Jack In the Box

Guy at the drive in told me their milkshake machine was down. When I was one car away from the window I see he sold a milkshake to the car in front of me. So he basically lied. This is the kind of service I should expect from Jack in the Box I guess. I will not be eating here anymore.

Food is good! Costumer service is good! The wait in the drive thru is sometimes long. If you go inside it seems to be faster!

They helped me out with an order that was misplaced the other night and it was an easy and great experience. No attitude, no sass, just helpful understanding for my precious jalapeño poppers~ They even gave me a complementary drink for the mixup. Thanks guys!

Horrible food and service! I got the classic butteryjack and it’s the worst I’ve had. Other jack in the box makes it to perfection. The meat was DRY AND not buttery at all. On top of that my tomato was not at all ripe. It was green in the center, gross! We went inside to order and the floor was soo sticky I was wearing flip flops and I could barely walk! They need to mop that floor again! And they seen how much of a struggle it was. And their customer service not friendly at all. No smile and everyone there didn’t look happy. I’m never going here again!

My family loves jack in the box and we were excited that there was one so close to our house but soon we found out this one is the most uneducated disorganized of them all especially late nite drive thru One night ordered a bunch of stuff I was expecting to missing one or two items because this is normal but I was missing multiple items missing tacos egg rolls fries Jalapeño poppers so I pull back to the drive through which was actually a 45 minute wait both times by the way and explain to the lady what I was missing but I had to explain to her over six times what I was missing until I got frustrated took off my seatbelt and reach closer and told her world missing then she understood but when I got home my kids were a sleep because it took an hour and a half to get their food and our order was still messed up we ask for cheese spicy chicken sandwich and it was not our tacos had no sauce on them one even had no lettuce and if you click on the number on Google and Unilocal the one jack-​in-​the-​Box is supposed to publish is disconnected so I could not call back so I once again and anger return to this horrible place and told him I want my money back and they said they could not give my money back because there was not a manager on duty so I told them call the manager so they did but the manager was no help she told me to come back on Monday because it’s Friday night and she’s not going to be there till Monday is going to be a manager there on Saturday and Sunday why couldn’t someone help me very horrible Jack-​in-​the-​Box we do not go there anymore please don’t waste your time

I don’t know what his name is but he has the worst customer service, always extremely rude and very straight to the point even while being nice and friendly with him. I was the DD (on Thursday ²⁄₁₉) and he was such a rude person I apologized for my drunk friends and he ROLLED his eyes at me. Handed me my food really fast and slammed the windows on me. Didn’t ask if we wanted sauce for our tacos or nothing. And the sad part is, this isn’t the first time, the second time with the same guy. Never going back again.

This would be my last visit because of misunderstanding and miscommunication. Sighs. Sometimes I wonder if those workers went to school and learnt reading/​writing classes? Or remains illiterate?
I am disappointed.

Bruuuuhhhhhhh I swear on my life they are such sauce natzis here. Like yo do you see these two bags full of food. You’re only gonna give me 2 – 3 ranch sauces. Are you serious!!! I ask for more and get attitude like every time. Uhmmm okay, I’ll buy it then. I got $ 10 bucks how many can I have? «Sorry, we don’t sell it.» Tf? Then just give it to me.

What I like about this location is that it always seems and looks clean. there quick and get you out the door.

I have been researching fast food looking for lower sodium. Found that Jack in the Box has high sodium and the only fast food that I checked that actually had some products that had trans fats. Very disappointed, Don’t really want to go there again.

This review for this location specifically. Generally the food at this Jack in a box is on par with other franchise stores. However, service varies wildly. During my visit the order was entered incorrectly and I was charged for a different meal. This was not the issue since I was able to have it corrected easily. However, when I got home the order was incorrect and it was neither of the sandwiches. Instead they provided some amalgam of the wrong sandwich and the one I asked for. Second time this location has messed up my order, and the last time I visit this location.

