Its very clean and high traffic and the food is of great quality and flavor BUT a kid screaming totally ruined my visit. The mom said, «if you do that one more time, we’re leaving» and of course the child kept it up and both yuppy parents just sat there oblivious to everyone else’s discomfort. Next time I’ll ask a manager to say something, or I’ll pull up a chair and sit at their table with them.

Excellent service in the drive through, Morgan is very polite and professional. The line is long but the wait is worth it. I’ve never been dissatisfied with with Chic.

Love this place. Love the fried chicken sandwiches and the waffle fries. I am picky about my tea and theirs is great. I like their chicken noodle soup too. I have had the brownie and shakes as well… Yum. They are usually busy but the work very hard to get you served fast and the service is great. Always cheerful and polite.

Thank so much for being awesome. Chick fil a provided lunch for a military marriage workshop I attended today. The food was great and the bonus the meal included a free sandwich gift card, it’s the little things that count so much, thank you.

Wasn’t a huge fan and my compression shorts as well as the toilet bowl weren’t either. I had more gas than a bad chemistry experiment. Chicken sandwich was mediocre to say the least. I’d rather eat at other fast food places. Still better than Taco Bell. Anything is. Won’t be coming here to often. Next time I might try the chicken bites.

Food here is always fresh and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional for a fast food place. The only thing I can complain about is that they no longer offer military discounts.

My favorite part about Chik-​fil-​A is the customer service. These people are beyond nice and not in the fake way most servers are. They are really tentative but most importantly genuinely courteous. It’s really something to experience since most fast food places don’t emphasize customer service much. The location is really clean and staff is always looking to tidy the place up from the napkins to the flower on the table. The food is always great. Hot and fresh. On this particular occasion i tried the spicy chicken sandwich but with pepperjack cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was definitely a winner and a nice upgrade from the traditional sandwich with pickles only. Must experience this place for the service though it is unmatched.

The place is fantastic. I just wish Chick-​Fil-​A wasn’t so strict about opening up new restaurants because my only gripe with this joint is that the lines at the drive thru at lunch are horrible and longer than my areola’s.

I hate to give one of my favorites places here a bad review:-(the fries tasted stale and they gave me so much, no complaining usually about such things. However this time around the fries were sub par at best. I the chicken nuggets I had were delicious and the lemonade was good as expected. I am hopeful to visit again again soon that I may update the review with a better rating

I haven’t been to a Chick Fil A where the Service, Cleanliness and facilities weren’t all top notched. This is also the location where my order has been messed up on more than one occasion and that I’ve been asked to pull up in the drive through while they bring me my order. The food has always been great, just like any other Chick Fil A chain, and the people try, but this is not the level of service that normally comes with Chick Fil A. They have failed to get their systems and processes down to a science like other locations.
The three stars are due to the quality of food from a Chick Fil A establishment.

I struggle to call what I had today fast food. This location is great! The costumer service is out of this world and the food was done right.

I agree whole heartedly with superb customer service that other Unilocalers have mentioned-​this location has the absolute best, friendliest customer service! Additionally, I wanted to report that you can buy the diet lemonade by the gallon and it makes a scrumptious margarita mix!!! Super easy and fresh tasting, delicious margaritas every time!!! Is your mouth watering yet?! :)

I was hesitant to try it because generally fast food chicken is nasty, but I caved one night while leaving walmart and was not disappointed! The chicken is fresh and delicious! Even with a long drive thru line it moves pretty fast. They’ve never messed up our orders, and I love the fresh lemonade! Only downfall? The fries… cool looking but really plain. Worth a try if you haven’t gone before!

This location offers EXCELLENT customer service. Food is always right and out quickly. It will be crowded during lunch but they try hard to serve you fast.

Tip; if you ask for a kids meal for yourself (like my wife) you can change your coloring book for an ice cream cone, who beats that?

I really like this place. The food was fresh with crisp lettuce in my deluxe chicken sandwich and the staff was super friendly! I ordered a menu for a homeless man who used their bathroom and they were so nice to him and asked him what he wants to drink. Definitely coming back to this place. Oh and their milkshakes are delicious too!

This is my favorite fast food place. They also have the best service I have ever experienced from a fast food chain, even better than most restaurants.

I’ve been to Chick Fil A’s in many states. These are the only chicken nuggets my child will eat… and thankfully the only fast food she’ll eat. So it’s with a heavy heart I have to give this location 3 stars.
It’s complete chaos here at lunch. There is little parking outside and no seating inside. I know it’s El Paso an it’s hot outside, but a few tables outside with umbrellas would help… a lot.

WARNING: This Chick-​Fil-​A is very popular with High School students, Montwood is only a block away, so it is incredibly crowded around lunchtime.
That out of the way, this restaurant is very clean and inviting, the food is consistently good, and they have these awesome new ketchup packets that give you the option to squeeze or dip! Yay Ketchup innovation!
