I went here to get my eyebrows done and it started with the owner arguing very loudly with one of her employees. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited thirty mins for my appointment. I left the salon with wax still on my eyebrow. This was a terrible experience and I won’t be back. It explains why the prices are so cheap

Just had a mani/​pedi with Christina Dumas, who is currently using the Dublin spa as a venue for her own business. She has a Groupon right now — $ 27 for mani/​pedi and it was well worth it! I upgraded my mani to gel polish for an extra $ 15. She knew I was in a rush and worked quickly, yet very efficiently. Her work is impeccable and she’s very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The Dublin Hair and Nails Day Spa is a very cute place to get your nails done and the other staff are friendly. I highly recommend Christina! Check out her Groupon! :)

I received hair services of color weave, cut and styling. My hair looks amazing with hi-​lights and lo-​lights. The cut was personalized to best suit my hair texture and looks fresh. Styling tips were shown to me so I feel confident they I can style for myself. The salon was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this salon in old Dublin.

Cute little Hair and Nails Salon in Historic Dublin. They’re right across from our office so close and convenient. Same great atmosphere inside as the other shops in downtown. I’ve only got a haircut so far, but they also offer facials, massage and nails. If you’re going for the first time there’s parking on the side and in the back of the building.

I saw this place was the Groupon for today, and decided to have my say. I used to go here a few years ago for my hair. The owner, Luanne, would do mine most of the time. While she always did a nice job with my hair, she was constantly trash talking her employees, and others that were in there. My Mom liked my hair and asked where I got it done and she booked an appointment with Luanne. I told her to make sure to bring cash, because last time I was there I got yelled at for paying with a credit card because it costs her more money. Anyway, I guess Luanne wasn’t nice to her, as she didn’t like her hair type. That was the last straw– don’t mess with my Mom! I treat people with respect, and expect to have the same returned to me especially, when you are paying them for a service!

My motto has always been, «I’ll try anything once», which has led me to some pretty interesting life experiences, such as getting naked in public, eating a cricket, and most recently, paying complete stranger to wax my cooter.
Like Jessica S., I had the $ 17 faveroo for the bikini wax here. My experience was completely different than hers, which I think is worth noting. First, they were on time, and it did last about 20 minutes, as promised. The tech didn’t use hot wax strips, but a kind of flexible, sticky, moldable piece of wax, that was applied and reapplied many uncomfortable times to get rid of all those stubborn little dudes. Except, it didn’t really get them all… without TMI on the internet, I will say that I will surely have to shave again in a few days. I did get a moisturizing treatment too, and the tech was a pleasant person.
All in all, however, it comes down to whether or not I got a good bikini wax, and, no, I did not. Been there, done that, not going to repeat the experience.
