I live nearby the Amanda Gish House B&B and have stayed there on the occasion when my wife I need a weekend getaway that is still relatively near our home.
We stayed in the Garden Room and I believe it is far more delightful than advertised. The room is spacious compared to other B&B rooms I have stayed in and the private bath is nothing short of luxurious.
The proprietors are warm and accommodating and the breakfast is excellent.
During our stay we added the flowers and chocolates upgrade to the room, and they were the small details that made the stay more memorable.

We recently stayed here while in town for a wedding at the Ironstone Ranch nearby. Everything about this place is pretty much perfect– just how I pictured a B & B should be. We stayed in the Rose room, which has a private adjoining bathroom with an amazing clawfoot jacuzzi tub. Ann emailed me ahead of time to confirm our reservation and was a terrific host who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was extremely good, and she was very accommodating about food allergies. We fully plan on coming back whenever we have a chance.

My girlfriend and I stopped over at this BnB to break up a drive from NY to OH — it was a very wise decision.
We very much appreciated the proprietor’s warm welcome and eager hospitality throughout our short stay. She readily laid out menus of nearby dining options and prepared a delicious breakfast for just the two of us in the morning, as we were the only guests at the time.
When I gently mentioned an issue flushing the toilet in our room, she immediately took full responsibility, and the matter was closed.
We heartily recommend this establishment; you will not be disappointed.
