The office staff is completely incompetent, unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. Dr. Li is very nice which is why i’ve stuck it out this far with her but i cannot take the office staff anymore. Time to find a new primary care physician.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. The office is ran by a couple of unprofessional children with zero skills. If you plan on using this dr and require any type of controlled substances be prepared to pay to see them every single month.
They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and really have no clue on how ‘home delivery pharmacy’ works.
Only seen the NP and if she planned on seeing me every month for the prescriptions I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money. Worse dr office EVER.

Maybe you should tell New Patients this before wasting their time and money. Your Np seemed overwhelmed anyhow when I came in and the person transcribing the same. I find it strange that you’re ok with 6 months prescriptions of other meds like statins and bp meds (which you gave) and have no medical history or require any current blood work. Those meds are just as dangerous.

Dr. Li is amazing! She actually takes the time to listen and makes sure she serves every issue. Her staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family

I am new to having medical insurance other than kaiser, and so far my experience has been horrible. I never met dr Karin li so this rating can’t 100% reflect her work as a dr. I was scheduled on a Wednesday on accident because apparently that is the only day the dr is not in. It was a mistake on their part so they put me with a random nurse practitioner who seemed to not know what she was doing at all. they were suppose to refer me to a fertility specialist, but didn’t hear anything for months. I called the office to follow up and was told yes it was approved we will send over approval now to specialist. Then they tell me «please make sure you follow up if you don’t hear from us». WTF Basically to them it is normal for them not do their jobs correctly and it was my fault for not following up. The worse part is the place they referred me to have even more idiots who do not know what they are doing. Ughhhh I miss Kaiser!

Today I spoke with the doctor and was very pleased with how she dealt with my issues.

Today, I had my first visit and physical with Dr. Li. The exam went well and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. She is very knowledgable and kind. The front and back office staff were very efficient and nice. We just moved to Eastvale and I am glad I chose this office.

Dr is super nice… and the office staff was very helpful and nice too! I highly recommend the Dr!

Office requires major work in terms of time management! I showed up 24 minutes early for my initial appointment to be seen for help with the recurring pain that I have been experiencing. I also completed paperwork in advance (via
) to help shorten the wait time. Doctor was out of the office, nurse practitioner showed up an hour and a half later with no real help. Was scheduled for a physical — no communication and excuses as to why that couldn’t be done. I was scheduled for blood test, she claimed that the appropriate person to do so was not in that day! What was the purpose of the specific appointment if I still had to wait more than an hour AND the services could not be rendered??? Follow-​up is scheduled for next week. Hopefully, actually seeing the doctor herself will make the difference!

I really liked Dr. Li. I couldn’t however taste a 5star because her office needs some work. The waiting rooms have no privacy curtains and that made it very uncomfortable when the door was opened on me twice as I was waiting on the table for my annual woman’s check up. Please add the curtains! They didn’t have gowns either, a small thin paper cover that barely covered anything and just slipped off, please get gowns! And all of the supplies are shoved under the patient exam bed instead of in an organized cabinet which there weren’t any in the room. For an office in a brand new building I was expecting to feel more comfortable in her office, honestly to my feeling comfortable makes a big difference.

After reading all the reviews for Dr. Li I am jealous. I haven’t been lucky enough to see her instead I have dealt with incredibly poor service from her staff.

Dr Karin Li, is an exceptional Dr. I was amazed how well and genuine she worked to give patients first-​rate, coordinated care. For example, When we first visited the Office my father was in urgent need of care. Dr Karin Li immediately took action in getting my father the proper care he needed, working after hours and getting approvals in a day. More than 6 months later she continues to work hard and give it her 110%. I’m very very appreciated with her attention and caring. Going in to her office feels at home knowing you are cared for and knows who you are.

She is a wonderful doctor who seems down to earth and genuinely cares about people in general. Dr. Li took her time with me and was very thorough. I felt comfortable with her as she addressed all of my concerns. I found her through Unilocal! since moving to the area and have referred my husband to her as well.
I came in for a check-​up and she took care of my urine sample, pap smear, sent me for full bloodwork, mammogram, ultrasound, gave me a flu shot, and a prescription to pick up at my local pharmacy. She really took care of me. Also, her office administration is friendly and super responsive. They are a happy and hardworking group of people that provides a welcoming atmosphere. Quick, friendly, and thorough. I even lost my Rx and her administration was able to email it to me right away, along with the results of my labs as soon as they were available… unlike some places that sit on their stacks and don’t email it to you until a few days later.
This is a great office.

So after almost 14 years with my doctor in Chino Hills, I decided to change physicians to one closer to home. I have to say I am very happy with my new doctor, Dr. Li! I agree, she is the most attentive doctor I’ve ever had! I’ve never come across a doctor who patiently listens to patients, until now. Even on my follow up appointment this morning, Dr. Li was very thorough and made sure she addressed all issues I had. I totally appreciated her asking me if I had anything else to ask her about. Her demeanor allows me to be comfortable — considering I was at a doctor’s office. Her staff has been very helpful and so efficient.
Overall, I’m glad with my decision to change doctors. No regrets! Thank you Dr. Li and staff!

I think she’s one of the best in the area. She sincerely listens to and cares so much about all of her patients. She really tries her best to help get them back to a state of complete health. I would definitely recommend her. Don’t judge her office setup. judge her! She’s great. and very professional.

I am active duty military and have had plenty of PCMs in my 19 plus years in the Marine Corps. Dr. Li is the best PCM hands down. I have had better care through her office in the past year than any place I’ve been (Georgia, North Carolina, Okinawa, Mississippi, Arizona, Iwakuni). Dr. Li does an outstanding job in taking all the necessary precautions when treating you. If you’re an active duty member and need a PCM, look no further than Dr. Li.

So my new doctor is Dr Li, trying to find the place took a while due to the lack of sign posting outside the facility, but managed to find her office (I had to deduct one star due to the difficulty in finding the place). Upon arrival I was promptly greeted by the receptionist and though I came 10 minutes early and I had filled out all my paperwork I had a 20 minute wait. However that wasn’t any of the staff’s fault, it was due to the two patients ahead of me, one who was on the phone with a provider which held up Dr Li.
Meeting Dr Li was a pleasure, she looks so young so it did surprise me, but she listened to my concerns and was good at putting me at ease in my annual physical. She seems to be knowledgeable & is very down to earth! I look forward to having her as my primary doctor and her receptionist and supporting staff are friendly, polite & professional too.
