Starbucks

Definitely not my favorite Starbucks.
I grab what I need, and move on.
I don’t expect awesomely friendly service here, because I never get it.

Terrible service. I had a coupon, which apparently wasnt working but the worker didn’t even bother with a solution. Instead she just pushed away my coupon and baiscally dismissed me. Then, the guy making my drink just had a bad attitude. When he gave me my drink it was all dripping from the sides, didn’t apologize or offer to clean it. Instead, he just watched me wipe my own drink clean. These twp seriously need an attitude check. It’s not the customer’s fault if they hate they’re job.

Good customer service.

Burn soy milk for a latte, forget the extra shot I paid for, and then act like I’m asking for your firstborn when politely requesting a new drink.
if this wasn’t the closest coffee to my office, I wouldn’t have come in the first place.
Nice people, though.

i dug down deep and my feelings told me the Blueberry Muffin had a strange flavor. so i gave it back to them.
they gave me back a Caramel Chocolate Muffin which looked nice, but was about as chocolaty as my foot, which is just slightly chocolatier than my ear. i sensed nothing good could come of giving back a second disgustigating item. i turned my attention to the man talking to his hand.
weirdos. check!
WIFI. check!
accepts Starbucks cards. check!
bagels. ch– wait, what?
weirdos but no bagels, what gives?
no bagels at this location!
NOOO bagels at this location!

They only have one person behind the counter. Poor girl, she’s working as fast as possible.

it was quite a sunny day and i decided to go to this starbucks since it was convenient. upon arriving, i was NOT warmly greeted at all or even acknowledged. i attempted to disregard this behavior since i desperately wanted to get a vanilla latte in a frappé. the cashier told me this was not available and i could get a caffe vanilla frappé which is comparable. i agreed and even though it was ready very prompt it did not meet any typical starbucks expectations! my drink tasted great but there was no whipped cream at all and even though this is not such a big deal to some, i was bothered by the fact that she didn’t even suggest anything else besides the «basic». some might argue that this is not a biggie but i think what made it worse was the fact that the cashier was NOT friendly at all and she did not care at all to provide me with decent service. unfortunately, i was hoping to satisfy my craving in a quick
manner but i was highly disappointed instead :(maybe i should stick to the further starbucks next time.

This Starbucks is convenient AND the barista (I can’t remember her name, so sorry!) always remembers my order — and I’m not even a «regular» customer! She alone deserves 4 stars. I do agree with the other reviews though, it tends to get really packed in the morning (around 7/​8ish) & sometimes they do get a bit too chatty back there. But overall, I haven’t had a bad experience and will continue to frequent this establishment… for convenience’ sake.

Spotted their store earlier, didn’t know this one is for review too. I’ll just say coffee is nice, a bit too much calories when they spice it up, but is OK for a good morning. It is good to have such place near you, handy.

I must agree with Laura D. regarding the Starbucks staff at this particular location not being as good as the regular Starbucks personnel. This location tends to be really busy in the mornings, but that doesn’t stop the staff from chatting away with the pastry delivery guy and ignoring paying customers. In fact, the non-​paying delivery guy was offered the samples that they had behind the counter, however, customers were not offered those same samples. I couldn’t believe it! For some reason this location always seems to get new staff. Currently, the ladies working at this location are a nightmare. Unless you personally know them, good luck trying to get your drink before all the other other people (despite the fact that you were the 1^st one who ordered.) One young lady even served me cold dry oatmeal that only had a couple of drops of water or milk in it. I took a photo of it with my Iphone and I was going to send a complaint to the corporate office but I just let it go.

This is the Starbucks inside Pavilion’s market. The market people don’t usually do as good a job as regular Starbucks personnel, but they’re pretty good here. It gets super crowded in the morning but the line moves pretty fast.
Their baked goods suck (not really by a bakery — just Von’s stuff).
ATM right next to it, which is convenient.
