every time i go thru drive they can’t get order right, before you leave order station you correct them you get to the window order is wrong again, wtf this place is crazy, i call up my 5th time doing this hanna manager fixes it next morning on way to work, place needs retraining in store and customer service issues. hate going here slow as molasses all the time skip this 24 hr store its not right, attitude plus there

Alright… I AMDONE with DD in general. I used to like this place since it’s hard to find a decent DD anymore. But the service here is getting RUDE(lady with the Boston accent?) but the worst is my coffee tastes like Freaking SHIT! I asked to get it redone but she was too lazy to make a new one so she added more hot coffee into my ice coffee. Now I have a nasty cup of coffee that pretty much taste like water mix with old coffee. Bye bye DD. I am done done done with you. I rather drink McDonald coffee. But anyway, on my way to Starbucks, which is one block away. Urgggggg!!! I don’t know what they are talking about proudly owned. Please fix your customer service.

Terrible service!!! EXTREMELYSLOW!!! Paint dries quicker than getting what you ordered!!! Thankfully this location will be absorbed into the casino when it arrives! Until then go elsewhere!

UGH… I hate this store. I mean its Dunkin, You work here — You KNOW you have to deal with the public & take orders… At what point did you decide it was a good practice to not listen to orders being taken & then have to waste the drinks you make because YOU didnt listen… Everytime I go here I order at the thing & they repeat it back, WRONG… so I repeat it & they say ok & repeat it correctly… Then I get to the window, they recite the drink wrong & then give me the«Look» and then have to dump the drink they were about to hand me because it was wrong… I dont get it… YOU F****D UP!!! Why do I get the attitude, had you listened at Step 1 we wouldnt be in this situation… Be wary when you visit — or just ensure you get what you order!
