Horrible Place
Rediculous. I waited more than a half hour for my nail appointment and there were only 2 other customers in the ENTIRE salon. Without exaggeration, every single person in the salon had a clueless, deer-​in-​the-​headlights, look and their face and no one knew what was going on. Tried to charge me to remove the polish on my nails before starting the new service. What salon does that? My nail tech filed my (long) nails down to nubs because she couldn’t figure out how to file them evenly. I eventually got so frustrated I left in the middle of my service. Come to find out my ‘nail tech’ wasn’t even a nail tech! She was a hair stylist that was ‘helping out’!! That’s just horrible service. Don’t trust them!

This place is a joke… A really bad one. waited 40 minutes for a pedicure that I’d scheduled in advance and when I finally got escorted back I had to wait another 20 min after I chose my color to get put in a chair. Once I did I was left alone for 10 minutes until I called out to someone because the water in the tub was splashing all over me and onto the walls and ground! I thought I had to be on camera. The rest of the pedicure was not good – he made my toe bleed and took more than two hours to complete. Didn’t put me under a dryer either so now there are smudges and I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.
The manicure was actually just a polish change so now I have to get that fixed too. I can’t believe this place is in business… When I asked who the owners were, nobody even knew!
The coupon is NOT worth it.

I had to wait over 45 for a manicure/​pedicure that I had scheduled an appointment for. There was NO ONE in the whole place! I had to go to the back room to even find someone working. When I finally got taken back for my pedicure, they acted like they were sooooooooo busy. Really? When? Last year one day? The place looks like it’s non-​operational. The Faveroo I purchased listed a shellac manicure AND pedicure and when I got there, tried to tell me only the manicure included shellac. Great advertising.
It looks as if they just opened and hired people off the street to do nails. I could have given myself a better manicure with my left hand and eyes closed.
No matter how cheap, do yourself a favor and do NOT come here.
