Magic Cleaners & 24hr Laundromat

this is the most disgusting laundromat ever! they recently painted the walls but chose not to clean the walls first and so now the walls are textured with lint under the paint. more often than not half of the washing machines are broken down and the girl who works there is so rude that on top of the filth and broken machines, she was the last straw for me. I will never go here ever, ever again. this place is down right repugnant.

Been going here for years to wash my comforters — today one gets tangled and didn’t spin in the washer, thus ruining it. The lady manger decided to yell at me because I am in the wrong. She was very rude, condescending, and said her customers are dumb. She decided yelling at me was her approach. Another gentleman agreed with me that the managerial staff is awful. Never going back, and out a newer comforter.

This place is disgusting. I took some comforters to be washed there since my machines are to small. The pace is filthy, smells horrible and there is no running water in the bathroom. A large portion of the dryers are out of order and a couple that I used just stopped and gave an error. No refund of time and the man working on a machine near by just told me to use a different machine and gave me 1 quarter. Nothing in this place was clean. The machines seem to never be serviced or cleaned either. The owners of this establishment were taking machines apart and working on them. Will never ever go back here.

Just relocated to the Denver area and will never use their services again. More than half the dryers are out of order and the other dryers are so poorly maintained they barely dry your clothes. The washers leak so there is hardly in water left in the machine. When I spoke to one of the attendants about my dryer turning off and on she told me to use another dryer. Fine with me but when I told her I had 56 mins left on my time she was very rude. My suggestion for the owners is, «maintain your equipment for your business». I wish I could give this business no star or at least a ½ a star.

Bloody PAD left in Extractor drying machine?! Heck no! Also the bathroom was disgusting and there was a gun shot fired outside! I’m from North Denver but DAMN! Not coming back! I think it was karma for waiting till we had 3 Ikea bags full of laundry!

I found these guys back when we didn’t have a washer or dryer — wash and fold with them was waaaay easier than going to the laundromat. They also do dry cleaning at reasonable prices, and if you get on their good graces, they will pick up and deliver for free. As long as they keep at it, we will keep using their delivery service and ignore all other dry cleaners. Highly recommended.

RIPPPPPPP OFFFFFFFFF I thought because the owners were nice this would be a good place to get dry cleaning done, WRONG!!! The owners are nice but they have some punk kid working there. He wears his pants down to his knees, so unprofessional. So i went in there with 4 shirts and a sweater that needed «Dry Cleaned». The kid told me it would cost $ 6 a garment to get dry cleaned and that they would definitely be able to remove a spot on one of the shirts. When i went in 5 days later, because that is when he told me it would be ready, there was still a spot on the shirt he said” sorry we couldn’t get it out” So I spent $ 30 on dry cleaning. I was happy with the way the shirts came out except for the one that still had the spot, but I spent $ 6 a piece. I could have went up the road a mile to leetsdale ave. and spent $ 1.50 a garment for dry cleaning there. This place is a complete rip off!!! The kid working there is dressed like a little unprofessional «skater dude». You can go a mile up the road and get your garments cleaned for ¹⁄₅ the price. RIPPPPPPPPP OFFFFFFFFFFFF

Missing Laundry!?! I’m not going back… I had been taking my laundry there for 3 months or so, no problems, and this weekend, my delicates don’t come home. When I confronted the owner, he said it was impossible for them to lose my items, and he would only give me a $ 20 credit for all of my stuff, like I’m going to go back, to have more stuff go missing…

in response to 6÷18÷13 post– it was several undergarments missing, and he didn’t offer to pay for them… I agree w Seth below– Total rip off, and I expect to get my money’s worth for something I pay for.
In response to the BBB– I wasn’t told of an appearance… they just didn’t help me with getting my money back. Since the post in 2011– I have yet to find the garments, so I know I don’t have them. Jerks, all Jerks
