Gap has always been one of my favorite stores because the customer service is always great. The employees are very attentive here and constantly check to see if you need help. They will even bring you additional sizes to the dressing room so you don’t have to leave.
The best thing about The Gap is that they ALWAYS have some sort of sale going on. Whether it be all pants for 30% off or the entire store for 30% off, you are bound to catch something. I personally like to call the store at the beginning of the week and ask what sales they have coming up.
I like the location of this one because it is close to other shopping and restaurants. I wish they had a larger mens selection. It seems about 80% of the store is for women, but i come back because this location carries my pant size «in-​store» which is hard to find.

this place seems smaller than others but was ok. found a shirt that was a great price. was looking at the jeans but didn’t see a boyfriend style i liked.

This location is overflowing with smiling staff, but they lack a substantial men’s department! I don’t really shop at their other locations, but this one seems a bit picked through! However, they are always willing to call another location and find your size! I shop here out of convenience, so traveling to another location isn’t exactly what I want to do! If you catch them right after a shipment, your odds of getting what you want certainly increases. But heck, that’s the way it is at all department stores!

Let me first state that I am a guy. Not metro or anything more like your average joe. I like beer and sports. So shopping for clothes is not my cup of tea I guess you can say. But when I am down to one shirt without a stain on it or tired of seeing the holes in my jeans consistently get wider, I turn to Gap. I don’t think there clothes are all that bad. The price is always reasonable and I feel like I look good in the fitting rooms. This location however is really nice. The area is surrounding this place is really fancy and the workers here were very nice and helpful. I will consider going to this place again.

Pros: Everything is very clean and very organized. It was so easy to find my size. Even the sale racks are organized.
Cons: The staff was neither alert nor attentive to my needs. I walked around the store for a long time as I gathered an armful of slacks and shirts. No one approached me to either ask if I needed help finding anything (which I did) or relieve my arms of their burden by starting a fitting room for me. Once in a fitting room, I did utilize the «Call» button, and I received help after that.
However, even with its flaws, I highly prefer this location over the location inside Northpark, where I can never find anything.
