I just hired AEGIS for security for an event. I needed four guys to ensure that there would not be any event crashers. These guys were excellent. They were completely professional and focused on executing the task at hand. People that arrived without tickets were quickly turned away with ease. It was a smooth and seamless experience working with them. I would totally recommend them for anyone that needed event security.

I highly recommend using AEGIS. We had an employee that was stealing business right from the business, so we reached out to few companies to help solve this issue for us and AEGIS seemed the most knowledgeable on the investigation process. The other companies just kept going straight back to the price, but AEGIS really seemed to almost get started on our case while we were on the phone together.
The investigators were very diligent and their discoveries came up almost instantly. We were able to package a case together and submit it to get the employee removed from our company and also had a very accurate estimated damages report from them.
Can’t thank them enough for this. Hopefully we never have to use this type of service again, but if we do, we know where to go.

I highly recommend AEGIS because Jeff and his team are very professional and they accomplish the goal of providing security and private investigation services. I have a crazy ex who always carries pocket knives and owns a gun, who weaseled his way into getting an invite to a party that I had RSVP’ed to going to, so I immediately thought of Jeff. Jeff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable that nothing would happen. Jeff’s presence really helped and I would call him again.

I had a concern that one of my employees was involved in some shady dealings that was stealing from my business. I hired Jeff and his team of investigators to do some digging and find out the truth. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking expert advice. They provided an honest response over the phone immediately when I called. They advised that I should locate the creator of a report that I had requested to be interpreted and to only trust that source. They advised that any attempts to seek out a company to interpret a report from outside companies would be futile and they should be considered not reputable. Therefore, they could have taken my money or only reviewed my submission after obtaining a fee or simply let me continue to waste my own time researching companies. Instead, they put my needs and budget ahead of their own.
Honest companies are rare to find, so they deserve the highest ranks!

I have a retail store and we had an internal theft that «inspired» me to call Aegis for a security consultation. They were a god send! Jeff spent the day with us, reviewing our operations and making suggestions to improve our security. Surprisingly, he turned out to be a great resource for a lot of other aspects of our business too. He was smart and very personable. And it helped that he had a good sense of humor. Since then we’ve used Aegis for random security questions and background checks and they’re always professional, quick to respond, and honest.

I contacted Jeff at AEGIS to discuss Process of Service for my business. I ended up working with him because I wanted more than a Process Server who’d just make a few basic attempts and then consider the matter failed, tipping off the defendant in the meantime. I needed success on the very first shot. Jeff made himself available once I identified the defendant’s home location and observed his departure, Jeff arrived when I asked him to, and was available throughout the stakeout process (at very reasonable prices), which did in fact result in Process Service success on the very first day, the moment the defendant returned to his home premises. Jeff provided a combination of consultation, communication, feedback, availability, resources, skill, and reassurance to get me exactly what I required in the shortest amount of time possible. Being involved in, and being allowed to keep completely on top of the process was great.

Today, I spoke with Jeff at Aegis to discuss some prospective security efforts.
Jeff took the time to both clearly identify and elaborate upon potential courses of action for the future efforts I am considering. I was unable to commit to working with Aegis just yet, as my project is still under development.
It is rare that a service provider invests the time up front like he did, to not only convey the appropriate level of information, but to do so with such thoroughness and completeness. Most companies just want you to call, they list some options, and then you pay, without offering you all options and explaining well. Aegis is certainly different.
I awarded the 5-​star recognition for Aegis because today, they performed far above and beyond my expectations for anyone, and did so gladly. I will certainly be working with Aegis as my project develops.

If you are holding a private event, or own a bar/​restaurant where security is needed you are doing yourself a disservice by not hiring the Aegis team!
