Tower Cleaners

I’ve recently returned to the corporate world and, believe you me, I’m not looking forward to it. Waking up early, traffic, and worse, cleaning and pressing clothes. Which is why I stopped by Tower Cleaners, plus its near the Starbucks I always frequent.
Garments came out great. A food stain in my least favorite dress shirt disappeared. No double creases. Lady at the front desk was kind and presented herself well. I didn’t see no kids slaving away in the back. I shall be returning.

Extremely dissapointed, this people are not honest. my partner left some money on his jacket pocket deliverly, and upon picking it up, I ask them if they do their dry cleaning in house and the lady said yes… we proceeded to check the pocket to see if it was still there, nothing, they pretended like I didnt know what I was talking about, so if they find anything they wont acknowledge it… that can be jewerly or money or anything valuable for that matter… so if you are given them bussiness check your pockets, or put them to the test… Im not saying that the owners are not honest, but maybe their help might not be…
Try this other cleaners on the opposite way down on avocado by the kyser, those people will give you what you left without you telling them… I have left money and an expensive watch, as soon as I pick up my stuff they would immediately let me know that i fotgot such items in the pickets, now thats honesty… I been a bussiness owner and have such standards… I love putting people to the test…75percent fail…

I won’t be coming back. Prices are quite high for this area, more comparable to downtown prices. Worst part is that I’ve brought in alterations twice and had part of the work come back not completed. Also I don’t like being argued with over my alterations. I gave in to her «advice» and when it came back it wasn’t right. I know what I want, I previously worked in fashion– and I don’t want to waste my time argueing to try & get a simple hem line request the way I want it. There are other places nearby that do a much better job at a much better price with no stress in the process.

So expensive! That was the highest amount I’ve ever paid for dry cleaning… you wouldn’t expect that in EL CAJON! Was about twice as expensive as my old cleaner in an upscale area in OC…
