Their Shrimp Bahn Mi is incredible! The sweet and spicy flavors with nicely sized breaded shrimp! Come on! What more do you want in a sandwich? The bread is even more like a authentic Bahn Mi, I am impressed. I will be getting another one before it is off the menu.

Great people working there. Really good sandwiches. I love the way you get to write your order on your sandwich bag. 1000x better than subway and jimmy johns. I recommend this place!

First had these sandwiches in Florida and they came to Denver area, Very happy. The Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich is my all time favorite. Hot or cold. And you can dress it up or down all you want. :) The customer service is good a 4 but they need to smile more to be a 5. The location is usually neat but if it’s busy tables might be dirty for awhile.

WORSTSERVICEEVER. My roommate and I went in here on Sunday night, and arrived at 6:45. They close at 7:00 which we knew and of course planned to get it to-go. When we walked in we were not greeted at all, and then the guy working gave us a nasty disgusted look while shaking his head. We very quickly made our orders and brought them to the register where they continued to not acknowledge us whatsoever. He snatched both of our bags for our orders out of our hands and then threw our change on the counter in front of us. There was one girl making both sandwiches and when we said thank you she did not respond or say anything back at all. Our sandwiches were very sub-par and not correctly made, or toasted which we both had asked for. I am a huge fan of Which Wich usually and have never experienced this kind of service at any other location, or anywhere really. I will definitely not be back to the Colfax location because of how these two workers treated us. HORRIBLE.

I first tried Which Wich a few months ago when I started working in an office near this location. I had never heard of the chain and didn’t know what the concept was. My first experience was depressing. The place was deathly silent and the staff didn’t really say anything to customers since you fill out your own order on a paper bag and just hand it to the cashier. It seemed like the Which Wich concept was to remove all human interaction from the food ordering process. But, as I said, I work really close to this location, so I decided to give it another shot and it was great the next time. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door, offered assistance with understanding the menu and ordering process, and was friendly during all interactions. The food is fresh and delicious. And I’ve come to appreciate the concept of filling out your order yourself so that you don’t have a line of customers stuck behind some guy at the cash register who’s having a personal crisis trying to decide on oil or mayonnaise and exactly how much. I’ve been back about 6 times over the course of the summer and each time the staff have been super friendly and the service quick. It seems like employees on the weekday lunch shift really enjoy working there. I’m sure I’ll keep going back for quite some time.

I may just love it because they have one of the few hummus sandwiches available in Denver, but they also have great ingredients, the selection is huge, I like the ordering process, and staff is always very nice.

This chain fast food is a great idea and wayy better than Subway. I like the concept of you writing all your choices down on the bag and handing it over to the cashier. It avoids angry customer complaints saying the sandwich was made incorrectly, making things run a lot smoother for everyone else. As with the nearby Chipotle, just avoid the area during the nearby high school’s lunch break. Otherwise, its never really packed and the staff is great. Definitely beats the crappy customer service at most Subways AND you have fewer mistakes on assembling the wich!

My first time here. Didn’t know what to expect but the«pick a bag with your choice of base» is a unique, clever concept! I got chicken, BBQ sauce, & Swiss cheese, toasted. Hoped the chicken would be diced like at Cheba Hut instead of sliced but it was still tasty.

To me, Which Which is a fancier, better version of Subway. I like how many options they have, and that their meats, cheeses, and toppings tend to be high-quality. They have tons of sauces– flavored mayo, pesto, various mustards, hummus, ranch, etc. There’s also a lot of free toppings most places would charge you for, like caramelized onions or banana peppers, and it doesn’t cost very much to add avocado or bacon unlike a lot of places. This location tends to be flooded with high school students at lunchtime, but this is where the online ordering system comes in handy. I can order my sandwich from work, and it’s ready for me when I arrive, no fuss. I can get a really filling«small» sandwich customized to my heart’s content, drink, and chips/cookies for under $ 10, which these days is a steal. You really can’t go wrong here.

There are lots of things I enjoy about Which Wich. I like writing on my paper bag. I like watching first timers stare cluelessly at the wall for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to order. I like the obscene variety of choices you have, from meats to toppings to sauces. If you’re the kind of person who wants to just order a number 3 the way it comes, Which Wich is not for you. The wall of bags can be intimidating, and finally choosing one and then seeing 40 items for you to check through could push someone with terrible indecision over the edge. But that’s precisely the reason that Which Wich is probably my favorite chain sandwich restaurant. I can get almost any kind of sandwich I could possibly dream up here. Their meats and cheeses go so far beyond what a Subway(yuck) offer that it’s not even fair. Hot, cold, or even the Lettucewich, which is an astounding breadless sandwich creation that puts all other breadless sandwiches to shame. It holds at least as much, if not more, toppings as a traditional sandwich, it’s like 10 inches long, and I’m pretty sure you have to take an engineering course to build one. Anyway, yeah, the service isn’t really any better here than you’d expect to find at any fast food restaurant. Sometimes they seem more involved in their conversations than they do in helping people. It takes a while from the time you order to the time you get your food. But the bread is great; the sandwiches, regardless of how many things you cram in there, hold up well and taste good, and the price isn’t absurd for what you get, assuming you get what I get, which is about 5 pounds of stuff loaded into a 10 inch sandwich. I went to Which Wich in Fort Collins when it opened something like 8 years ago, and I’ve been going to Which Wiches ever since.

I really like Which Wich. I’m very new to the hoorah, but I am no less fanatic. In the battle of sandwich shops, there are so many factors that make me a very irregular customer at any one of the options. Here’s the list of things Which Wich nails: –Toasted –Wheat bread –Size options –Lots of varieties of GOOD meat –Lots of varieties of GOOD cheese –Bacon and avocado as options –Tons of free veggie options(cucumber, spinach, hot peppers, etc.) –Carmelized onions –Sauce varieties –Good optins for chips/sides –Delicious fresh cookies –Nice service –Fast, but not too fast(like, «I don’t believe that’s fresh» too fast) All and all, this is my favorite new all encompassing sandwich joint — chain or not — and I will be a regular finally at one!