This is our neighborhood Jack. I feel it is a step above your average fast food burger place. Not up there with In-​n-​Out, but pretty good just the same. If I can’t get to In-​n-​Out a cheeseburger from Jack’s will do just fine. My favorite thing here is the el cheapo two tacos for $ 1.00. The filling is a mystery, but they taste pretty good and you can’t beat the price! Some of the items they have are a little overpriced I feel.

I don’t understand why there are so many knocks on this location’s customer service! I usually grab a bite at night when I get off work usually between 11pm-​12am and staff is always friendly, energetic & even crack jokes with me sometimes. I don’t expect much from fast-​food spots, but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

This location used to be really good. It’s clean but the service varies dramatically and the last two times I have went, the got my order wrong. After you get home… Who wants to drive all the way back? Not impressed! Management needs to take a look at the distracted kids that aren’t paying attention. Too busy playing and talking.

This location is about 2 miles away from my house and when I am in the mood for some spicy chicken sandwich I have to think twice about going there. Went here on a Monday night slow night around 8:30 didn’t get my food until 8:50 really though? 20 mins to get my food at a FAST-​FOOD DRIVE IN!!! –star SERVICES SUCKS HERE…
Upgraded my fries to curly fries and and end up getting regular fries… apparently this place don’t care if your order is right now not.

I LOVE THE CURLY FRIES-​best one in town with some buttermilk (ranch)
SPICY chicken sandwich on sourdough bread is the best thing on the menu
jalapenos poppers are delicious!
Overall, I would go back if I am desperately craving for JACK in the box!!!

Customer service is very «robotic» here. Not many smiles and they rush you through your order at the speaker, I cant even get a word out before they ask me if im done yet or im given my total before im finished… and im a pretty quick order giver=)
One time they didnt get my nuggets because they were rushing so much they just didnt hear me say it and my daughter went without her nuggets.
Slowwww down a bit. Every other time my order has been correct.

It was one of those days where I just wanted some tacos from Jack.
When I pulled up to the drive thru, their speaker was out of order and had a note that said «pull to the window to order». So I didn’t think it was a big deal and as I was pulling up there was a car ahead of me so I said its no biggy Ill just wait. Five minutes later … still waiting. I was stuck in the middle. So finally the car behind me started backing up and I did the same and got out of drive thru.
I parked and walk inside, it wasn’t busy so the fella took my order right away. When I got my order, I check to make sure everything was there and notice there weren’t any hot sauce for my tacos and when I look up he had already took off. So I said «excuse me» to the the three ladies who was standing in front of me (one must have been the manger) as they were in some sort of deep conversion in Spanish, laughing, and giggling and I was standing in front of the counter staring at them and neither one bother to turn and look my direction. There were at least five workers there that wasn’t busy. So a minute or so later one of the girl finally look my way and said oh do you need something? It’s like duh! I wasn’t standing in front of the counter to check out or listen to you guys I just wanted some freaken hot sauce! Of course I didn’t say that directly to her, just say I needed some hot sauce.
I’m usually a patient person but it took me at least 20 minutes just to get some damn tacos from a fast food restaurants will get to you. There for I’m giving two stars. I think thats being generous.

Gets pretty busy in our area at night just because it’s the only Jack in the Box I know of in the 5 mile radius. Service is eh… It could be better. Food wise, it’s good. Always fresh in my book. But they should review their bags before sending it out. –_​– I’m still missing my Jr Bacon Cheeseburger — –

Shakes are delicious! I stop here once in a while during the most random times of the night for the infamous 2 tacos per $ 1 and sometimes a dollar chicken sandwich just to be extra full. Some of the workers are a little English illiterate, but they welcome you with a smile even though there is a language barrier.

Jack I love your commercials. Every time I see one I am forced to run out and buy your newest creation. And thank you for letting me get burgers for breakfast and again at lunch. I must say that my favorite item is the taco. While the beef has an odd texture the grease and taco sauce are divine.
