Quick service, yummy pizza freshly made to order! Couldn’t get better than that. Ordered the Tomato, garlic, basil, veggie special & added pepperoni. So delish! Yummm.

Tried to order lunch yesterday thru their delivery service Eat24. Paid online the minimum $ 15 order for delivery. Got a call from a rude girl at Extreme saying I hadn’t met the $ 18 minimum and would I like to order more. When I tried to explain I met the min. required by Eat24 she rudely asked, «so you don’t want to add anything to your order? You want me to cancel it? «those were her only two options! Not let me see if I can get my manager to help, or let me call you right back to check what we can do… I sent a note to Eat24 who called Extreme and apparently got the same treatment! They had to cancel my order and apologize if the lack of professionalism at the business. I find that to be the problem with these delivery services — they can’t control the service or quality of food because they do not work at the establishment.

Being a DC implant here, I’m biased when it comes to pizza because everyone know pizza is life in the east coast! This place’s jumbo slices are smaller than real jumbo slices, but they’re sufficient for the west coast! The slices were dripping massive amounts with grease with every bite — not a fan of that part. Overall, this place isn’t too shabby. $ 8 for 2 slices of pepperoni.

I really want to like this place because the pizza is delicious, but the service was slower than a snail. PROS: 1. Fresh Salads *The entrée salads overall have fresh produce and huge portions. No wilted iceberg lettuce. 2. Delicious Pizzas *Most times when you’re craving pizza, you are already hungry and eager to have that first bite! *The service/wait time for a pizza takes forever(read further). *The pizzas are thin crust filled with hearty toppings. CONS: 1. Super Slow Service *I ordered my meal for to-go, and 30 mins later the server forgot about my order. And it took another 15 mins to make salad and buffalo wings. *Delivery service is even sloooower because the restaurant is slow at cooking the meals. 2. Meh-dicore Buffalo Wings *The boneless buffalo wings aren’t stellar. They’re small bites of chicken but nothing memorable. Overall, if you don’t mind waiting for at least 45 mins for a pizza then eat here. But no customer should ever wait for food when it’s the business’s responsibility to serve exceptionally.

I tried to order delivery and it took 17 min for the girl to put my order in. Then they said it would be about an hour which seemed long since they are less than two miles from me. I called over an hour and a half later and the girl said that the delivery person hasn’t come back to deliver the order, that it should get to me in the next 20 min. I told her to cancel it and she had an attitude. I will never order from here again

This place is less than mediocre. I came with my boyfriend because we were starving and most of the places around us were closed. We went ahead and order a large pizza and caesar to go. Although it was only us and another couple in the whole restaurant, they took forever to bring out food. When we got into our car, we were completely shocked by what we saw. The pizza looked like a standard medium pizza and the cheese didn’t even look properly melted. The pepperoni look semi-cooked and the caesar salad was TINY! Granted, we should have been happy they gave us two large containers of the dressing, but still! We had no lettuce to put it on. We paid around 30 bucks for the saddest-most lifeless meal ever! Probably would not be coming back, and if I do, I would open the box there and then to make sure the items were properly cooked.

I’m vegan, and I got really excited when I saw they had MULTIPLE vegan pizza options! I ordered one of them for delivery and was psyched because it was SO good! Hot and melty cheesy – I’d never had vegan cheese that was this convincing! I almost started to get suspicious, but I figured, hey, this place has like five pizzas on their vegan menu, so they obviously are prepared for vegan customers to order pizzas. Cut to a couple weeks later. I ordered the exact same pizza, except that this time when it arrived, it was stone cold. I rolled with it, reheated it and all, but there was one glaring thing I couldn’t help but notice. See, the cheese on the pizza seemed… different. More like the kind of vegan cheese I was used to… Meaning the last vegan pizza I ordered from them and consumed with vigor was NOT vegan. I can handle the pizza not being hot when it gets here – that’s part of the risk of delivery – but if I order off your VEGAN menu and you deliver something NOTVEGAN, that is messed up. Would you serve non-kosher food to an orthodox Jew who ordered a kosher meal? Of course you wouldn’t. You’re not a disrespectful douche canoe. So, how about when someone calls and orders a freaking vegan pizza, you actually make sure you give them what they ordered instead of completely disregarding and disrespecting their lifestyle choices? HOWABOUTYOUTRYTHATOUT? Douche canoe.

ok, been a couple more times and so much better. Plenty of toppings, good crust(including the gluten-free). Service was better, too. I like their beer selection. Place is a bit small, but I get take-out usually.

