This location has converted to a table service restaurant. While I like what they’re trying it’s a bit slow for this type of establishment. Pizza Huts were like this when I was younger but they had a number of arcade games for kids to kill the time. We waited about 30 min for our pizza and it was really tasteless. I don’t think the taste had anything to do with this location. The girl working the register and tables was very nice but deliveries are made a priority so even with just 2 families in the restaurant they said they were slammed in the kitchen. That’s another challenge of the table service model they will have to figure out as well. Plus it felt odd tipping someone in a place as a waitress that has always been a «do it yourself» type of seating and drink place.

This pizza Hut is ridiculous. WHY are they even still open! The place has the odor that turns your stomach instantly! The customer service sucks. All of the cashier use foul language directly in front of kids. Not to mention we had to wait an extra 40 mins on top of the 30 min pick up time for our online order because they could not find our number. The manager was rude and would not even come speak to us. Worst pizza experience. The hottest thing I got was the Buffalo wings. The stuffed crust was not stuffed and the pizza tasted like it was old. Took just under an hour to get me this garbage. Plus side I didn’t get sick from eating it… yet. Dominoes is gourmet compared to pizza hut. Unacceptable.

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. I ordered last night pizza took over an hour even though I live 5 minutes away and when I opened the box it looked like my pizza got hit by a truck and was Lukewarm. Thanks for nothing I will not be ordering again

These people are kind of jerks. My wife needed to shop at Target here so with my baby I parked in the shade of this Puzza Hut. Manager came out to tell me I cannot park here. I said if someone needs this while I am here I will move. He said rudely to move if his drivers show up.

Not the best pizza I’ve had. Would have been one star, but was delivered 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. I ordered the two mediums for $ 6.99 and an 8 piece traditional wings. The crust on the pizzas were not very good. I got hand tossed with hut favorite seasoning and extra sauce, which they barely put any sauce on out sadly. Dough did not taste fresh at all and the seasoning was not good. Described as being buttery… No butter flavor at all. Thin n crispy crust with parm… Burnt. The wings were okay. The sauce was quite liquidy and not thick. There was a pool of the sauce at the bottom of the bowl they were delivered in. I really enjoy pizza, but this experience makes me want to boycott pizza chains. Step your game up.

Oh how I don’t like to write bad reviews. I already had to write one of those today so it pleases me to give credit where credit is due. After I had a bad experience with the previous business I was at I came here to order some lunch and was very promptly and curiously greeted by a young lady named Jenni. She was very friendly and made it a pleasure to come in this establishment and order my lunch. It’s pretty quiet in here which is just how I like it anyhow. I didn’t come back here for many many years because of the service I had last experienced here many years ago. I had ordered a personal pan pizza(Hawaiian) and was told it was going to be a 15 min. wait. There was a young lady that just brought me my pizza to my table from the back of the kitchen in only 9 minutes. Thanks Pizza Hut! You all rock!

I’ve kept hoping every time I order from them it gets better but it’s only gotten worse. They have horrible customer service, they always have people wait just to order a pizza! And when the pizza is ready they have you wait more just to get the pizza. No one is ever in the front to make sure people are getting helped. All this happened to me plenty times but today they made it worse and burnt our pizza. It was super crunchy and burnt.

I wish there were no stars. It took 45 mins to bring out an order of wings and they were cold! The manager said it was because they had an order of 28 pizzas. I work at a family owned joint and I could do a better job with 2 guys in the kitchen. These guys had a full crew and they’re corporate. There should be no excuse. Especially on wing Wednesday. The server didn’t even know it was wing Wednesday. Horrible. They didn’t even give us ranch when we asked. Not even forks or knives.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, pasta, and breadsticks. The stuff crust was very thin and dry, but the pasta was hot fresh and cheesy, and the breadsticks were great and had a nice amount of seasoning! I called about the pizza and the manager really made me feel like she cared the pizza was bad, and I really appreciate it! I got a credit for next time, so I hope for a better pizza then!

I have been a loyal customer of the Pizza Hut buffet for years. Some times I’d get the full buffet w the pizza and salad bar, and other times, I’d stop in quickly to have just the salad bar. The salad bar was $ 2.99 since there is very little on it — just lettuce, and a few containers of veggies and usually a macaroni salad but it was quick and cheap if you were on the run. It’s definetely Not a salad bar that is worth more than $ 3. Now they have turned greedy and are charging $ 6 for a salad bar that has only a few items, nothing fancy or special at all! Save yourself the money as you can go to Hometown or other buffets and pay $ 6 or $ 7 and get a HUGE selection of salads, and even dessert. They have lost a long term customer due to their greed.

Waste of $$. Just ordered from here. While my order came quickly my pizza was overcooked and missing key ingredients. The wings were overdone as well.

I’ve ordered from here before and it was good. I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut person for 15 years. Tonight ordered 2 large pizzas that were HORRIBLE. $ 30 bucks plus tip. There are 4 of us here hungry and all the pizza is sitting here but 3 ½ slices. It was yuk. No cheese in the stuffed crust and the whole pizza is as thin as a quarter. I’m so disappointed and hungry.

Apparently over the years, the Personal Pan Pizza has shrunk, do to either econmoics or greediness, because the meatball and mushroom personal pan pizza I ordered from here should of been called a mini personal pan pizza. In addition, the Quepapas were recommended to me, so I ordered an order for $ 4.95. The pizza looked pretty good when it arrived and came with a good amount of meatballs and mushrooms for the size of the pizza( ). The meatballs were okay and the mushrooms good. I felt the meatballs needed more seasoning( ). The pizza had a good amount of cheese and the crust was at a medium thickness, but it did not provide that buttery texture as much as a larger pan pizza does( ). Overall, the pizza was good, but its sheer lack of size reminded me of a cartoon event. This was not personal 8″ pizza, but more like 6″ on a good day. The quepapas were pretty good. I liked the golden brown crunchy exterior( ), and the soft flavor shredded potatoes mixed with mild green peppers, which reminded me of «rajas,» a Mexican green pepper and cheese dish( ). The only problem with the quepapas was the mystery cheese. There was almost none to be had, even though they were suppose to have some. I recommended they find away to put more cheese in this, so that it oozes out… Service was hit and miss, the first girl I had was great, but then she went on a delivery, so I was pretty much ignored, except when my food was delivered, and to pay, I had to go to the counter to pay.

Our pizza is always on time and taste good. If they make any kind of mistake they always remedy the situation with no argument. I find the staff to be friendly, efficient and good. Plus you gotta love it when pizza hut does their any large pizza for 9.99 deal. You can’t get a better deal anywhere else. They still make a generous pizza, even though the pizza is highly discounted. They are great

Walked in, waited to be helped, 2 girls at the counter were busy. People walked in after us, suddenly one of the girls lifts her head, and helps the people that came in after us. The other girl finishes, and asks if we were helped. We say no, and mention we were there before the other people. She just says, «oh». We are seated, given drinks then left alone. Finally a 3rd girl walks up to ask if we’ve been helped. We say no. She too says«oh» then walks off. She quickly returns with a pad to take our order. She appeared to be the only one working. The cooks brought out the food, and kept having to ask who it went to. There was no order or communication. I was beyond frustrated, but my husband said that’s probably why there is a sign on the window that says, «HIRINGMANAGERS». They need help to get into shape. It was very annoying to me as a customer to watch this.
