1 star is for the unnecessary rude attitude i received from the «attendant». Yes I only came here to dry my loads that I have washed at home and could have dried at home too but unfortunately for me my dryer stopped working & yes I understand that this is not her problem but honestly she shouldn’t have came up to me the way she did today, because I didn’t come here with bad intentions SMH! needs a damn attitude check if you ask me …
Anyways, other than that this place is nice from the inside, outside not so much & is open till 11pm which is a plus …

So today was one of the few times where I had to wash clothes at a laundromat. I’ve been been here before and told myself I would never return because of how freakin rude the attendant is. I don’t know how this lady is still employed. Her customer service is like a 0. She kept harassing my 2 year old (which I’m not a passive mother I don’t turn a cheek when I see my kid doing something wrong) but she insisted on telling her what to do. To top it off we were sitting and she yelled at me to get up so she can sweep «the mess» my daughter made (she dropped like 4 skittles) and I was picking up after her. She was just too much! I don’t appreciate being harassed. Never again if that fat beast is still there!

The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because everytime I come here the lady who takes care of the place is always harassing everybody that walks in the door all the time it’s to the point where they need to replace her because soon they won’t have people come here anymore

Great customer service and a very clean establishment. The prices weren’t bad for being open on a Sunday. I got 2 shirts, 2 pants, and a sweater for all under $ 20.00 which isn’t bad. They will be ready by Tuesday, let’s hope so anyway.

Laundrymat is clean, I see staff regularly cleaning, wiping down machines. It is bright and has good parking. 7 11 next door provides easy access to snacks or supplies you may need while waiting for your clothes. Ive always had enough access to washers and parking. Staff is friendly and knows how to treat and remove stains if asked.

Do not ever leave your dry cleaning here!
The complete lack of competence and general customer servic etiquette is horrible. I dropped off a few shirts and the guy didn’t know any prices or how long it would take. He had me fill out the ticket because he didn’t know what he was doing. He then told me they would call me when it was done… Wrong…
I called this place around 20 times this week and finally someone picked up. When I expressed irritation at calling so many times and not hearing about my cleaning being done for several days, the girl gave me some incredible attitude and made me feel stupid because she had «been there every day all day».
To add the icing to the cake, when I went to pick up my items, the girl was rude and had no idea what to charge me… Again… She fumbled around for a while until she finally figured out the prices which were extremely high for the little I had done.
Needless to say, I will never be returning to do my dry cleaning here.

Didn’t use this place for my laundry because they require money cards that cost $ 2 and give the bonus of a free $ 2 when you load the card with $ 20 but then they jack up the price of a load of laundry 10% to make up the money. Rather go to the place on Mollison and Broadway.

Did laundry here about two weeks ago; HALF MY LAUNDRY WAS STOLEN!!! The other half was strewn all over the ground and machines. An attendant finally showed up at the laundromat for the first time I’d seen that night, had me fill out a complaint form, and told me that they could review the security tapes. That was 2 weeks ago; never heard anything back or even been contacted. Very upsetting since obviously all those clothes cost me money and also because of the fact that no one ever even called me about the incident.

i used this laundromat to wash a bedspread — they have lots of huge washers and dryers that made the job quick and easy. good, clean, well-​maintained place!

I stopped into El Cajon Launderland recently with a very large comforter that would not fit in most washing machines. They have a wall full of extra large commercial style washing machines and dryers, that handled the job and saved me a BUNCH of money over Dry cleaning.
The store was also very clean and the attendants were friendly.
