This place is pretty good! While they don’t seem to be too great at getting the orders correct(sometimes overly spicy, for example), it always tastes really good and they are very kind people. This is my boyfriend’s favorite restaurant in East Lansing!

The food is okay, you don’t get as much as some Thai places but the favor is pretty good. I ordered take-out but they closed 15 minutes early for some reason, so I was stuck knocking on the door with them looking at me saying that they’re closed until they finally understood I was picking up an order. They were rude to me as well when I was paying. The restaurant needs an update, it has very old dirty carpet and smells interesting. Definitely prefer take-out.

Taste of Thai’s pad thai peanut was a little sweeter than expected and no hint of tamarind or lime. But it was fast and hot. The veggie spring rolls we’re better than expected Delivery from grub hub was 30 minutes faster than predicated!

Crappy service. I ordered a big tray of fried rice for a small get together. The owner asked me how many people coming to my house. I said about 10, then she insisted that I should get the smaller sized tray. I wondered why she wanted to sell me some thing cheaper, but finally purchased. But after bringing home I noticed that she had given me some old fried rice from a past day and it was pretty bad. I do not recommend any one that place. I would give less than one star if possible.

Fast, fairly inexpensive and not terribly inspired Thai. Not a place to pick as a destination when there’s time to plan, but if you feel like pad Thai or satay and you’re heading home from work it’s a good spot for takeout.

I ordered take out one night when I was at a friend’s place from here. Overall, the food was an average small thai place. I ordered the pad thai and my friend ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. There is definite flavor there that really packs a good punch but in my opinion this seems to be the equivalent to No Thai. The dishes are very similar in choice, look, and taste. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who is just in the East Lansing area for a night or two, but its definitely a viable option for a night where you want to be lazy and order some solid take out.

The food was very nice but the service wasn’t as good as I was hoping. I absolutely love that food but this wasn’t as good as I was hoping

Not recommended. Their price was way too high $ 11.00 for lunch Their peanut curry was weak and not even taste-able with white rice. Very disappointing. From the looks of the place on the edge of campus I’m assuming they pay crazy rent and aren’t doing well. The décor is dingy and I would recommend exploring other options. At the end of the day their sauce is what let me down the most.

The food seemed very fresh with fancy cut carrot slices. I had a vegan modified pineapple fried rice which was a little greasy for me. The Pad Prew Wahn(sweet and sour) made with tofu was a bit too sweet. The portions were large for lunch and priced around $ 10 on the weekend with about a $ 2 savings M-F. Easy access with ample parking and close to the university.

I ordered the Pad Thai and it was fair. I ordered my lunch special for pick up, and I didn’t check the bag until I got back to my office. i didn’t get the soup or the salad, and the spring roll was about the size of my thumb. Tasty, but two bites. I won’t be back.

A relaxed, boardering on a little run-down, Thai restaurant. Nothing exceptional, but very solid range of Thai dishes. I’ve gotten takeout from them a half dozen times and will continue to do so.

This place was surprisingly good. I ordered delivery(have to go through ) it got here fast. Ordered Crab Rangoon and beef Pad Thai. The Crab Rangoon was decent, they were very small and all I could taste was the cream cheese, but the sauce it came with was its saving grace. It wasn’t that run of the mill red sweet and sour sauce. Instead, it was a sweet hot sauce we peanuts and it was great. The Pad Thai was the real winner. I ordered it hot, it was pretty decent heat level, but if you like heat like me go with the extra hot. The flavor was a bright heat with a flavorful Pad Thai sauce. There was plenty of of beef and it was very tender and delicious. I would definitely swing by this place and order this again.

Why is every single dish I ordered so damn sweet? Drunken man noodle is supposed to be savory and spicy. Nope only got the spicy part down. Got four other dishes and they’re all one noted – SWEET. For that price, I expected better.

We ordered curry puffs, spring roll and yellow curry. It was all really good for the 3 of us. We didn’t want to order a lot as we didn’t want to take anything back to the hotel. The puffs reminded us of indian food. The crust was light and tasty and the filling was wonderful. The spring roll were hot and fresh — sometimes they seem like they’ve been fried and sat for awhile. These had a great crunch to them. The main dish was full of coconut flavor and the chicken was tender. Even the thai fortune cookies were a treat. It’s really small(about 10 tables) and very plain, but the food was so good. They also gave a 5% discount for cash.

The food was good, service was speedy and it seemed like an above average clean. I got the pad see ewe and really liked it. The pad thai wasnt great but thats ok, bc thats how good the pad see ewe was. It seems like the reviews are mixed but at this point I would love to go back and try more stuff on their menu. Everything seems fresh and its got that authentic wok flavor. Go during lunch and they’ll hook you up with a soup and a spring roll.

Disappointing. I am new to Lansing and heard that this was the best Thai. Wanting to venture out, I drove 12 miles out of my way to get two of my favorite Thai dishes(red curry, and Pud Thai). I will admit that I came at a time when restaurants are slower(2pm). However, after reading about all of the fresh ingredients on Unilocal, that is what I expected. The chicken was definitely not fresh. The Pud Thai was so sweet, that was the only flavor. It was not medium spiced as requested and the noodles were soggy and over-cooked. I’m pretty sure the white rice is instant. Then my favorite mouthwatering spicy red curry! Mmm… Nope…not this red curry. The broth was bland and spice-less. It had green peas and was overflowing with bamboo shoots. No Thai eggplant, no creamy coconutty goodness… my taste buds are sad:(Perhaps they were out of other vegetables and used what they had… Either way, NOTGOOD. Unfortunate. I might give them another try at a peak time and see if I just came in at a bad time, but I’m not going out of my way to do it. The spring roll was just ok. Mehhh.

A small but quality Thai restaurant in East Lansing. I ordered the Curry Fried Rice with Chicken for 9.45. Price was worth the portion and the meal was really filling. They give a discount if you pay in cash at this establishment so use it to your convenience. Service was a little laid-back seeing as it’s the end of the school year in a town populated with mostly college students. If I was still attending school here, I’d definitely spend some time trying other dishes on the menu.

I love it, when a place exceeds its Unilocal rating. Thai princess did just that, Great interior decorating and that style continued onto the food with excellent presentation. I ordered the mango thai curry for lunch. The curry had a good flavor, spicy yet full of flavor, the mango added a nice fresh sweetness. I guess the downside was the price, 11.99 for lunch is a bit much, especially when the serving size was kinda small. Still, I think it’s a very nice Thai place that I would come back too.

First time here. I love thai food. I’ve heard so much about it. We had to try it. First we started with rice soup, um kinda weird. It’s basically rice in some broth. Next spring rolls, very bland no flavor. Pad Thai it can’t be wrong, right? Well here it taste like sweet and sour noddles. Yuck! I asked the waitress if I could get something else. I ordered drunken noddles with chicken. There was about 5 – 6 pieces of chicken and lots of Thai basil. Not impressed. Won’t be coming back here again.
