Another pleasant surprise in El Cajon! The mall this is located in is so clean and beautiful! Also, this H&M, unlike most, is not a disorganized mess.
It’s a large store, with the women’s, men’s, & children’s section has it’s own large «room» in the store.
Everything was hung & neat. Every item easy to find. Even the kids section was beautifully organized. I love H&M, but normally shopping here can be a pain in the butt! Not this time :)
Also, the staff was so nice. One of the staff members is a transfer from the Escondido store & he is friendly & helpful. Wish I new his name so I could give him a kudos on making the environment there so pleasant.
Finally, an H&M that actually made me enjoy shopping.

I had this girl ring me up two times on different days and every time she seems like she is unhappy with something and doesn’t seem like she wants to help me. I thought it was just me but a customer in front of me asked a question and she had an annoyed face when the customers card didn’t work. I believe I saw her name tag is valery. So if you need something don’t ask her.
