They were very rude to my boyfriend here when he wanted to purchase me a gift. They mocked him for his budget, though he’d bought gifts there at the same price point before. As a result, I avoided St. John’s for other jewelry purchases. It’s a shame, because it’s always nice to support local businesses.

I have been looking for a place to change the battery for my husband’s watch. I was being very careful as to where I went because I have read some reviews for other places (even the big names), where watches have been broken. I decided to come to St. John’s Jewelers based on the good reviews I read of their work as well as CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recieved immediate service and switching out the battery of my husband’s watch only took 5 mins and was only $ 5! I also am going to get my ring resized. Very friendly people, beautiful jewlery, great prices and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am very happy with my service I recieved here! :)

I’ve had a wonderful experience at St. John’s! Linda and her staff helped my husband and I find the perfect engagement ring. I was a little unsure of what I wanted (read: all over the place), so this was no small feat. She helped me brainstorm, find the perfect design, bring in a beautiful stone, and work with Megan Thorne (a Texas-​based jewelry designer) to create exactly what I wanted. We also worked with Linda and her team to create a custom wedding band for my husband. He loves it. We are so glad that we found St. John’s! The expertise and friendly, personalized service were a breath of fresh air!
