I had been looking for a new dry cleaner and I’ve found it. I’ve used them about 10x. They clean and press (which i’m most critical of) the clothes nicely. The only reason why I didn’t give them the highest rating possible is because they’re a bit pricey. All in all, I’d rather pay more money for better handling of my clothes so I’m now a loyal customer.

Took a dress there took 5 days and when I picked it up it smelled bad. Also they have a sign outside saying 20% off for first time customers, i was a first time customer and they didn’t homer it. Not happy with the service and the job

I have had two horrible customer experiences there and I will not be returning. I spend about 20 dollars a week dropping off my husbands shirts for dry cleaning. On the last pickup, one of the shirts was still dirty. I took the shirt back (with their tag still on!) and the guy actually said that my husband wore it and made it dirty. He wanted to charge me again for cleaning a shirt that they cleaned improperly! He lost a customer because he insisted he would charge me the 2 dollars again. The money is not a big deal but they should have cleaned it right! And to seriously say that my husband wore it made me really upset. Why would I try to scam them out of two dollars when I was spending 80 dollars a month.

I took a very expensive designer gown there to be drycleaned, usually dry cleaning takes a couple days, it took 4 days with them. Maybe because they are brand new, but overall the dress came out perfect like new, so I will be coming back here again.

Plus I got 30% discount on my first service! They offer alteration service, shoe repair and same day service. I totally recommend them!
