They only had one dish to choose from, not much of a choice. Went there 8 p.m. on a Thursday. But they did have fried rice and chowmein! Lol

I am extremely upset with this Panda Express after having to order one of the only things I could eat there(tofu and eggplant) I get home to find out they had given me another customer’s order. I am extremely confused considering my bowl was directly behind hers and all the cashier had to do was follow the order in which the bowls were placed. Now, I have nothing to eat and headache. I am not going to fight my way through mid day traffic and traffic on sepulvada just to rectify the situation they messed up! On top of that I’ve called 5 times and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. Horrible service!

Poor service. I went last night and it was a train wreck. Just poorly managed as it falls on the manager to have the right number of staff ready to serve during peak dinner time. The employees obviously hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. One woman, D’sire was asking me what food options I wanted while she texted on her cell. The guy, Winston, was messing around, touching industrial equipment, not washing his hands, as he then proceed to serve food. AVOIDTHISPLACEIFYOUCAN.

The customer service was hostile at best. The food was terrible. The walnut shrimp was uncooked and all you could taste was batter. The noodles(lo mein) were like eating string… absolutely little taste and the veggies(a lot of onions) over powered what little taste there was. The orange chicken tasted like they dipped it in orange marmalade… but that is being generous. This is the second time this Panda sucked. I think I will stop eating there as no one wants to hear how bad it is to change anything. People in line were also complaining about the staff. The staff just ignores you and then when they have to help you its like they are doing you some kind of favor. The people sitting at the tables were complaining about the taste of their food. Oh well guess Panda just lost quite a few customers.

This particular Panda location cooks the food really well and is so convenient in the Pavilions! I can get groceries and pick up lunch when I’m done! So great! And the staff os really nice here. Get the mushroom chicken!!!

This is a tiny little location located inside of the Pavilions. It took me a while to find it. as the sign on the outside makes it seem like it’s a regular shop in the little strip mall. Finally went inside the store and there it was. This place is good for takeout, but there are a few tables in there. We ate inside and watched people picking out their produce. It felt like we were being watched while we ate too, lol. But of course Panda Express has good food so yeah, good place to go. I usually get the orange chicken or the beef broccoli, but everything seems to taste good there.

I love this panda express! The workers are awesome. They are always so friendly. I love their orange chicken, and their rice is great. They give great portion sizes and even though it’s a small panda express, they are always very quick to get you your order. My favorite panda express in the area by far.

I think it’s nice that they have a panda express and a Starbucks inside the pavilions. The panda express had a couple seats at the counter. They had all the regular menu items but really only made about half of the tray probably because there’s not a lot of foot traffic. I enjoyed what I got and the customer service was great. My food was hot and delicious and I would come here again.

The rice was overcooked and dry. So were the noodles. Customer service was good. Beef was chewy. Orange chicken very crispy.

The food at this Panda is always pretty fresh because they constantly have customers. It’s located in a Pavillions and Panda is near the center of the store. Line varies depending on the time of day, of course. Staff is pretty friendly and always offers to let you try whatever you like! Everything else is standard Panda :-) I would absolutely give this one a try!

When you’re tired from a long, difficult day at the office and you simply want to get home collapse on the couch and eat something convenient then Panda Express fits the bill. For those customers with food allergies/food sensitivities you may want to avoid the stir fry vegetables and noodles dishes. I stopped ordering the stir fry vegetables and noodles due to the upset stomach ache I would frequently get.. .. something to do with the oil they use to cook the food. Now days I simply order side dishes of orange chicken and steamed rice and I seem to be fine.

It’s Panda. Can’t go wrong. They used to give large portions. Still less crowded then the normal establishment since it is in the Pavillion’s Market. Just talking about it is making me crave some Orange Chicken. :)
