Sign on the door today said that it has been permanently closed :( The pizza is fantastic, when they make it right!!! On multiple occasions they had to make my pizza over again because they dropped it, and one time they had to make it 3 times! The service was awful, but the food was fantastic.

This place cannot handle a rush at all. One register? One phone? Phone being busy and couldn’t modify the order then got there and the associate tells me to wait in line for the second pizza. How bout no? How bout you make a pizza quick as possible because your phone didn’t work? Horrible service great product– Sad.

I am a fan! I love that I can eat pizza with my kids & not have to be stuck sharing a large cheese pizza. Everyone gets their own & it’s fast. The place is clean, the people are friendly. My favorite part is I can have all the toppings I want for the same price! I love this. Nothing bugs me more than ordering jalapeños on pizza only to be charged $ 1 – 1.75 for $ 0.05 worth of jalapeño! We will be back.

Now, I’m not sure about how many locations this place has, but I’m going to give a 10 star rating for this pizza joint! If you love pizza, please come here! WOW! First off, its a bang for the buck. I pray they never go up on their prices and I pray they keep it at the same quality! We got 3 pizza’s for our first visit and it was outstanding. The crust is perfectly crisp. You will eat all the crust. Cause if you don’t, you are just wasting perfectly perfect pizza. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is awesome, along with the Pesto Pizza. You mouth just explodes with flavor. They have a wood burning over, so your pizza is made fresh right when you order. They also have salads and these soft warm cookies! This is the cutest place for pizza ever. I will return here for sure. Maybe like once of twice a month. In addition, the staff here is crazy good! They where able to get a great flow going cause this place stayed having a line! People even with large orders, they just kept it flowing! Please come here and check this pizza out… and don’t just order one pizza… keep is gansta and order 2 or 3~ yup

Snapshot: 4⁄5 Service, 3.5÷5 Price, 3.3÷5 Pizza. Great location and vibe on Greenville Ave. They just opened two weeks ago. You can build your own on pick one of 8 pies.

Considering they offer gluten free and it’s actually still good pizza is incredible. Wish they would serve alcohol but at least it’s BYOB. We got the margherita pizza and it was pretty good. Tomatos are large and span over the pizza. Dough was fresh and tasty and the sauce was flavorful. Would definitely go back here when in the area.

Had some time to kill before a movie and decided to check out Project Pie. I have had it bookmarked and I love pizza so it was perfect for a Friday night. The first person I came into contact with — a young lady– was very nice. She asked if I’d been here before and then explained the menu. Immediately, I thought this place had separated itself from its competition by offering a single price for a pizza. I mean the #1 which is the cheese pizza is $ 6 but all others are $ 8.50 whether you choose one of theirs(#s 2 – 8) or create your own, including opting for a gluten free crust. How awesome is that!?! I like a lot of toppings on my pizza. I love to try different combinations which can add up if the place charges by the topping when you create your own. Not the case here! You can add on to one of their numbers or be creative. You can do half and half with different sauces too, which is what I did. Anytime I can try multiple things I do! I created my own with 2 different sides. One side was red sauce topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted red peppers, green pepper, and ricotta cheese while the other side was chicken, mushrooms, red onion, artichokes, tomatoes, basil with a garlic butter sauce as a base. Mozzarella and garlic all around! How do I remember my toppings? They check off your toppings on your pizza paper along with your name. I also got a side Caesar kale salad. Liked that all of their salads are kale. It’s a super food that provides a nice amount of ruffage to balance the pizza. The sales are served in a paper box. Soda machine is like all natural or craft soda not name brand which is cool but I don’t really drink soda like ever. They also offer black tea, sweet and unsweet. I do like that they have plugs in the counter at the bar top area in the front windows. Perfect if you want to recharge your cell or get some work done on the laptop. All of their pizzas are personal sized and thin crust, my preference! I ended up paying about $ 12.50, just got water. Overall I was happy with my food and my experience and would definitely recommend trying it out. Fresh food, fresh ingredients, great service. The window reads everyday artisan pizza. True. And tasty!!!

Hmmm, there’s nothing I more love than a fresh pizza! You customize your pizza and they make it for you! The store itself is very inviting with string lights and you can even take a selfie with their iPad in store!

You can purchase pre-existing menu items or build your own pizza. We built our own with Canadian bacon and banana peppers which is pretty plain and we also ordered the pizza salad. Each plate had pre-cut slices which also surprised me for the salad as it was served on top of a baked crust — delish! They have a unique way of serving up the crusts as it doesn’t always have pizza sauce with cheese, but instead olive oil by default. If you choose not to have olive oil you can specifically request pizza sauce with cheese or any other bass topping you would like. My favorite thing about the pizzas here is the crust; it is amazingly then but not like a cracker yet it has a nice crisp like a cracker!

Really loved the concept of this place. Like a chipotle for your pizza. Options were awesome and I especially loved the white pizza. They didn’t even charge us extra for extra toppings so I got the white pizza with prosciutto. Location was great, pizza came out really fast and prices were very reasonable. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed!

«The party opted for Project Pie’s most requested selection, the #2. This pie is topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, crumbled meatballs, mozzarella, signature red sauce and garlic. After the first bite I immediately fell for Project Pie. I quickly took note of how crisp the crust became after being baked. Like most „Build Your Own Pizza Pie“ joints, Project Pie uses a 600° fire brick oven, fully baking the pies for less than only 120 seconds! I don’t know how they do it but they have perfected their artisan crust, becoming the best I’ve had on any pie. For our second pie we wanted to try something more personal so we opted for a „Build Your Own“ topped with pepperoni, artichokes, pineapple, garlic and a garlic butter glaze for the crust(ask for this, seriously)! This glazed crust did it for me; buttery, garlic-y and best of all-crispy.» Read the full review on my blog, !

