I came to this location for a pre-​employment physical & was pleasantly surpised! A+ customer service A to Z, but this location is difficult to find, even with GPS. It took me 4 attempts & several uturns to find this Elk Grove Village location, but getting lost was well worth it since the entire staff was friendly, efficient & organized. I didn’t mind waiting 15 mins in the lobby because I was engaged by staff reassurance and updates on my place in line plus provided with free snacks, water, tea & coffee (Alterra brand included!) and travel type discovery channel type tv via a flat screen. Most pleasant medical related visit/​venue I’ve experienced. Fast, pleasant & borderline fun.
