To start, it’s Chipotle, so you should know what to expect. I am given a lower review here, which I am going to guess management deserves. It seems they have some fast people that know what they are doing, while they have other employees that are on their own time schedule. I understand people have to train to improve; but when you have a customer line that is longer than all other lines in the food court, it may be time to move the new person for a brief period of time and put your starters back in to get you through the rush. Several times, I have had an excessive wait at this Chipotle. Come on Chipotle, you can do much better!

Ok, we love Chipotle! Really, we do. We eat at one at least twice a month. This is the NorthPark Food Court. Family of 4, $ 45… Asked for some salt for my chips and guacamole but was refused! MAnager would not relent! Stood inline for 20 minutes, pay for order, ask for salt. I ALWAYS get salt at other locations. What is unreasonable about asking for some salt? Manager was asked, still refused. I gave them their food back and got a refund… over SALT! No wonder the chain is tanking… the inevitable end of a good thing. Do you think they care? Is there a CEO that cares?

Yes, there are many options in the food court but I wanted a bowl and a bowl is what I got. I see others saying the meat has no flavor but my meat was the usual Chipotle goodness. Juicy, tasty and melted right in my mouth. Everything was fresh and good. There wasn’t a line either so I could take a little extra time to craft my bowl of glory. I was very satisfied.

After a long day of shopping all I wanted was some chipotle. I’m a loyal customer must I add. It was my friend and I and I was treating her to some food too. There were 4 people standing by the serving line. 2 of them was a guy and girl flirting in the background not paying any attention to the 4 people standing in the line. Another girl was serving us, I started with my order(a bowl) and was a little indecisive with what I wanted in it. The girl serving me displayed attitude as if she was very annoyed(I don’t think this is something a customer needs to see). When my friend was ordering her food, they did not have corn or vinegeratte that she wanted. They told her thare vinegeratte was going to take 10min to make. This was 8pm. Restaurant closes at 10. How do u run out of corn. My friend told the server the vinegeratte doesn’t take 10min to make because she was a manager at Chipotle in a busy Boise, ID. Now the girl waiting for us to pay and the girl serving both looked annoyed. The one flirting with her boyfriend in the background did come closer and acknowledged us. So we pay(NOTSATISFIED) because we are hungry. And we just wanted to eat. We go to sit down & as my friend prepares to eat her food there is hair in her food. She goes and demands to speak to the manager who apologized and prepared her a different meal. All in all, this was a terrible Chipotle experience. Completely unacceptable. Perhaps these workers need extra training in customer appreciation and attitude management. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Seems like the meat has no flavor, and the taste of the black beans over power the other ingredients and on top of all of this a roach was crawling on my chair! I wish I could give it negative 5 stars!

This location is usually a toss up. The quality and service is either great or pretty bad. My husband and I have seen one manager here who holds to the cell-layout format pretty closely. No one gets out of their position, and they work as a team to get food moved down the line quickly and with the orders correct. It must be only one manager, though, because other times you see one person running around, and you have to consistently repeat your order. Today was definitely the worst. I tried to wait patiently because the food is generally good, but it took 38 minutes to get through the line. They ran out of fajita vegetables(and was told there was no use waiting) and had to wait additional time for someone to cut up the steak. Several people in line were upset because they said one girl was all by herself for a while, which backed up the line. By this point, there must have been 7+ people there. Some were laughing and joking while others were in high gear. The quality suffered, too. I didn’t get the sour scream because it looked runny. The steak was a little rare(blood in my rice), and the rice was smash in a ball on one side of my bowl. I’m not sure what happened, but there needs to be more consistence here. Several people were furious. At least try to give everyone a free drink or a discount if they chose to wait 30+ minutes while the team recovers from whatever happened.

I love chipotle but this one lacks flavor for some reason the chicken n beef were either over cooked or been in the pan for a while. Service was very fast.

Chipotle is a guilty pleasure of mine, but this location has let me down on numerous occasions. The service is very hit or miss. The price of menu items change depending on who’s at the register and if you’re not careful, they’ll add guacamole on your meal without asking and then try to charge you for it(I don’t think they are being sneaky, just not paying attention to you). The line is forever long all the time, which I don’t mind waiting in, but they desperately need stanchions to form the line better as you constantly feel like you’re in the way of others trying to get through the food court. C’mon Chipotle! I know you can do better!

I’ve had a lot chipotle in my time. From California, Arizona, New Mexico, and different places in Texas. They serve the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life.

This place is the worst. Food is typical chipotle so I won’t review that. Portions are def smaller though. The service is garbage. I’ve been here three times and each time the line is backed up pretty bad and most of the employees are just standing around. Not even at peak hours. I’m here at 4pm. The line shouldn’t be backed out into the chairs. Employees hugging and touching all over each other and standing around while the line is backed up. When I ordered a water the lady asked someone to pour it for me in Spanish. The lady replied«I don’t speak that Spanish crap». Idk you just don’t act/talk like that in front of customers. But whatever. Food is fine. Service sucks. Employees suck. Wait time sucks.

After my first two visits… I decided that was the last time I would succumb to the chipotle hysteria. Awful service, undercooked meat, and to top it off — the amount they give you! I feel like they train the employees to count the pieces of meat they give to customers… And don’t get me started on the guacamole

I have been to a lot of different Chiptoles and this one is very mediocre at best. The rice in my burrito was over cooked, the vegetables were burnt, and the meat was dry. I would never go to this location again.

Chipotle is 100% better outside the mall. They have you ordering your food before you’re atthe counter which forces customers to yell out their orders. Meaning you don’t always get what you want, plus the food isn’t as good. Quite bad from my standpoint.

Gasp! No guacamole?! You poor innocent soul. So glad they added a Chipotle to Northpark, it is exactly what this place needed and just a look at it you can tell everyone prefers it to the rest. When I came they were fully stocked and the tacos were amazing! Friendly staff too. :) great addition to the mall.

It’s sad guacamole is a make it or break it for you Brandon. I love Chipotle and I’m glad they have one in the mall

A chipotle that runs out guacamole is poorly managed and prepped. If I had known they didn’t have any I would have eaten somewhere else. Call me picky but that’s a huge contributor to my burrito.
