Delicious fried chicken from a fast food joint. Strips were juicy, sauce was good. All around decent dinner

This review is solely based on the food, because the service was quite friendly. I really wanted to like it… But it just had no flavor. I felt both the chicken and fries were flavorless… The meal comes with toast, fries, and coleslaw. They will substitute out if requested. Also, the drinks come with a TON of ice, so if you don’t like that ask ahead. Military discount offered.

Other than Which Wich, I have never been so excited for a chain to open in El Paso, as I generally like doing things locally if I can help it. To me, this is the In N Out of chicken fingers. No frills, not hard decisions to make, just chicken fingers. There’s only 4 things to choose from on the menu, and if you haven’t figured it out yet, they’re combos of varying numbers of chicken tenders. The tenders are always delicious, evenly battered, and never overlooked/stale. The real winner though is the«Caine Sauce» you dip them in. It’s so good it has to be 99% fat and 1% carcinogen. I would put it on everything if I didn’t have a halfway conscious mind toward my health. Caines is a great place if you’re looking for something simple and you like your chicken.

Coming from Louisiana, I’m soooooo excited to have one of these near our house!!! Crispest and freshest chicken and the best and most addictive sauce!!! And the sweet tea is heaven sent and kissed by southern tradition!

Whenever I read the«1 star» reviews on this place and note the lack of substantial quantity of previous reviews from the posters(might as well call them tourists), they get funnier with each review I read. Ya really have to wonder what some of these folks must be thinking and what they were expecting. Right off the bat, it should be fairly obvious that Raising Cane’s is a chicken place. They only serve chicken. That’s it. Like… they literally only have 4 things on the menu. And ya know what? That doesn’t bother me at all. Whatcha see is whatcha get. Getting that out of the way, we can assess this restaurant as an individual fast food pick-up joint. I gotta say that it’s a more refreshing choice from their neighboring competitors: McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell. Seriously, I’m sick of these fast food joints, which is why I almost never eat at any of those places anymore. To the reviewer who claimed their chicken fingers are no better than that of a school cafeteria: you need to get your palate checked. In fact, get past the pretentious snobbery of something as overrated as, say, KFC… and you’ll begin to appreciate the fact that this place serves crispy chicken fingers which lack the greasy overtone of the aforementioned competitor. I’m also a really huge fan of their skinny crinky fries. There’s something so simple about them, I can’t help but love them. My only real complaint with this place is the fact that I don’t really care for their dipping sauce. So I easily solve this problem by acquiring some of my own honey dijon mustard. BAM! Problem solved. Very rarely have I ever eaten at a «perfect» restaurant. I’m not even sure one exists anywhere ever. I frequent this place often, usually weekly to semi-weekly. But I only ever use the drive thru, since they’re a fast food joint. And sitting in at a fast food joint with no kids playground attached is pretty pointless, unless you’re traveling on the road or something like that. Having said that, this place has to have the best drive thru service I have ever experienced! Quite possibly because(due to their extremely uncomplicated menu) they always seem to have any of the 4 different take out boxes pre-made and ready to go! Fastest drive thru service EVER! Like I said, I have literally no problems with this place playing it safe and keeping things simple. They know exactly what they are and they don’t try to pretend to be something they’re not. Only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because of the fact that I can’t stand their sauce. But if you want a simple, no BS chicken fingers dinner fast, this is the place to go in El Paso. Ignore the tourists.

I love this place. Fast, easy, and very good. The chicken fingers are well made with a perfect fried crisp and a light breading. The sauce that is included is incredible and I’m not sure if it is available to buy on the side but it is worth bottling. The crinkle cut fries are delicious as well. I love the simplicity of this restaurant, which is what keeps it moving quickly. It is a very clean and friendly environment. Highly recommended.

