I have been taking my items there for a couple of years. While I can not complain about the price, the quality in occasions leave a lot to be desired. This deficiency was made up by the staff. They recently had a high churn in their employees and I am nearing the point of walking away. I bring in both dry cleaning and laundry items. The dry cleaned since done in house is no problem. The laundry you have to be extra careful. I always inspect items before I leave. I have had to return many items back and as another poster mentioned they have a tendency to melt and ruin buttons.

Using this service for 2 years and spent a few grand here in dry cleaning/​laundry. Normally the service was inconsistent but the dry cleaning was acceptable for the cheap pricing. They lost a shirt last year but I let it go after they didn’t follow through. Now they lost 5 shirts and tried to blow me off saying the order was «extra». Owner apologized saying «sorry, I don’t listen very well»…as if. I noticed their inventory of dry cleaning has diminished significantly and staff has been absent lately… unfortunate changes.

We’ve taken our clothes to Continental for six years and have never had a problem. It was always convenient for us to where either my wife or I worked, until this past spring, but we keep going there because the prices are so reasonable. I would give them a 5th star, but the staff isn’t the friendliest in the world. At their prices, though, they’re friendly enough! One thing that is rather inconvenient is that they only take cash and they take it when you drop your clothes off. I’ve forgotten occasionally and have had to go to the ATM at Walgreens down the street.

Tried Continental Cleaners for the first and LAST time recently. When I went to pick up my clothes the woman told me that one of my shirts was still not finished despite having my items for over a week. When I pressed further, she brought the shirt up and informed me that all of the buttons had MELTED to the fabric. She was unapologetic and when I asked her if she would refund my money for that shirt she said no, as they had cleaned it (despite completely ruining the shirt). Once I got home I realized that my other items still had stains on them and one of my dresses was very wrinkled. While this place is inexpensive-​in this case, you get what you pay for. I will NEVER take any of my clothes to this cleaners unless I want to pay them to destroy my clothing. Terrible cleaners and even poorer customer service.
