This Starbucks is the one closest to my place. Very very convenient but they don’t have everything that other SB’s have to offer. The good thing is I can always get additional items from Pavillions!

Starbucks is Starbucks, is Starbucks. But the last three times I’ve been to this location(inside a Pavilions), Maddie the barista has been so friendly and enthusiastic that I am happy to go out of my way to come here. Thank you!

This my go-to Starbucks every single morning M-F(I’m addicted) but I enjoy having my soy green tea latte every day before work. I get good customer service here so I can’t complain. Maddie the manager is such a sweetheart! She’s always so friendly and nice early in the morning.

Customer service No here is horrible! I waited for 10 minutes while the 2 «baristas» made 1 drink. When they were done they were chatting away and cleaning. Not even bothering to ask to start my drink. When they finally«assisted» me they told me all they had was tall cups. I needed some coffee asap so I said it was fine. To top it off they gave me an extremely sweet iced coffee. I left feeling worse than when I came in. t a

Service is SLOW, not necessarily someone’s fault because the staff is the same as the store’s regular staff, and they get pulled away to do other things and are always understaffed. On a Friday morning at 7am, PRIME Starbucks time, there was NOONE manning the counter. We had to wait 10 minutes until the woman working came off her regular break. The mixes taste weird, like they are factory seconds to normal Starbucks, and as with other in-store Starbucks, they only have ½ the menu. Not a great option, but the only option in that neighborhood.

Easy when i go to the bank, everyone is super helpful. The trick is go order you drink then go to wells fargo then grab your drink on the way out! Parking is sometimes inconvenient when theres tons of people shopping!

This is one of those Starbucks-in-a-store locations. This Starbucks is located in my grocery store: Pavilions. If you want to caffeinate your shopping run, it’s great. I also occasionally stop in with my daughter before dropping her off at school. The baristas are friendly. You can find your favorite Starbucks drinks here, but there is no seating. I usually can get in and out of here pretty quickly on weekday mornings. The cream and sugar station is an afterthought on the side of the booth. Lots of parking outside in the Pavilions lot, but take note of where you enter and how you leave. It’s easy to head North/East on Jefferson, but if you are heading to Sepulveda, pay attention!

It’s Sunday. It’s 8:00AM. Only 10 people are in the grocery store. But 9 ½ of them are in line at this Starbucks, and the line is not moving. Forget it.

Plenty of parking in the large Pavilions lot. The baristas are friendly, and get you going.