I finally got to visit this place! It was good but not great. I’d say if you are craving chicken fingers, it’s the place to go. I ordered the 3 piece chicken fingers that came with crinkle fries. The chicken came out moist and tender, and the fries were average. I also got to taste my husbands coleslaw which was good as well. Their special sauce could take some getting used to. It’s a little to sweet for my taste. I’ d prefer gravy. The sweet tea was pretty good as well. Overall, I liked this place the food is tasty, the atmosphere is clean and the décor is nice. We will be going back!

Really good chicken tenders. The Texas toast is good too. Coleslaw leaves much to be desired and I wish they had more sides and a faster drive thru but overall everything is good in my book

We’re heading through Texas on our way to FL, and El Paso is one of the stops along the route. Needing to break for lunch, we decided to give this chicken place a try. We ordered 4 separate 4 piece chicken tenders meals, which come with slaw, Texas toast and fries, along with 4 lemonaids. We paid $ 32, so we were very happy with the price(or maybe that’s normal in TX, we can just add that to the long list of reasons to leave CA, overpriced chicken lol). I was impressed with the chicken, it looks to be hand breaded, so that’s a win. I actually really enjoyed the dipping sauce. It had a nice flavor and was simply enjoyable. The fries are pretty standard crinkle style fries(but they do come with those super cute Heinz dip cup ketchups). The Texas toast, I was actually kind of let down with that. I was expecting something to show me what Texas toast should be, but what I got was a pretty basic piece of soft bread, there was a little crunch on it, but overall, I was disappointed. The Cole slaw was yummy. Diced cabbage and a sweet slaw, but not overly sweet like a KFC slaw. It was right in the sweet spot(haha, see what I did there). The lemonade was yummy too. All in all, I enjoyed it, there was a lot of food in that box and I’ll go again if ever in the area.

Not impressed. First off, the fries: taste like frozen fries from generic brands. No flavor on them. Then comes the chicken, after all the bragging I’ve heard about this place, I was expecting something much better. While the chicken was juicy, once again, it has no flavor. Their sauce is weird. Ended up using my own homemade bbq sauce. The coleslaw… Not what I’m used to. Not to mi liking. A little flavor never hurt anyone. I’ll pass on this place next time.

Well I’m out here in El Paseo Texas and was craving chicken so I Googled best fried chicken and it found Canes Chicken Fingers I didn’t have much to go on but there website looked good. me & the hubby took a 25 minute drive to the other side of El Paseo Texas. As I walked in the places smells real good! And was spotless & clean The staff was friendly and helpful so we placed our order and there menu is mainly chicken fingers made with chicken breast dont get it confused with chicken tenders not the same Made With No Bones love that! So I ordered the 3 piece combo which comes with(3)chicken fingers(1) piece of texas toast & a medium drink. as I take my 1st bite my mouth is watering and than i eat it man it’s spectacular it’s like a burst of flavor and goodness in my mouth there’s literary a party in my tummy WOW!!! Than I sink my teeth into my Texas toast it was flavorful, buttery, crunchy yet soft it was so delicious tasty I loved it! Than they offer fresh squeezed lemonade oh boy I’m loving this and wait they also have fresh brewed sweet & unsweetened iced tea with unlimited refills Wow! I know right and it’s not that fake carbonated junk neither its the real deal. Canes Chicken Fingers can put other fried chicken chains to rest seriously. I’m addicted to Canes Chicken Fingers Before I head back home to California I’m stopping here and getting a Super value box of Canes Chicken Fingers. For the long drive home. If your In El Paseo Texas or if your a local and yku want some bomb chicken fingers come check this place out but don’t take my word for it the chicken will speak for it’s self. This place is average and here’s why. The chicken fingers are good but they’re nothing special. I think Popeyes are much better. They aren’t bad though. The sauce is ok. Again, nothing spectacular. Coleslaw, iced tea and toast… same. I really believe that a staff is what makes a place go from good to great. All of the staff were very polite and friendly but the tables and floors were dirty when I came in and I saw one girl wipe down one table in the 30 minutes I was there. I can sympathize for busy lunch rush hours but the place was not busy. Not bad and a little expensive for what you get. I think I won’t be coming get back.

