Alexian Brothers Corporate Health

I’ve been to this center twice. The first time I went, it was a weekday evening and I was there because I had bronchitis and wanted to be seen by a doctor. Everything seemed fine that time and had I given a rating then, it probably would have been 4 stars. The second time I went was at least a year later, maybe more. This center seemed to have changed quite a bit. They are a corporate health center but they still see patients with health issues which they probably should just give up on. I was there to be seen for a health issue but the waiting room was full of people waiting for pre-​employment physicals. Had I known that the focus had changed I would not have gone to this clinic. I waited so long that I was about to give up and leave but then they called my name. I wish that I had left. Doctor seemed rushed and a little bit rude. Was not helpful at all. It was a total waste of my time. Front desk seemed slow, confused, rude. I do not recommend. There are far better walk in clinics nearby.

The staff here was very accommodating and friendly. The seating area is divided in half, with the north-​end side seating area having a TV to entertain yourselves while waiting for the doctor. The medical staff was friendly and detail-​oriented. What else can I say about a clinic?
BATHROOM REVIEW: located in the south end of the waiting area, the waiting room bathroom was super roomy and clean. It is a single room coed bathroom for all your peeing needs. Sit or squat? Sit!

Not a big fan of clinics but I needed to swing out here for a work physical.
The location is in a strip mall tucked away next to a Dominick’s and behind a LaSalle bank. The parking lot has random light fixtures sticking outta spots and in the middle of lanes.
The staff are nice and accommodating.
The nurses are friendly and thoughful.
The doctor was very nice, asked a lot of questions as well as answered.
–1 star for the congregation of dust bunnies in my ‘sterile’ room that didn’t have the white safety tissue paper