Love how many choices are offered at Which Witch, and I definitely have a few faves picked out now. It’s kind of fun to build your sandwich with a ton of topping choices, grab the paper bag you like and start checking boxes. Seems to me that plain, non-toxic markers would work just as well as permanent on the brown bags without all the stinky fumes. A nice unscented red marker would be lovely.

I went at the perfect time, school was still in session so it was pretty empty. I really like Which Wich, and for a sandwich joint, there is such a great variety of choices! Many sauces-hello pesto, four different kinds of mayo, oodles of complimentary veggies, feta and bleu cheese, and the list could go on. The guy working the counter was super friendly without being obnoxious. The sandwich came out super fast and I was fast on my way to the party that was about to start in my mouth.

Yum. I love sandwiches. Not as much as my sister, she’s the sandwich queen but I sure do love them. Which Wich takes the cake for awesome places to get delicious sandwiches. There are so many options to choose from, they offer lettuce wrapped sandwiches, skinny sandwiches(they scoop out some bread), toasted, not toasted plus probably 50 other options. Create the sandwich of your dreams! Create the most basic or the most complicated sandwich you want and go with it, it is bound to be delicious. It’s even better to go with a friend because you can have a half of two different sandwiches(this is the way to go!) We love the surf and turf, meatball, turkeywich, the italian. Don’t forget to get a punch card so you can get a free sandwich after 10!

I’m kind of surprised by the negative reaction for this sandwich shop. I for one love how many choices are available. I think the ordering system in genius, letting you customize your sandwich just the way you want. And the various options available are great. I had the Thanksgiving sandwich and subbed lettuce for cole slaw and added crunchy fried onions. Fantastic. Though this place is more expensive than say Subway, I think the quality is much better. Especially since many of the add-ons here are free. Yeah, the line can be a bit slower here. They seem to be a bit understaffed. But I’ve been a fan of Which Wich since I ate at one when I lived in Austin and I am still a fan. Which wich? The ‘wich at Which Wich please.

I think maybe I’m not really smart enought to eat at Which Wich. Going in for the first time, I felt like what I imagine a North Korean peasant might feel like while wandering around a Costco: Panic, mixed with a sense of being totally lost in a sea of too many choices. For me, anxiety set in as I stared at the wallboard descriptions of the more than 50 basic sandwiches that you can then doctor up with any combination of 50 – 60 other items. But ya know what? In the end, maybe it doesn’t really matter what you order, because after you’ve made all those choices, the product I got tasted more like a generic glump of processed food product, with tastes vaguely reminiscent of the fresh ingredients that supposedly made up my custom«wich.» I ordered their«signature sandwich,» the Wicked Wich. They say it has 5 different meats and up to 3 different cheeses, along with your choice of the 50 – 60 other ingredients. Next time(if there is a next time), I think I’ll stick to one meat product, one cheese product, and a couple of garnishments, and call it a day. I’m too worn out to say anything more about my experience.(Except for asking whether someone can explain to me if you can actually just order a sandwich there, without having to also pay for a 22 oz fountain drink and chips, that their wallboard sign says comes with each order. I don’t think if I ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches I’d particularly want potato chips).

I’ve been a fan of Which Wich for years. There are 2 Wiches I normally order: the triple cheese and the black bean patty, both of which I love. I like both their white and wheat breads too. While many people complain about having to fill out your order on a paper bag, I completely prefer that to standing in front of a person while they ask me about 20 different questions about what I want on my sandwich. The only negative thing is that my sandwiches are often pretty soggy by the time I get them home, if I order to-go. I’m not sure if it’s that they put too much mustard of them or if it’s from pickles and/or jalapenos. But they are much better to eat when they are fresh out of the toaster.

I was excited to see this place open and have always been curious about the establishment. I do like the concept but that was about all. They have been open about a month now and man, was it slowww. I had to wait about 10 minutes for a sandwich(and there were only 3 orders in front of me). JJ’s makes ‘em Freaky Fast and I think much better! I got the Italian and asked for Mayo and olive oil/vinegar. The sandwich was very dry. The sandwich was just ok… had better and had worse but it was definitely not worth the wait. I got their homemade chips and there were maybe 7 or 8 chips in the bag… rather get a commercial bag of chips. Lastly, after waiting and having a dry, mediocre sandwich/sub it is expensive. It was over $ 10 for a 10.5″ combo meal. I think JJ’s has a better sandwich for less.

Holy Sorted Sandwich Selection, Bun Man! I love the idea behind this place. There’s tons of types of sandwiches(even a Cuban) at this sub shop. You walk in, grab the bag made for your type, and fill it out to have your sandwich customized exactly how you want it. I’ll be sure to be back and try a few others. But, for my first try, I wasn’t fond of the quality of my roast beef. However, the bread was awesome, and so was the hot pepper blend. I could stand for the cheddar to be sharper, but really, I’m just nitpicking. Still, the service was kind of slow, but they are new, so maybe they’ll slice that bread a different way soon enough. I disagree with the review that says that there are too many choices. I like selection, even though I went with a standard roast beef sandwich. I knew I’d be Unilocaling about it though, and I remembered all of my other sub shop reviews were based on the favorite idiom: «Which is better, wisdom or a roast beef sandwich? Nothing is better than wisdom, but a roast beef sandwich is better than nothing.» I wanted to be consistent for you all. This roast beef sandwich was good. But not as great as my favorite Cap Hill sub shop. I’ll have to update once I get around the menu more.