What’s the big deal they are just chicken fingers… right? That is what I thought too but after trying this place I have high expectations for finger licking good chicken fingers. I like that the menu is limited so it’s easy to read and pick what you want! The chicken is crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside. If that wasn’t good enough they have this secret sauce that makes dipping the chicken in 10xs better! It’s sweet yet spicy and compliments the chicken fingers well. Their lemonade is really good but not the best from a chain that I have had. I think Chick Fil A makes better lemonade. Sorry not sorry. Overall, I enjoy the food here and I will keep on coming back.

As far as chicken places go, canes is king in El Paso. As long as you want a nice chicken tender meal then it’s the place for you, not to mention the delicious lemonade. My only complaint it the lack of sauce options. They only offer two dipping sauces. Other then that, the chicken is deliciously breaded and an seasoned without being overly greasy. A new must try!

Thank goodness there is a Raising Canes in El Paso! The only one I’ve been to is in Vegas, thus it was rare to get this. But being a constant visitor to the wonderful EP, I am one happy gal with an appetite for chicken fingers and that secret sawse! I always get the«BOX» because it gives me a good amount of the goods! Their chicken fingers are not quite crispy, but they’re surely delicious! The secret sauce definitely adds definition to it! I love the toast as well because it just«goes». What can I say? The whole combo is delish. Don’t forget the sweet tea… definitely is not like the super sweet McDonald’s kind. This is real. I love Raising Canes and I am getting them every time I visit EP. Period.

Raising Cane’s has some of the best chicken fingers anywhere and that’s saying a lot coming from a fast food restaurant. The chicken comes out piping hot, the crust is light and flaky but still crunchy, and the sauce is delectable. The fries were a bit under cooked and soggy for my taste. The reason I give it 4-stars instead of 5 is because of the aforementioned fries and the fact that Cane’s chicken fingers do not travel well. I took a box combo(4 chicken fingers, Texas toast, fries, coleslaw and a drink) home with me and decided to eat it about 4 hours later. The fingers and fries were super soggy and not appetizing at all. If you must take Cane’s to-go, I recommend you eat it while it’s still hot. Overall, a good experience, even though the lines were pretty long because of the recent opening. 4⁄5 stars

Go inside to beat the long drive thru lines. The chicken fingers were just ok. The sauce is were they make their money(taste wise). The menu is too limited. You can either get a chicken tender basket with fries, slaw, toast and a drink or you can order the party pack of tenders. No other menu items. I don’t like that, what if I just want the tenders? Yep, still have to get the entire combo, so essentially I paid $ 10 for 6 tenders, I drank some lemonade while I waited for my order and then tossed it on the way out the door. The lemonade was actually pretty mediocre as well. I would only recommend this place if you are completely burned out on Chic-fil-a(across the street) or you just want some tenders for a holiday party.

Tried Raising Cane’s in El Paso, TX on Zaragosa. It’s like Zaxby’s in Georgia. Small menu, makes it easy to decide. All chicken white meat chicken fingers, delicious!

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers needs to be on the regular rotation of every chicken fan in El Paso! I hadn’t tried Raising Cane’s prior to them opening in El Paso, but I quickly learned why they have such a great following around the country, it’s because the chicken fingers are really darn good! Crispy outside, yet tender and juicy inside, just like I like em. Throughout my life, I have held some pretty strong, and correct, views about mayonnaise, so when I learned that Raising Cane’s sauce kinda has mayo, I was skeptical. However they make such a big deal about the sauce that I decided to try dipping a finger in it, and shockingly, it’s pretty good! Creamy and peppery and not at all mayo-y. You have to have a really good product to make me be okay with knowingly consuming mayo. The bread is good too, fries are meh. The traffic and crowds you’ll encounter during the first few weeks are a little daunting, however I stood in a pretty long line and still managed to get and finish my meal within 45 minutes. Staff is super friendly.
