my review is solely based on the spaghetti with meatballs plate. This is the only thing I’ve tried and it was yummy! I do believe it’s a bit pricy for what I get but it’s a quick and authentic place to grab lunch. The garlic bread is also delicious. Definetly recommend.

People working there are soooo disrespectful, I really can’t believe they way i was treated, I even thought she is joking at first, but apparently that’s the way she treat her customers, I asked for her manager, she told me he wasn’t there. Mr. Manager, I think you need to be there more often, since I see many other helpers are complaining. Note, the best place can turn to the worst place with this attitude.

I love the food but the people working at this locations are rude and disrespectful. The younger employees should learn how to speak and respect their elders.

So I ordered the pasta bowl it was $ 7.09NO garlic bread included. Pasta could have taste a lot better but didn’t have much flavor it looks better then it tastes. Not very friendly people, next time I’ll have to go somewhere else.

The staff was really friendly and food not too bad, the pasta was a little watered down and was just ok

Got the spaghetti and suspicious tasting meat balls :-/with a side of cucumber salad. The cucumber is slimy and salty! Xp who knows how long it’s been there. Waste of $ 11 imo

While the pizza is good the major problem is with serving spoiled cucumber salad. I know that the dressing will wilt and pickle the cucumber but to taste the way it did I nearly gagged. I retuned the item and they tried to replace the item from the same try. Why if my serving from the same tray was already spoiled would you want to serve me again from the same place!

Two words, BAKEDZITI. That thing is delicious! Cheesy, they don’t skimp on the sauce, and it just tastes heavenly. It even comes with a nice warm breadstick. I’ve tried a few other things like their pizza and calzones, all quite tasty. I usually eat here when I come to the mall.

I wasn’t quite feeling the pizza or pasta, and was craving chicken, so I got their baked chicken in a marsala-like sauce. The price wasn’t listed(it was just out under the heat lamp, and it looked good so I bought it). My fault for not asking what the price was, but my chicken dish(was about half of a chicken breast) in sauce and a soda came out to $ 14. Not entirely sure how that happened, but considering it was a small portion, and that it was dry and the sauce was barely flavorful, I felt ripped off. I should have just gone with one of the many other options in the food court that give you better prices, bigger portions and more delicious food. Expectations weren’t all that high here — I mean, Sbarro’s pretty typical mall food — but when you’re surrounded by so many better options(the Westfield Culver City food court is probably the best mall food court I’ve ever been to), this place is more than lackluster. Not coming back.

Delicious pizza and some good sides. If you’re craving some New York style pizza, you can’t go wrong here. It’s always a safe choice at the mall. I would get a drink somewhere else though because it’s just regular fountain drinks with no refill. So get a cheap drink somewhere else.

They have pasta, baked chicken, lasagna and various items sitting on steam tables, which means this has become my go-to place for a quick meal. Given the measly 30 minutes allotted for my lunch break, Sbarro is a blessing. The only downside is that pricing is hard to understand. I always get the baked ziti with chicken. They have charged me anywhere from $ 10-$ 16. When I asked the cashier how the pricing broke down, she said that even she does not know.

I’m going to be generous and give 2 stars… this is mostly because they have a healthy-ish pizza that I’m looking forward to trying. Today my daughter ordered a slice of pizza, was what you expect from Sbarro. However, what really turned me off was we were going to get chocolate milk to go with it and it was lukewarm. Then we were going to get a small bottled water and they wanted $ 2.29 for it! No thank you!

I don’t get the bad ratings here. This place is great! I think it was the manager who was helping me order the food, but he was super friendly and helpful! We got two slices of cheese pizza and he suggested that I get an upgrage combo of salad or pasta with a drink. DEAL! We got the side of spaghetti noodles with the sauce on the side. Come’on, what do you expect? This is mall food! Again, the manager’s customer service rocked, but his staff(three of them) were pretty friendly and tried their best. It’s a reasonable and fun place to grab a quick bite to eat!

Food is fine, line moves fast enough. Gave this place ONESTAR because of the little side remark made by the(I think) manager who was taking my order. When he asked what drink I wanted and I said diet coke, he had me repeat what drink I wanted again. With a funny look on his face he says«just makin’ sure.» Yes, Sbarro manager, fat people like their diet sodas too. And you should already know, cause you’re fat too

Not much to write about here. It’s an overpriced pizza joint in a food court. I can’t walk up here and expect high quality food nor high quality service. It’s cool for what it is; the service is dismissive but the food is slightly above«meh.»

