The lady is too slow and she’s on her phone the whole time and to get the sandwich took me 20 minutes

Went to Domino’s in El Cajon on Washington St they had two new blacks girls working there and one of them was helping me doing the best she could. The other one was making pizza’s. The one helping me need help working the register and one of the other employees(white) older male came to help. He quoted me one price for what I was trying to order then changed the price to a higher one. I asked why the difference in price and he gave me the worst attitude and said I made a mistake the higher price is what it will cost so do you want the pizza? I was about to leave and go to Little Cesar’s down the street but the girl that was helping me was so nice I stayed and paid for the pizza. I told her I was going to leave but stayed because her service was very polite. Then the other black girl that was new that was making the pizza was being told in a really rude manner by(white) girl training her; telling her in the rudest tones of all her errors that it even irrated my 12 year old! But to top this experience completely off once I got home and opened my pizza they forgot to cut it so I had to cut up my whole pizza. Yeah I will not go back to this location… I have the one star because of the help I received from the new girl.

Like seriously slow as fuck. Like I handed you the money my baby is fucking hungry. Lets get it going. The made who speaks bad English. Very sweet. But should not be who you put in charge of the orders. Also. My pizza was very ugly. I’m very sad. Gunna give me ugly pizza. When I just spent like 30 bills almost. Deff just goig to pizza stop from now on. Could have got the same thing but better and cheaper there.

I can’t believe how incredibly unprofessional these people are. If your customer tells you that you brought them the wrong order, it rectify it. Don’t you ever tell your customers otherwise. I called after a delivery driver delivered the wrong pizza. Yet the person who I get on the phone will not transfer the call to a manager. LEARNHOWTOSPEAKENGLISH. If you don’t know how to handle a situation, don’t hang up on your customer, you FIXIT. Never eating here again.

Worst service ever. We ordered our pizza and waited over an hour. When I called about it they couldn’t give me any reason for the delay. The app told us the pizza would be done delivered, we waited another 45 minutes before any calling. No apologies just they were busy. I could have made the pizza myself in that time. Then they called the driver, I heard hi ask where they were and that he had been gone an hour. Then they tried to deliver the pizza to me, imagine 50 dollars to eat cold pizza. I will never order from this location again.

I’ve had it! I’ve deleted the app from my phone! Never again will I order from Domino’s! Why would anyone pay $ 3.50 for delivery of an average pizza from less than a mile away?! And a tip to the driver on top of that?! Bye!

I have ordered from this location a few times and each time my order had something wrong with it. I figured since they were bigger orders, maybe they had trouble keeping track of everything. But this last order only had one item, the chicken Alfredo pasta bowl which I asked for with no chicken and extra sauce. I got a pasta bowl with extra chicken and virtually no sauce. frustrating but at least this time it was actually in a bread bowl. And it took over an hour for my order to make it to my place. Probably won’t go again.

Don’t order from this place. Domino’s is usually tolerable pizza and has gotten better over the years BUTNOTTHISPLACE. Overcooked, dry, and tasted like cardboard. I threw it into the garbage. What a rip off. It might just be the Washington ave location people that don’t care. IDK.

The last several months this location has issues. 2 orders ago the pizza was about 90% salt. Inedible. Last order was a different problem: My order was out for delivery in 10 minutes. Nice… but it was obvious that it was out way to soon. Cold and undercooked. Plus the delivery driver couldnt navigate my complex or find the unit. He didnt try. He called me and had me watch for his headlights and give him turn by turn instructions. No other driver ever had to do that. At any rate… this location suddenly has problems. It’s like they have only been in the Pizza business a week instead of seeming like a company that pioneered the pizza delivery biz.

I saw the recent 50% promotion they were having and decided why not. Thin crust is the way to go here. It is cracker crispy and thin which is a plus! I tried a thin crust pizza with just garlic. I was hoping for some fresh garlic but couldn’t find any on the pizza. It did have garlic flavor, but some fresh garlic would’ve made this pizza delicious. Delivery driver was friendly and polite. It’s okay, overall.

With the many bad reviews this location received I was hesitant to order from here, but it was the closest location and I must say we enjoyed everything we got! They said 30 minutes to deliver and it came right on time, the employee who placed my order was very nice. Only minor issue I had was the pizza wasn’t hot, it was more like warm, wish it would have been a little hotter, but wasn’t much to complain about because we ate it all up :), i will order from them again!

i Can’t believe am taking the time to really write this review to My O’ sweet classical place a.k.a. Domino’s Pizza. It used to be honestly one of my favorite places to-go-to when I wanted pizza; Until I grew up and realized there is more into pizza than just a pie of pizza. So I moved forward and stopped eating Domino’s pizza. This review, reflects my recent order for my 3yr old boy’s birthday party we had for him. I wanted pizza that everyone knew and tested eating(even though not your best place to order pizza from) but I did anyway, bc I needed 15 Large pies, and they had a special $ 7.99 one topping Large pizza for pick-up. I went ahead and gave them heads up a day before ordering the pizza, just so they can get enough people to get the order ready as close to their opening hours for business which is 11am. My pizza wasn’t ready until 1pm, and its due to lack of internal management control. Pizza was cold, made in a style where it was«rushed» for all 15 pies. Even though the pizza was for ages 3 to 8; I still felt bad serving them cold cheese pizzas. Anyway, the taste was satisfying, quality was good too. I guess I will always have this type of relationship with Dominos, which is based on their running sales and the quantity needed.

These guys were great. I ordered a pizza in SF for a friend down in SD. They tried to deliver 3 times by themselves before she even got home. Quite frankly I was not expecting this level of customer service and it really sets them apart from the rest. I really appreciated their comradely and service.

75 cents for a small ranch sauce. Never seen a pizza place charge for Parmesan and sauce. I just spent 37 bucks and they want to charge 75 cents for each single condiment. Poor management in my opinion. Going to get my pizza from other places. It’s not like the pizza is cheap. The owner must be a cheap joke counting every penny. Now he’s going to lose business. We went to 711 next door and got ranch for 2.70 lol.

DOMINNOOOO. Carry out specials… $ 7.99 pizza $ 5.99 sides Tell me how one pizza and two sides comes to $ 32+ Not worth it! All in all it was about a 3 but I have to give it a 2 because all of the supposed specials were not there. Boo! Won’t be going back.

I saw the commercial for their new pan pizza for $ 7.99 for two toppings, and I gave in and decided to give it a try.( ) I had them make it with pepperoni and mushrooms.( ) The first thing I noticed was that it came in a very cool well designed black box.( ) The next thing I noticed, when I opened the box, was that the pan pizza looked great! The crust was a little thicker than most pizzas, but it tasted great and had great texture. Not only was it moist and warm, but it had a almost chewy consistency.( ) Very good. The pepperoni was crispy, the mushrooms rendered down, and the cheese was baked to a bubbly perfection.( ) All together the pan pizza was very good, and I will order one again. My pizza was a take out, but when I arrived the girl who served me was nice. This pan pizza Domino’s is now making is a winner in my book.
