Ok food but it was like 1,000 degrees in there! So hot! No A/C in summer! Like an oven in there.

First of all, the girl that took our order was very professional, pleasant and efficient, she should be the manager. So, My family walked in at 8:45pm on May 27th on a very rainy night in Estes, we just needed a quick bite to eat after a long day. The dining room was empty. We got about half way through our order with a very nice girl when someone from the kitchen(manager) rudely yells«no more dine in». I wasn’t sure what that meant, but the girl looks embarrassed and says we can’t eat in the dining room(she’s just following orders). I look at my watch and it’s 8:45pm so I ask«when does the dining room close?». She says 9pm.(remember it’s pouring rain outside) I told her there’s no way we’re going to get this to go and that we’ll try to eat fast, but we’re definitely dining«in».(Since when does a «restaurant» allow you to order and then say you must now leave the building?) She says ok I can bring your food on a «dine in tray». She was super helpful and totally caught in the middle. Our food comes out in about 5 minutes in «take out» bags, I take it to our table and we begin eating. The order is wrong, but they fix that. Manager still has the door unlocked and another couple walk in to eat. The manager person is at the counter and the person asks can I order? The manager says«DINING room is Closed!!» The customer says, but I’m here ready to order. Manager says again«dining room is closed».Customer asks if he could order at the counter or does he have to go through the drive through, manager says you have to go through the drive through. It’s a taco bell on Friday night in a resort town and the manager is kicking people out, unbelievably bad customer service, bad day maybe?

Can’t really even give them a star because we didn’t eat there. Walked in and all the employees were eating in the dining room and no one even made a move to get up and help so we left.

What is wrong with you people? It’s freakin Taco Bell. If you expect real food, you’re out of your mind. It’s personally my favorite restaurant bc it tastes the same every time.

Fairly average KFC/Taco Bell location just outside downtown Estes Park in Lower Stanley Village. Their only real competitor is McDonald’s as far as fast food in town is concerned, and it shows; while the staff is friendly and fairly proficient, they’re not overly organized and wait times suffer. An average visit consists of waiting in queue for the single cashier, placing an order, and desperately(yet futilely) attempting to remain out of the way of no fewer than three other guests who will, without fail, order and themselves attempt to stay out of the way behind you. The pick-up section of the counter is obstructed by the queue, so there room for one person to await their order before it becomes congested. There is never, ever one person in queue, so it becomes increasingly difficult to thread your way out from in front of the thronging mass of humanity seeking inexpensive tacos. Which further extends wait times. Overall, it’s cheap(they have the only dollar menu on town with more than one item on it) and it’s pretty good for fast food. You’re not looking for gourmet and you know it; it’s Taco Bell, after all.

Worst experience ever! I ordered 20 hot wings and after they charged my credit card, were told«they only had 15 wings so they were going to throw in couple of chicken tenders.» I told them«no» and to just give me a refund. Then they said they did have my wings after all… What they ended up doing was they took a piece of chicken and hand pulled them to make them look like hot wings! Who does this? Had to talk to the manager to get my money back.

Cashier waited on the family ahead of us, then was too busy texting to wait on us. Completely ignored us. We left. I don’t expect much from taco bell, but I do expect to be able to place the order. Dark headed girl, teal eyeshadow, eyebrow ring.

Service here is horrible here. Asked if they make a enchenrito and the answer is get is HUH!!! Which is a no in some type of speech. Place is dirty(dirty floor) and napkins are all over the place. No hot sauce for my order. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come over so I can get their attention. Messed up my order. Wanted supreme but got regular tacos. Not worth going back to ask for. There were 4 couples ahead of me and by the time I ordered to walking out with good was 35 minutes. Hmmm and they want $ 10.00/hr hell no!

Crazy slow serve. Had to explain order five times. Language barrier with cashier and still got order wrong. Went over three more times. No carbonation in soda machine. Floor and every table was dirty with food and soda. We ate outside to avoid the mess. Food was ok at best. The fried chicken was the better choice. Avoid at all cost. Go across the street to subway instead.

Inside was dirty. Pop spilled on the floor. No napkins we had to use from the bathroom. Only one order taker and she was very rudy. No manager on duty. Only rude teenagers work there.

Not sure how you mess up a bean burrito but this Taco Bell managed to do it. This place needs a lot of work.

I keep trying KFCs. What is wrong with me! The fellow who served us was pleasant and interesting. However, he did not smile once. I thought everyone smiled in America, outside of New York City and Chicago. Anyway, against my better judgement, we got some KFC. I asked for grilled. Guess what. They were out of it. That’s right. What must Col. Sanders be thinking now? Actually, considering what the people did to KFC after he sold it, he himself said he wanted nothing to do with it. No grilled chicken. Why keep it on the menu. This isn’t the only KFC that advertised grilled chicken but had none. Again with the seasonings. Or lack of seasonings. Why did they throw out the Colonel’s secret recipe? It was great. That was the heyday of KFC. Everyone wanted KFC. You’d see family’s eating huge buckets of it at picnic grounds, even on lawns outside KFC spots. No more. It’s kind of like,“Let’s hurry and get it and get out of here. If we eat it fast enough, maybe the disappointment won’t swell within us, keeping us awake all night for our poor decision. Hey, I know what. Tomorrow, let’s get some *good* chicken, maybe at Popeye’s or somewhere.“ Please, guys, really, cut back on the salt. Everyone can tell it is just salt. Add some real seasonings to your product. Take some pride in your food, for God’s sake. Time to sell all my KFC stock.

This place is a dump. I’m don’t know how or why they keep it open as bad as it its. First the place is always filthy. Having lived he for 9 years, I’ve only been in this place about a dozen times. I have always thought that it would get better but it doesn’t. While I’ve been in this place during the peek times it’s always filthy with food and trash on the floor. What’s worst is the the manager see the filth and does nothing about it. and neither doe the employees. Of course it doesn’t help that the Tourist are Pigs and don’t pick up after themselves but that is no reason to let thing be that way. Each time it’s the same thing they always run out of food. Even knowing they will year after year it’s the same thing. They never seem to properly plan for the tourist season. I lived off this stuff when I was a kid and loved it but the food here is crap. Worst of all is having to deal with the employees. They can’t add, can’t make change and most of the time they don’t speak English! Food is bad, Service is worst and the place is a pigsty! If I could give this place a zero, I would!!!

It is what it is! Very busy in the summer, they often run our of chicken near the end of the day… but still, finger-licking good!