I called to place a to-go order around 9:53pm tonight. The place is supposed to be open until 11pm, but when I called, they said their kitchen closes at 10pm and they wouldn’t take any more orders. The business should update their hours on their website and on Unilocal if they don’t intend to serve any customers or take orders before 10pm.

The pizza here is pretty tasty. The actual restaurant needs slight cosmetic changes like the tables & counters. We ordered a 14″ pizza, fountain drink & a bag of kettle chips, it came up to $ 26. The staff treated us well but a young lady came in & wasn’t greeted/served until over 15 minutes of being there. I think Live Basil & Tom’s Urban at LA Live are a little more tastier than Extreme Pizza.

Dear Mr. Owner, My last order, I would have given them 4 stars. Today, far from that. Their concepts, pizza, and menu are typically awesome. Our pizza tonight took over 1.5 hours to get here. When it finally did, our driver had us meet him at the curb, did not even get out of the car to hand over the pizza, and when we asked about parm or crushed pepper gave a rather flippant«nope.» Top it off, we open the $ 25 pie to be greeted with a cold(not even warm) pie. Called, and the manager was great! Without him, this review would be 1 star. He sent us over a new pizza ASAP, but mentioned that the owner had decided to try a new delivery service. In short– THAT decision, Mr. Owner, is a bad one. Please go back to business as usual. Don’t fix what’s not broken. Sincerely, a hopefully returning customer. New pizza just got here: cold, but the driver came to the door… Hmmm. May need to hunt for a new spot.

The pizza menu looked really good, which initially drew me to the place. However, we weren’t able to order. We stood in line for about 10 min. while the man behind the counter took a phone order. Even though we were the only customers inside, waiting for our order to be taken, the man ignored us. We eventually asked him if he could take our order and looked at us with a blank stare. I then said we are going to the restaurant next door and he just got back on his call like it was no big deal that we would take our business elsewhere. So disappointed with the service, I asked for the contact info for his manager. He said there was no manager and continued to take his call. This review is based solely on service, or lack there of. We did not have a chance to order food so can not comment on the food quality.

Don’t ask for the Unilocal check in deal, because thevblaxk girl with the glasses(im assuming some form of manager) has no clue what Unilocal is. Pizza is good. Staff is awful.

This place looks average, but the pizza is very good and the people have always been great. Every time i have been here, there have been different employees that all seem to put service first. Tonight my pizza was mishandled. They made me a fresh one and offered us the defective pizza as well. On top of that, they gave us 3 cookies for free for the wait. We didn’t complain or ask for any of this. I have to say I am impressed and am glad I live only a block or two away from this place, as I will be coming back soon. There is a wide variety of pizza, sandwiches, desserts, wings etc., as well as happy hour and daily specials. There are TVs for games and always a decent vibe. They also deliver. P. S. They also have beer on TAP rather than bottles! Craft beer mostly.

I love Extreme Pizza, and I’m so glad to have them as a delivery option in my community. The guys at Extreme, including the manager, have always been very nice and accommodating(although a couple of the females could use an attitude adjustment, both in person AND over the phone… I swear, I don’t understand what it is with females and BAD attitudes. Ladies, if all else fails, take a chill pill BEFORE you come to work). Oh, but back to the pizza… Love it! They have a great vegetarian selection, not the standard«cheese» or «Margarita» only options. I love the Holy Cow(with tomato sauce), the Green with Envy, and the Screaming Tomato(with tomato sauce). The only one I don’t like it the Drag it Through the Garden… Vegetarians, don’t get this one, it’s VERY bland, no flavor at all(*pay attention to the menu, because for some pizzas you have to request tomato sauce). Most of the time, the delivery comes fairly quick, and I am please to say that Extreme is the ONLY pizza delivery that has ever shown up with pizza that is HOT. Several times, I’ve even had to set in in the kitchen and let it cool off. I think that kind of delivery service is Awesome! The delivery guys are always very nice and polite, and if there are any problems with your order, they will go the extra mile to fix it. If you haven’t tried Extreme pizza, it’s time. Tip Well. :-)

So, Matthew was really great on the phone and Lamont was a nice delivery dude. I’m pretty upset though. Upset enough to say that I waited 50 minutes for an undercooked pizza to be delivered less than 3 miles. I appreciate the gluten free options but waiting 50 minutes for a pizza that I have to re-cook because it’s a) cold and b) not fully cooked through the crust… very upsetting. Although to be fair, most other places haven’t nailed the gluten free crust situation yet either. Also, the gluten free crust tasted really cheap and I don’t think I care for the sauce. … meh, disappointed again.

