We just left this office max — and given the level of service I experienced (during Black Friday no less) — I felt compelled to write. Everyone at the store was helpful but Bryan in particular went out of his way to answer any and all questions related to the products and services we were purchasing at the store. I don’t know if the dude is a manager yet but he has certainly set the standard for how retail stores should operate. Pleasant, effective and efficient — We will definitely be shopping here agaIn.

This Office Max is in a desolate strip mall where a majority of the stores are vacant, but Office Max is thriving enough to remain open. I give my business to them when I need ink cartridges and other office supplies because the people are friendly and very helpful. They remember me, and always ask how I’m doing. It’s pushed back off the main road of Pleasant Hill, but you’ll see the sign and again while the strip mall is mostly vacant, Office Max is there!