This is my first Unilocal review, and this was the place that Inspired me to actually contribute. This is an awesome pizza place with great already configured topping combinations for their pizzas but even better having a completely free reign build your own pizza! I ordered a pizza off the menu, changed a few things around and not only is it delicious but it’s cooked right then and there so it’s hot and all the ingredients are fresh. Ontop of that, this place is *serious* about their quality. My pizza folded under in their oven, rendering it slightly deformed(not perfectly circular if you’re curious) and I was graciously given free pizza token as an apology. Unbelievable! Haley and Shawn are kickass 10⁄10 will eat at again. Fuck sandwich and burrito places!

I can’t speak highly enough about Project Pie. Fast, convenient and most importantly, absolutely delicious! I wish the parking was better but that isn’t anything the restaurant has control over. Yes, Project Pie is considered a fast casual restaurant but don’t let that deter you. This is some of the best thin crust pizza you can find in town!

This is a pizza place that can’t be beat! It works like Subway. You choose your toppings through an assembly line, or you can pick one of their specialty pizzas and they will get that started for you with also the option of adding additional toppings. $ 8.50 for a pizza is a great deal! Also on National Pizza Day, they give away free cheese pizzas between certain hours! With small batch sodas and fun dessert pizzas, you really can’t afford to miss this place!

Came here one evening and I really enjoyed my experience. I stopped at the front of the store to look over the menu(it was my first time there) but the young man behind the counter beckoned me to come closer. It was a little awkward at first but I loved his energy, he was awesome lol. He explained everything to me and it’s pretty much like a Subway… but for pizza. The toppings you want, how you want them. I guess that would be Burger King, eh? Have it your way… but with pizza. I opted for a chicken/spinach/garlic combo with pepperoni(you can add unlimited toppings to your pizza) and it turned out pretty good! Will definitely go back! The pizza isn’t thick with dough so while you get a whole pizza to yourself(or you can share), you’re not full and bloated from the dough after eating like some other places. I ate half of my pizza for dinner and the other half for lunch the next day and it was still pretty darn good! The only thing that sucks is the parking because you usually have to swarm around like a vulture and be really aggressive to get a spot — even in the parking garage! This place is heavily populated with great eateries so the traffic is always pretty steady.

We came here for lunch, and it was really good. Fresh and hot pizzas made with good quality ingredients. The soft drinks are all small batch, and the Birch Beer is very good. We had the White pizza, and a chicken pizza with cilantro. Both were very good, and the food was ready promptly. It can be a little hard to hear the workers, because of the screen, but that’s not a big deal. Overall: good pizza!

The pizzas are delicious and just enough food, as long as you’re not hangry(hungry + angry). I tried the number four(white pizza). It was a pretty standard margherita pizza. And we had the BBQ pizza(red sauce rather than BBQ sauce) and I really enjoyed the cilantro flavor. I’m pretty impressed with their pizza. I’ll definitely be back!

Casual fast dining place for a thin and crispy pizza! You stand in line and order the pizza type you want and they pop the pizza into the fire over and it bakes within 3 – 5 mins! It’s very similar to the«Pie Five» dining concept. They offer a large selection of fresh ingredients and white pizzas and Boylen soda fountain!

The service is fast, the people are SO nice, and the food is amazing! Love the thin crust. Also, love the restaurant concept. It’s in a nice shopping center too. Don’t forget to try the nutella banana pizza — you won’t regret it!

Ummmmm Piiiizaaaa!!! Since I am new in town, I am usually on the lookout for a kid friendly place. I have a one year old son so we try to get out of the house a couple times a week and check out local spots. Really impressed with Project Pie! You can build your own pizza or order one from the menu(I liked #2 and added jalapeño on half and extra garlic). The best part is that the pizza is ready just about as soon as you get your drink and sit down! I’m sure other moms out there can appreciate that with little ones in tow… :) The vibe seemed young and hip, there were families, business professionals and teenagers when I went. So overall mixed crowd. For those with kids: there are high chairs available, and a changing station in ladies bathroom(this is great since not every place ive been to has this option). Overall, glad I found this place. I will be back because I want to try all the yummy options(and I love this crust pizza!!). My son is happy too since mama shares some of her pizza(minus the spicy stuff!). Nom-Nom!

Completely underwhelmed with this place, and surprised at the 4 star rating that the Las Vegas version of this place carries. This place just opened in University Park and is about as hipster as it gets. I have no doubt that my coworkers will be dragging me here more often than I care to go since it’s the first of its kind in this area. I do give them points for carrying Boylan’s sodas in their fountain instead of coke/pepsi. They are tasty cane sugar sodas and far better than the standard fare. 2.5 stars. I’ll round up for atmosphere and friendly service. But«Meh, I’ve experienced better» is a completely accurate way of describing how I feel right now. Pie Five is the same concept, and is better. Pie Five has more ingredient options and better crust. The crust at Perfect Pie was very bland and flavorless. It LOOKED like it was going to be excellent but fell very short of what I was hoping. The ingredients appeared and tasted the same quality as Pie Five. They didn’t stand out but they weren’t bad either. Sizewise, it is more than one person should eat for lunch. I’d love it if they had a smaller option since«build your own» pizzas aren’t often going to be shareable. The place was very clean and hipster-y inside. I did like their wall of quotes and could have spent several more minutes reading them. It’s all black and white and quite cute, for what it is, and I appreciated the little humorous signs around(«Give us yo $$» indicating where to pay) Pricewise, this place is spot on. It’s quite cheap for what it is. $ 8.50 and you can put whatever toppings you want on the pizza. Ambiance: 4⁄5 Food: 2⁄5 Price: 4⁄5 Service: 5⁄5 I have no doubt that I will be dragged back here by coworkers… but I would not return of my own free will.