I feel bad to give one star to a business, specially a small business. But I think if they care about their business, a bad review may get their attention to look into their products and their customer service, so here it goes … We walked front of all food places in the mall, and we decided to go for Pizza. The pepperoni was added after the pizza was cooked. I ordered one slice. The staff placed it in the oven again. Now, I was thinking to myself, the pepperoni will be cooked and the rest of the pizza is going to be over cooked! I did not say anything. The cashier was not friendly and looked tired or upset. For two slices of pizza and a soda, we paid about $ 12. My pizza slice was dried up. The pepperoni was O.K. but it was not part of the pizza, and they were slipping off the slice. I wish they would have served me a freshly baked slice of pizza. I decided to just eat it and walk away. They have lots of room for improvement !!! Next time, I will try something else.

OK pizza. Worst customer service. One worker yelled at me while I was waiting for my pizza to heat: «ma am, can you get in line!» Apparently, she wanted the customers to be herded like cattle. It’s not like I could do anything while the pizza was getting heated. The cashier has a sticker that if u don’t get a receipt automatically, ur meal is comped Twice and consecutively the cashier forgot to give me a receipt. I was never comped. Such hypocrites

I just had the pepperoni Stromboli and is it strange that I think it was delicious? Seriously, I wasn’t expecting much. I mean, it’s in a food court and the food is sitting out waiting to be heated up. The food displays were so nice and neat and the food looked super fresh, so my temptations got the best of me and I ordered the Stromboli. They heated it up, packed it in a to-go box, charged me $ 5.15 and I was on my way.(Service, by the way, was very good. The staff was very friendly, from the servers to the cashier, and they worked efficiently too.) I work in El Segundo so by the time I got settled in my office to eat the Stromboli, I just figured it would be just meh. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting much. To my surprise, it was GOOD. The bread, the cheese, the pepperoni… and it was still hot! And after I finished it, I wish I had more. I don’t remember the last time I ate food from Sbarro. Sbarro is usually not my preference if I’m going to eat anything from a mall. It’s usually not my preference to eat anything at all from a mall! But I was running an errand during lunch today at Fox Hills and needed to get back to the office quickly, so mall food it had to be. I’m cringing as I write this, but I’m going to give this place 3.5 stars based on this visit, rounded up to 4. It may not be sit-down-dinner 4 stars, but it’s definitely mall-food-court 4 stars.

I hate giving businesses one star. But this is… Cashier: Your total is(says cash amount) Me: Ok.(hands over Card) Umm i don’t see the order I’m paying for. Cashier: What did you order? Me:(turns to little brother) what did you order? Little Brother: Hawaiian Pizza and a Salad. Me: Hawaiian Pizza and a Salad. Cashier: Ok.(turns to coworker, speaks spanish) Coworker:(Walks to nondescript metal table and picks up an uncovered, prepared salad) Here’s your salad. Me: That is not his salad. I don’t even know where that came from. I’d like a fresh one from the selection over there like everyone else is getting. Coworker: No, this is your salad. Me: I don’t want that. I want a fresh salad. You just walked over to that table and picked that up. It looks eaten off of. Cashier:(speaks spanish to Coworker and coworker storms off with major attitude to make a fresh salad) Me:(upset now) Is his pizza ready? Cashier:(speaks to coworker about the pizza) Coworker:(hand s cashier the new salad and looks into an oven with 3 hawaiian pizza slices in it) This is another order she just gonna have to wait. Me: No, I’ve BEEN waiting. My order has magically disappeared and you have an oven full of the slice i requested and paid for. Coworker:(rolls eyes and proceeds to give hawaiian slices to the family behind me. begins to speak rapid spanish.) Me: I dont give a damn what you’re mad about but i’m tired of being nice and i’ve been waiting for my order hella long. this is terrible customer service! Cashier:(grabs a slice of hawaiian pizza, rolls her eyes then hands it to me.) Me: Finally! Thank you! .totally unacceptable. Nobody messes with my little brother. Thank God I’m not into jumping over counters and stuff like that…
