Billie on Gourmet Burger & Fish Chips

Semi-​regular customer. I like to come here for their burgers. I’ve never left disappointed. The only reason for rating four and not five stars is because the tables seem to always be sticky. The food itself is totally legit and it’s close to Boeing.

Good mushroom burger love that they don’t sauté the onions with the fresh mushrooms love onions but they don’t like me came with red onions tomatoes lettuce pickles and Swiss cheese on a grilled bun fries were crispy and they have fry sauce that they don’t charge you for my daughter had a bacon burger and curly fries it looked very yummy also

Whoa, this is an awesome hidden little gem. I got the California burger and I was really happy with how fresh the veggies where. The patty itself was juicy, and not overly greasy. Definitely my favorite burger place in the area.

I at here just a bit ago for the second time and it was even better than the first!
I got the bacon cheeseburger, the bacon was crisp, Patty was juicy, cheese was melted and bun was perfect. This is hands down my favorite burger joint in Everett!

Usually I stop by on my way to school and I’ve had every burger on the menu, and haven’t had one that wasn’t good. Highly recommend this place. Their curly fries and onion rings are also really good.

Mostly breading on the fish. Mushrooms were under cooked. Clams were over cooked. Fries were under cooked.

Burger blunder. The patty was dry, no juices at all. They advertise fresh meat but is definitely had to be frozen. Service wasn’t anything special, a little weird when you say you need a minute and they keep staring at you till you order.

Great fair type burgers, big sloppy and delicious. Also if you are from idaho like me they have fry sauce too. The people who work there are pleasant and kind to talk to. Overall my new favorite burger joint. I work less than a block away so I’ve been trying not to blow my money on lunch there even though they are fairly cheap. $ 7.96 for a huge bacon cheeseburger and the bacon is thick and crispy.

Got really sick after having a burger and fries. It was my third time there. As usual very bland and little to no seasoning. I always get carry out and alway notice while waiting to receive my food how sticky the tables are. Kind of gross.

Haven’t had a bad burger yet. And I’ve been going a ton lately. Oops. Really though all you can ask of a burger place. Bunch of different fry options, free refills, bomb ass fry sauce, and great friendly service.

Been trying all the restaurants on this corner as we live nearby. You get the standard Costco frozen patty that’s dry as a bone and fries straight out of the fryer with NO seasoning. The table we sat at was filthy. The service was friendly and they warned us ahead of time that there’d be a 10 – 15 minute wait for our food. Won’t be coming back here — Pickle Time Deli next door is better.

The combinations and toppings are wonderful. Patty is very dry and lean. If they had a good juicy patty it would be a 5 star place. Bun was superb. waffle fries were amazing. they just need a better quality burger itself.

Today I had the Texas burger with onion rings and fries. Both the onion rings and fries were cold. The burger was just ok, nothing special. Certianly not a «gourmet.» I just wanted a little more than an average burger that I could get anywhere. I will give them another try.

My husband and I just discovered this place last week. Since then, we’ve been here twice. It’s that good.
I don’t know what they season their meat with but it’s amazing. It was the perfect blend of seasons and not too salty. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger both times and said they’re great. First time I got a California burger which was fantastic. I was excited to get actual fresh avocado because I’ve been to burger places that say there’s avocado on the burger but turned out to be an out of a bag guacamole. The second time I got a mushroom Swiss burger. AMAZING! I’ve gotten mushroom burgers from other restaurants before that seemed to be lacking flavor. This one did not! The mushrooms were a great thickness so they weren’t mushy at all.
Both times we’ve gotten burgers, they were super hot when they have them to us. I’ve never had a burger that hot some out, it’s great! The second time we got them to go and it’s just a great feeling when you get home and your food (including fries) is still super hot!
I also got waffle fries the second time (which do cost more but totally worth it!). The regular fries are also great but something about waffle fries are just more appealing to me.
The buns! Oh man the buns! They’re wonderful! They’re like fluffy kaiser rolls but grilled so the juices from the burgers don’t make them super soggy.
We haven’t had milkshakes yet but we will. Everything about this place so far has been great. We always eat before I get a chance to take a picture. We will be returning many more times!

Ordered a burger (Bulgogi) which was a very good and a welcome change from the standard burger. The meal came with a generous portion of fries which were hot and not greasy at all. They were a bit too salty for my taste. Also ordered an Oreo shake which was a bit bland and milky. Overall worth giving them at least another shot to earn my steady patronige. certainly the best option for burgers in the near vicinity.

The selection of burgers is vast, and from what I can tell every single one is delicious. They even have a bulgogi burger among your choices. Yes!
I can’t think of anything bad here. You have got to try them.

Very good basic burgers on toasted bun. Small amount of fries though.

Best burgers I’ve had (seriously), and they have a great variety! I’ve had the Texas, California, Bulgogi, and Athens burgers and they’re all delicious! I prefer the Texas Burger, because I love the jalepenos and the bbq sauce and the Athens Burger because it’s so juicy and exotic tasting.
It’s around $ 7.50 for a gourmet burger (1/​3LBS of beef, as I recall) AND fries! That’s how much a big mac and fries would cost at mcdonalds, only MUCH higher quality food, on a whole «nother» level.
Excellent customer service. Apparently owned by a Korean family. They aren’t open on Sunday.
I tend to find myself here at least once every other week.

Billie On Burgers is nothing super special, but it’s a pretty reliable burger and fries combination lunch in the Everett area. I have been here a couple times with colleagues, and everyone seems to really enjoy the burgers.
There are daily lunch specials of a burger, fries, and a drink for under $ 10. My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger (sans special Billie sauce) with curly or waffle fries (I believe these substitutions are a slightly extra charge). There is also a fish & chips menu and a wide assortment of burger substitutions (chicken sandwiches, etc.).
Service is prompt and employees are friendly. Get here before the lunch rush so you don’t have to fight for parking or a table (on the small side inside). Lots of aerospace employees in the area.
