Out of spinach, 30 mins waiting (said 15)… Over this. Tell me before I drive here.

Great Pizza this is the best run. The staff is very good. I love food so I’m picky about the whole thing. I recommend this place.

There were a couple things that I didn’t receive with my order. There was no balsamic drizzle on the pineapple side (that I had special requested), but also the delivery guy rung the doorbell and woke up my family when I wrote in the notes to knock on the door. Please look closer at your directions.

I literally just got a pizza from them 10 minutes ago and it was my absolute limit. How can they possibly be this good at what they do? As you can tell, I was trying to mislead you. In all honesty, this specific pizza hut is amazing. The pizza is great, they’re always on time delivering, and a couple of specifics. I once forgot to write the tip on the receipt, I look later to find that the delivery woman only put $ 1.00 for the tip. And finally, what they did today was the absolute best. I simply put in the special instructions «Draw something on one box.» Once I got the pizza, I looked under the lid of all 3 boxes and finally found it. Right under the lid of my brother’s box was a crude drawing of a dinosaur with red coming from the end of his tail. Next to the dino said «His tail is like my mixtape, it’s fire.» My laughter was strong, it was loud, and eventually caused major stomach pain. I sure wish I hadn’t been so generous with my tip on the night when they burned my pizza so badly I could barely bite into it. The bread sticks were burned too. It would have been nice if they called to say they burned it and had to throw another one in. I would have gladly waited for another one, even though the hour wait for the first one was already a bit much. Not cool Pizza Hut! I’m only giving 2 stars because the delivery guy was so nice. Maybe he was only being nice because he knew how mad I was about to be. Blah.

I always order Pizza Hut and love their pepperoni and a well done panned pizza… however the pizza lately hasn’t been fresh upon pick up (and no I’m not late to pick up) the sausage was dried out and the pizza looked like it was ordered prior to mine and they just reheated it. The lady was so nice but the food tastes like cardboard and I’m seriously wondering why it’s so hard to get people to do the right job… don’t hire people who don’t follow guidelines! It kills business!!! Please fix this so I don’t have another bad experience.

I gave in and tried their new pizzas. Good news, there’s finally some flavor. Not that bland frozen pizza taste. I got pepperoni with the cherry peppers, mushroom and olive, pepperoni and mushroom and pineapple and pepperoni. The added flavors were herb flavored crust and bbq sauce drizzled on the pizzas. It came out very very good! I’m happy to see Pizza Hut stepping up their game. Give it a try!

Bad service. Frozen pizzas. Delivery takes forever. Prices are whatever. What happened to you Pizza Hut? You used to be so good

Stopped in and ordered a pizza to go. Convenient location next to Von’s so I did a little shopping while I waited. Not the best pizza ever but the price is decent and everyone knows that pizza hut is convenient.
Took about 12 minutes and the girl behind the counter was very nice.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut same everywhere, even in different cities taste same so I don’t know why all this bad reviews for. I always getting my pizza there for my kids. They love it and I love it. 45 min delivery 15 min pick up. Never missed an order.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER! Me and my husband ordered dinner from there one day and the quoted us an hour okay cool ill wait well an hour and a half rolled by and still nothing so I called and they gave us a $ 22 credit so we ordered some wings the next day for lunch it came on time the wings were raw bones were bloody and nasty! So I called corporate they have us a $ 25 credit ordered a couple days later for dinner and the pizza guy wa late and the wings had a hair in it! Of course I havnt called cuz there going to think we’re lieing! It’s the worst Pizza Hut I will never ever order from another Pizza Hut the worst customer service ever!

I wasn’t disappointed. I was kinda nervous, this isn’t my usualy Pizza Hut store. Upon reading user reviews, I decided on trying this location for myself. It actually was a very pleasant experience.
I placed my order online, and the online ordering went fairly smoothly. It was user friendly and I ordered my food in about 2 minutes tops. They estimated about an hour wait for my order, and I was not expecting them to come so early. About 25 minutes later my food came and was fresh and hot.
We ordered a handtossed extra sauce chicken pizza, which was cooked to a T and was still piping hot! I was ecstatic. We also tried to new P’zolo they were offering for 3 dollars. It was fully cooked and jammed packed with flavor.
My delivery driver Robert was friendly, and did the job quick and painless. I don’t see why this place got so many low reviews. Pizza hut was accurate, fast, and they left me satisfied and probably about 5 lbs heavier! haha.

Did you know that every Monday you can pick up a P’zone, Pizza Hut’s version of a Calzone, for $ 4? Did you know? Well, I do, so I picked one up today for dinner. I chose their supreme that came with sausage, peppers, onions, and mozzi all stuffed in a shell of their pizza crust. (

This location is a togo location, so their is no inside seating. I ordered at the counter and was served by a very friendly and polite young lady.
The P’zone came with a side of pizza sauce. The sauce was good, but the P’zone certainly was the star of the show. It was certainly not your traditional calzone, but for $ 4, on Monday’s, you can’t beat this tasty treat. The P’zone was perfectly baked and had a generous amount of ingredients. My only beef would be that the ratio between dough and filling was a little high on the dough side. Some people like that, but I prefer a little less dough. Never the less, it was a very good meal.

This is by far the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I had a terrible experience the first time but thought I’d give it another try since I can’t get delivery from another location. I ordered 2 large pizzas and the guy who answered my call «heard» my order wrong so I corrected him. I was quoted an hour and ten minutes, but I figured since the football game was on that its normal.
Anyways! The pizza finally comes and the order was completely wrong. Not only was the hand tossed pizza I ordered thin crust, but the toppings were wrong and cold. I called and the guy (different guy) and he said he would send me a new pizza within 40 minutes and take back the other. He did not even apologize. I deal with customers all day long and I make mistakes, but I apologize and make sure the customer leaves happy without them telling me how to make it right. So… I asked to speak to a manager and she wasn’t any better. She asks what I’d like for her to do «make the pizza myself?» I said no because we weren’t gonna wait for another pizza. An apology would’ve been nice but I couldn’t even get that.
I finally (by request) received credit for the pizza… which doesn’t do anything for me now that I think about it because I never want to order pizza from this location.
So order pizza from Pizza Hut BUT do NOTTT order from this location! Worst customer service to match the worst pizza ever!

Terrible service if you come in to pick up your order. Phone was ringing off the hook. Pizza wasn’t ready after 45 minutes after we were quoted 15 minutes. No one said anything when we came in, we were ignored until we yelled into the back for someone to help us. Seriously unbelievable.

Pizza Hut is good if you get it delivered to your house but the actual store is crowded, and dirty and the 10 $ pizza deal is good

Pizza hut is normally a great option when you need to cater to a few people and don’t feel like going through the trouble of making food. But this specific pizza hut is a disaster.
Tonight marks the 3^rd time and final time I will allow this location to ruin dinner.
The prior two times they were simply late, by nearly 2 hours. Was I called and told this? No, I had to wait and wait and finally call myself.
This time was worse, I put in my order at 9:30 they close at 11, plenty of time. I decide to try their pasta dishes, how long does it take to heat up some pasta? Well the estimated delivery time came and went, and I called right before closing. No answer. I checked my credit card, and I was billed. But never got a phone call, never saw the delivery guy and never got the food.
So we all sat there waiting and waiting for nothing, I have never had such a terrible experience. Pizza hut isn’t supposed to charge you until the order is ready either, I put in a complaint with corporate but short of comping the entire order and giving me something free next time, I can’t see myself ever ordering pizza hut from here again.
Charging me and leaving me hanging is a joke.
