We had a very very bad experience today with this store # 1490. Staff was not helpful each and everyone works their have a nasty attitude even the manager name Tacki. I recommend the store owner to hire good helpful staff who greets the customer and help them.

Fall is here and with that comes my pumpkin obsession, and Christmas is right around the corner so I start stocking up after the Holiday rush for the next season, I save a ton and the items are normally heavily discounted. The sales associates here are really helpful and friendly. Every time that i have been here i’ve gotten a recommendation for a scent, or a candle that has become a fav of mine.

I’ve been to many bath and body shops and came across many employees with excellent customer service. However when I went today to the store I met Victoria and by far was exceptional she went up out of her way to help me to get more stuff so I may get a discount of $ 10 and as I was waiting back online she came across the cash register took the stuff off my hand and brought it back to the register. But I also saw her being so nice to another lady helped her with everything and pack her stuff on top of the suitcase. Victoria was amazing so helpful and willing to go out of her way to help you.
If the owner is reading this you have a great employee and I hope you cherish her.

Honestly the scents here were amazing! But I don’t want to come back here because the sales associates were way too overbearing. They kept pushing me to buy everything I smelled and followed me to give me a shopping bag! Very annoying. My debit card got declined so I told them just wait as I transferred some money to my account. It only took 5 minutes (I did it on my cell phone). When I came back they had already taken the products out of the bag I was using and put them back on the shelves! Damn guys get a grip! I’ll go to the the Bath band body works near my house next time

I don’t go above and beyond for lotions, but recently was on the hunt to find some good lotion for my skin. Truthfully, I think the price is a bit much for lotion, but when I get two free — then it is worth it! I loved how the staff was so helpful and showed me where the products are in the store. He even gave me last weeks candle promotion even though I was late for it (2/​22, 3/​33/​, 4/​44, etc)
Besides that, I left my 10 $ coupon at home and mentioned that to the cashier and as a courtesy, she honored it for me !
I have to say that the workers at BB&W go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! I def. will be back :)

Bath & Body Works is a great place, but their customer service is somewhat lacking… not always, but one time I came in here during slow hours and one of the associates gave me attitude (I don’t see that associate anymore though).
I loved their older scents. The latest collection is really strong in my opinion.
I wanted to buy a lotion (something that I can carry around, that smells great for everyday, and that my partner can use too…). They didn’t have much selection in that area. It was either too strong and I didn’t like it or it was too girly.
I can’t wait until the new collection comes out. (In the future, if I like the scents, I’ll be back to add a star xD)

I typically visit Bath and Body works during their semi annual sales to rack up on lotions, body washes and candles. Every year I say I am not going to buy anything else because I always have so much junk from the year before. However, I just cant stop myself from seeing what I get for dirt cheap. Be prepared for the crowds during these sales but its definitely worth it and your wallet will thank you. The store itself is a always clean and sales staff are friendly and helpful. The store is located inside the Queens mall so there’s always crowd especially on the weekends.

I love coming here but hate when it’s time to pay because I always over spend with so many great fragrances to choose from.
This particular store is always crowded but I guess that’s to be excepted since its in a mall. The store was well organized and full stocked. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. Great deals

I am not gay, but some of the scents in this place are really nice. I especially enjoy the scent of the antibacterial hand soaps that smell like foods, such as pumpkin, candy cane or oatmeal raisin cookies.
