Touch Institute Los Angeles

I tried massage, waxing, and facial at other locations and I have settled on Touch Institute as my primary place for these services. I find the quality top notch even though other locations are cheaper — and great personal service and staff.

I’ve never had a treatment here that I didn’t love. Since my last review, I’ve had a half hour massage from Maria which was excellent. Then, I took advantage of their Tuesday special (an hour massage for $ 45) and had Andrew. He was super duper professional and had an expert draping technique that I really appreciated. Entire staff is very friendly and accomodating. I will be back for a facial, foot scrub, waxing and more massages for sure.
I cut and pasted above from their old location Unilocal listing so I didn’t have to write all that again. Today I had another excellent massage with Andrew… including an amazing (and free on special) foot scrub. I’m going to schedule another one of those very soon!

My first visit here was 2 years ago, and I have been a regular client ever since. I have usually seen Andrew for massages. He is excellent at finding your sore spots and working those areas. I have recently seen Monica, and she is very good as well. I see Natashia for facials that I really enjoy. Have also seen Natashia for other skin treatments — all great. I also like the Eminence organic products they use for facials. The business is well run by Shannon. It has a professional, clean environment. All employees are friendly and polite. Appointments are easy to schedule. They frequently have special offers. This business acts happy to have your business, unlike many other places. They want you to enjoy the experience. I love this place and highly recommend.
They recently moved 1 block from Main Street to Richmond Street. New location is smaller but service has not changed — still great. Unilocal reviews at previous location did not carry over to this one for some reason. Look up «Touch Institute Los Angeles» and look for one that says «MOVED». You can see the previous reviews — mostly 5’s with a few 4’s — nothing lower.
If you are looking for a spa in the area, definitely try this place. I always enjoy my experiences here. They will treat you well.
Located in El Segundo with free parking, and near lots of great restaurants. Area is very safe and walk-​able.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they really try accomodate your schedule. The organic line they use use awesome so much so I bought it for my personal daily use.