I would say it’s more a 3 ½ because I feel I’m between an «A-OK» and«Yay I’m a fan.» The girl at the front offered me a free sample of the hard apple cider, which I thought was nice. The inside was warm and cozy, but it did take a while to get our pizzas. The«Mr. Pestato Head» was good but too salty. I might come here again if I’m at the mall, but I probably wouldn’t venture out past my local pizza places just to come here.

Like most places that call themselves«extreme» or «X» these days, this pizza joint at the Culver City mall wasn’t really that extreme. The menu is full of extremely-named pizzas like Poultry Geist, Mr. Pestato Head, and Peace in the Middle East. The vibe is like a local CPK even though Extreme Pizza is a chain, too. Olivia Z. and I came for the extreme happy hour on a weeknight. The pizza was extremely a-ok and service, too. Overall, extreme pizza was extremely average. * Hanoi Fever Pizza(Medium $ 16.95) Any pizza that is advertised as spicy is going to attract me and this Vietnamese-inspired pie with Hoisin Pork, Mozzarella, Peanuts, Green Onions, Jalapenos, Carrots and Cilantro did just that. — Extremely Greasy: Mopped up a lot of oil from the crust bottom — Extremely Spicy: The pepper kick was just what I craved. * Original Buffalo Wings(Happy Hour Dozen with beer $ 10) Buffalo Wings with Carrots, Celery, and Bleu Cheese sauce plus a pint of Samuel Adams Beer seems like a decent deal at the mall. — Extremely Boring: Like frozen Costco-style chicken wings with thick skin — Extremely Flavorless: Light: on sauce & flavor is no way to make a Spicy Wing * Happy Hour The beers at Extreme Pizza were extremely sudsy with a huge head(1⁄3 of the glass), but still extremely relaxing. — Extremely timely: Everyday from 3 — 7 p.m. — Extremely limited: 4 draft beers including Sam Adams, Coors Light, & Blue Moon * Customer Service We weren’t sure to seat ourselves or order, but a nice guy helped guide us — Extremely Friendly: Once we got to the counter to order the guy was really helpful — Extremely Confused: Do you sit or order? … Both, but in opposite order. * Atmosphere For the majority of our time there we were the only table. The red tables, 4 TVs, and layout give the place a very typical pizza joint vibe. — Extremely Slow: Lots of staff, but few customers. Lucky us. — Extremely Relaxing: Put that quietness to use and have a real conversation. * Value The quality of pizza, wings, and brews was average making Extreme Pizza a little overpriced. — Extremely Easy Check-in: Use the Unilocal App to get a free soda with purchase — Extremely Better Deals: The coupons on the counter are better than the check-in * Parking Extremely free and extremely packed means your best bet is in the garage at other end of the mall. Extreme Pizza was Extreme A-OK. X-OK!

I ordered pizza from this place after helping a friend move, so we were extremely hungry. I ordered two large pizzas, which came to 40-something bucks(I figured the pizza better be amazing for that price). When the pizza was delivered, the boxes were a little small(er) than what I imagined they should be. I asked the delivery guy if the pizzas were large and he said that they were. I told him that the boxes looked like maybe a medium pizza, but I was charged a lot of money and was holding a little bit of pizza. I politely let him know that I wasn’t blaming him but that something seemed wrong. He told me to call the manager and explain that I was unhappy, he said that this happened frequently– that customers were surprised when they received their orders because Extreme Pizza’s «large» is not as large as the large pizzas as most other restaurants. At this point, because we were bonding(he was frustrated that this kept happening), I said that for $ 40 I could have gotten several larger pizzas at a competing restaurant. I asked him to call the manager and see what he was going to do because I had several hungry adults to feed and this wasn’t going to work. He called and after about 4 minutes of talking to the manager and letting him know that the customer was angry, he passed me the phone. I tactfully let the manger know that I was not holding $ 40 worth of pizza and that the small boxes in my hand were unacceptable. The manager said he’d send the guy back with a complimentary medium pizza to supplement what I had. I thanked him. When I opened the pizza boxes after the delivery guy left, the pizza didn’t look all that gourmet and was really greasy. 20 minutes later, the delivery guy returned with another pizza and I vowed never to order from this place again.
