I went here a few months ago, and would NEVER return. I asked her for sugaring based on the review that said they have it (also listed on the website). However, she does not do sugaring. She uses sugar based wax with strips. The only reason I went to this establishment was because I thought I could get sugaring done.
The reason I’m giving one star though is that her skill was so poor. She kept going over the same spots. I’ve never had such a painful and slow wax. It took twice as long as usual. She was talking on the phone DURING my wax. She got a call from a male asking if they offer massages (weird). It was unbelievable. It’s definitely unhygienic to be touching a person’s private areas and putting your phone to your ear (both for me and her). She missed SO many spots, there were large patches of hair left behind because she didn’t even touch some areas. She used a bowl of wax that she kept dipping in with the same stick (hopefully each customer gets their own bowl). I paid as fast as possible and left in tears. Oh and she wouldn’t let my boyfriend wait for me inside while I had the wax done. I guess she thought he was going to steal something so she asked him to leave the salon. This experience was basically traumatizing. I was so angry and sad that I wasted my money on this wax. It was abnormally painful, slow, unhygienic, and bizarre. I MAY have excused some of these points if I had gotten a thorough wax (though I still would not have returned), but I had to go home and shave after. There are so many legitimate places to get a wax. Save your money and don’t go here.

Karen was friendly and efficient. She did use a soft wax which concerned me, but it’s been fine. Only found out afterward that I could have had hard wax or sugar – which would be my preference.
