I stopped in on a whim because I needed a mani/pedi for a party this weekend. The nail tech didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut me! I wasn’t rude and I actually wan on the phone so I didn’t say anything. I got off to ask her to fix the nails during my pedicure since she made them sorter than I wanted and I HAD said nicely before we started not to cut them to short. So she finished and then proceeded to paint them and clean them up. I asked her if she could go over spots she missed and then clean up the polish on my skin with a brush since she had gotten it all over my skin. She then told me I was too different and she couldn’t do my nails. Umm since when am I difficult when you cut me, painted all over my skin and didn’t even pain my entire toes? I’m in the beauty industry and do pedicures at home! This place is unprofessional and do not go here! Go to Color Nails down the street! I them! They’re so nice. I actually had to call them to finish my nails. They looked spectacular and anyone there does an awesome job! As far as this nasty place, never come here and go to Color Nails!!!

Just a few moments ago, I went to this nail salon for the first time since my nail shop I go to regularly was super busy. Atmosphere wise, it’s quite small with only 3 tables, 3 seats for drying your nails and 3 pedicure chairs. They(3) are all Asian, however the one with the shortest hair was unprofessional. I though I was being paranoid but I noticed she and the older women kept starting at my feet and talking in their native tongue. This made me feel self conscious because I didn’t know if they were making fun of my feet or not. Now, I know I don’t have the prettiest feet but the only thing is they are quite short and stubby, which isn’t my fault, ha ha. Even then, it’s unprofessional to make gestures or comments about your customer’s feet right in front of them! Anyway, when she scrubbed my feet, there was a lot of dead skin because I haven’t had a pedi in a while and even though she was talking in her native tongue, she was obviously talking about it. Because she would kind of point to the bottom of my feet then speak in her native tongue to the older woman, who would then stare on and off at the soles of my feet. But the another woman was the one who actually finished polishing my toe nails. She also proceeded to do a manicure on me but she didn’t even apply hand lotion. Yes, I came about an hour before closing but still it would have taken only a few extra minutes and I am paying for it. After I was finished with the manicure, she told me to sit down and didn’t even push the nail dryer button, I did it myself. Oh, and they didn’t grab my shoes or purse for me. Oh, and when I left, they didn’t say thank you or anything. I have been to nail salons where even if they are in a rush to leave, they say thank you for your service and grab your items since you have a fresh pedi and mani. I only left a $ 3 tip on a $ 35 dollar tab. I usually tip 20% or sometimes more if I am getting good customer service, but to be honest even $ 3 was too much. As for the actual manicure and pedicure, they did a decent job. I will definitely will NOT be going back.

Horrible. Asked for gel nails and got some glue sticky chunky stuff on my nails and no uv was used. The nail polish looks like they are older than me. Go to Color down the street.

The manicures don’t last really more than 2 days, but they gel manicures are worth looking into… I cringe when I think the damage I’m doing to my nail bed though! Definitely try to make an appointment. They will get you in, but they’ll probably be jumping back and forth to accommodate, or you’ll be waiting for a little while. The chairs are the comfy massage-type. If you’re in the neighborhood, worth trying out; not much else around anyhow!
