spicy.

Living in this community I believe in buying and supporting local businesses. Today I decided to try Pedro’s Tacos. I had the carne asada tacos combination plate. I am so sorry to say it was such a disappointing dish. The meat was heavenly seasons with citrus and spices, it lost the integrity of the taste of beef. The beef was also boiled instead of having the traditional«Asada» taste and texture. The tortillas were soggy and the taco disintegrated as I picked it up. The beans lacked salt and were dry. The rice was bland and had large chunks of bell pepper. I wish this could have had more traditional flavors.

Addicting. Not the best fish taco I’ve ever had, but for some reason I can’t get enough of them. The carne asada is winning, as well. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu because I keep getting those two over and over and over… The tacos are big and filling. Two are a meal!

Fish Tacos. Do they even make anything else? Oh, Shrimp burritos, yeah, other stuff on the menu, but why bother when these two items are both out of this world? Also makes a solid breakfast burrito. If you ask for potatoes, you get crispy fried hash-browns, which is a plus in my book.

Drove around forever looking for this place, the address is not right, Pedro’s was nowhere to be found, follow the address on their website 536 S Main Street Fallbrook! Now I’ll have to wait till next time I am in the area, cuz the food looks GOOD!

Pedro’s fish tacos are probably the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! Considering fish tacos are one of my favorite menu items where ever they are served, I’ve tasted quite a few of them over the years. It’s a hole in the wall, in down town Fallbrook, and it’s pretty bare bones fast food. They don’t even have comfortable seating for an adult. If the tacos weren’t so good, I would have only given 3 stars. This will be a regular stop when I’m in Fallbrook, but next time, I’ll get them to go, and eat some place comfortable.

Average at best. In LA we shut Mexican food down! Based on the reviews I ordered the Carne Asada burrito and a quesadilla. It was alright. Nothing to write home about. I wanted to like the burrito but I couldn’t. The quesadilla just didn’t have enough cheese on it. I understand it’s only $ 1.49, but I could get a better one at Del Taco for 50 cents. Add more cheese! The prices were very reasonable and the people were extremely friendly, which was nice. I just need a little more from my food. I won’t be returning.
