Walmart Neighborhood Market

I have to wait at least a minute or more before anyone ever answers the phone. You almost have to want it. Not even an automated answer with options like anywhere else. Other than that, I wish Kmart was still around.

This is a clean store with helpful employees! They have what most grocery stores have. It is not at all like a normal Walmart trip it is more like a trip to Safeway but for less money by far!
I used to shop around to all the stores with respect to sales. Now I don’t have to with the Walmart App ‘savings catcher!’ Just scan in your receipt to the app & get back any of the money you would have saved at any of the comparable stores in the area… $ back in the form of a gift card to use on whatever purchase you want. I save them up until I have a good amount of $ and then request the card. Give it a day or two before you get the email tho. Just in case.

Still 3 stars in our books. I WILL ONLY stick to purchase toiletries or DRY items from this Walmart. Recent visit was on Sunday December 7^th 2014. Time was about 19:30hrs ish. We managed to purchase the stuffs needed for the household, and for my upcoming trip and even the Dry Cat Food since it was running low.

They don’t offer any services that a grocery store should (lottery, money orders, faxing). Hell, they don’t even keep the customer service desk occupied. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone finally came up to help me… and then not help me after they didn’t provide a service that I needed. Yikes!

I have to say lots of their food is freezer burned, the veggies are not fresh, I bought some beef and chicken & it spoiled right away. If you go thru the aisles you will find red shelves with marked down food that are ready to expire. I seriously think all the old food and. products from other stores are delivered here. Yuk dont shop here!

I am not a Walmart fan by any means. I’m not too pretentious to shop there or anything, it’s just a personal choice. Good thing this is nothing like a normal Walmart experience when the flood gates open to some of the rudest customers and sales clerks I have ever met.
Walmart Neighborhood Market is a great concept for this little neighborhood. It’s close to home and when I need to stop somewhere during rush hour to grab something for dinner and what not, I go here. The King Soopers I normally go to is absolutely impossible during the 4 – 7 o’clock hours as far as parking and maneuvering around the store. This store is pretty mellow around these times and you can usually find what you are looking for pretty easily, especially if you are like me and normally just need to grab a couple random items for a low price.
I still choose to go to Sprouts for my produce because though this stores produce isn’t terrible, I have still found veggies that are past their prime.
I like that their Redbox is outside too so I don’t have to maneuver around to return or pick up a movie.
The people that work here that I have encountered are quite pleasant and willing to help with anything you need.

Useful for me because it’s less than half the distance to the WNM on Parker Rd/​Florida. I don’t usually shop at Wal-​Mart, but there are 1 or 2 items I can’t seem to find anywhere else — or are priced ridiculously expensive. When one of them’s a medical prescription, it definitely matters when you’re saving more than 50% coming here. It was very sad when the King Soopers here, which anchored this strip mall, got blown away; you could do a lot worse than another WNM setting up shop here.
Well-​lit inside the store and the area’s a bit more quiet than when King Soopers was here. If you weren’t aware, WNM’s are definitely superior in quality of shopping experience than a standard mega-​sized Wal-​Mart.

A clean, new store with wide and well marked isles. I guess not everyone is aware that they’ve opened because it was practically deserted when I went on the day before Thanksgiving. I’m sure it will be a different story next year.
I think this store is a bit smaller than the one on Parker Road and so there’s less in the way of home accents and accessories here. You will find groceries, greeting cards, pet supplies, household cleaners, and a pharmacy. And self check-​outs!
I like paying the low Wal-​Mart prices on the household supplies and health and beauty products I regularly buy. I’m glad this store opened not too far from home.
