McDonald’s

This place was filthy and the guy who took our order was a complete a$$. We will never come here again. I get that working at a fast food place sucks but damn.

Came here after picking up my OC Marathon Bib because my kid wanted a Happy Meal. Service was par not too great. This place is like a zoo with kids running around and two homeless people sitting waiting for someone. Fries were super soggy and overly salted. I will never come back again to this Mc Donald.

10:30 drive through super sketchy and there were only 3 cars ahead of me but took 29 mins or so? Meanwhile a bunch of nutters all around buying liqueur next store and causing a scene. I’d just head to any other place that is faster and maybe in a better neighborhood at night.

I came here with my 3 year old son at 9:30am. The dining area is dirty and food crumbs all over the floor.
The play area is plastic, and some parts are not screwed on tightly. My son went into the slide and his finger got stuck in the open part of the slide. I decided to crawl in there to see how he hurt his finger and I noticed the workmanship was done badly.
The play area was very dirty all together and def not sanitized.
Overall not a good experience.

I know you shouldn’t expect much from McDonalds but still… This McDonalds is awful!!! «Oh we’re only taking cash» she says leaving me in line for nothing for 15 minutes. Then I grab cash, cuz for some unknown reason I actually want McDonalds and then they proceed to tell me about how they virtually have nothing they can make… Since I was stuck in line AGAIN, I ordered a McDouble. I get home and oh I get a single HAMBURGER with shit all over it. This McDonalds drives home the fact about how shitty this place is. Awful customer service, awful employees and just an awful location overall. I’d give it negative 1 if possible!!!

Ordered the simplest combo on the menu, a #2, and was still asked to pull to and wait up front. Waited for another 10 minutes before my meal was finally brought to me, only to see that my «large» fry was not full and my burgers cold… What did I wait for? Get it together…

They have the best customer service.
Was at the drive thru and did not check my order on the screen. After getting the order parked to have lunch and then noticed, I needed a little something. Went back and by then the line for the cars was so long, walked in and they where so nice and made sure I had a whole new order with hot fries.

Again. NO PEACH PIES but the sign is still up. The cashier said they ran out over a week ago. How hard is it to pull a wire sign out of the ground.
Plus this drive thru is S L O W.

Once again, filthy mess. Mcdonalds cares nothing and it is proven by this store. I had to clean my own table.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s drive thru for years. my review is about the service or rather the severe lack thereof… An occasional omission from an order is tolerable. inconvenient — yes. and irritating. this is, after all their JOB… and considering the fact that I only order 1 or 2 items, you’d think they could get it right… But, 2 times in 4 days (not at peak hours) is totally unacceptable…1^st) a 20 pc nugget and small fries (at the drive thru) at 7:40pm — they left out the NUGGETS ! ! ! 2^nd) 2 days later at 2:30pm, a hamburger, nuggets and small fries (inside the store) — they left out the fries… I called the manager to ask for a credit for the forgotten item because I wasn’t going to drive all the way back there for fries. I was told I could «get a free order of fries next time I was there». I don’t think so… I mean, really. how difficult can it be to get 2 items in a bag? ?? Maybe this is just a message to me to stop eating McDonald’s all together. DONE!

The only thing good about this McDonald’s is how utterly horrible it is. Downright filthy. The play area smells like piss. The whole place is always dirty. But it is never boring there. It is always dinner and a show.

Went there 2 nights ago and got major food poisoning from their big mac. Spent the next night in the bathroom and the day after sick in bed!!!

I had bad customer service experience at this location when the restaurant is not even crowded.

look, it’s McDonalds, i know what to expect. But tonight, the credit card machine was down, which meant only cash (it is rare that I have cash), the service was incredibly slow even thought there were only 2 people ahead of me in the drive-​through. The staff was genial, and the food met my expectations. If it wasn’t crazy slow, and cash-​only, it would have been a much better evening.

Went here a couple nights ago and they messed up my order so bad. I asked for two mcdoubles with everything and one mcdouble with just meat and cheese. What we ended up getting was one mcdouble with meat and a bun and the other two with just cheese and pickles and ketchup NO MEAT!! WTF! Me and my boyfriend were super upset, so we called them and told them that they completely messed up. We told them that we were never given a receipt but we told them the time we were there and how much it was. She said that she would take our name down and next time we came back we would get something in replacement for the same amount of money. We were okay with that but still annoyed as we could not bo back or miss our scheduled event. Then we went back tonight to get our moneys worth from there mistake and the employee had to get the manager and she came up and was super rude she told us there was no record of it down on paper even though we had called given order # and date and time. i had asked for 3 large 1 $ drinks instead which was cheaper then my original order She said she would only be giving me 2 drinks but i had shown her my copy via bank statements on iPhone (because we never received the receipt) for the day and dollar amount not to mention we had to drive back there again and She was not customer service friendly at all. We approached the situation very friendly and understanding (even though we didn’t need to be and she was just rude and treated us like we were lying trying to get free stuff. We will be contacting the store manager as well as corporate. We come here all the time (mostly for drinks) and to be treated in the way that we were was not okay. I’ve worked customer service all my work life and i can say that no is not a word you say to your customers often especially when you take their money without full filing your Obligation to deliver fast friendly and correct customer service

I came here with my boyfriend’s family and we ate in, though we should have eaten out. There was a crazy man inside whom kept talking to us about how God wasn’t real and right after, we got a preaching and pamphlets from a women who said she was there every morning if we wanted to know more about God. ALL WE WANTED WAS TO EAT OUR FOOD IN PEACE. Horrible environment in comparison to the other Mcdonalds. Not coming here again! I would rather drive somewhere farther.

I wanted to try the wings, but couldn’t bring myself to pay $ 1.00 each for them. OK I am the parent of 2 teenagers so how can you go wrong with McDonald’s — I would have sent this to their corp, because whoever told that $ 1 each was the right pricepoint was incorrect.

I give five stars as it relates to other fast food restaurants. The staff there is so nice I had to write a review and compliment them. They really genuinely want to make you happy.

I ordered the Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit and Hash Browns for $ 3.99.
The Biscuit was delicious, the Bacon was crispy, the Scrambled Eggs were great and the Cheese was so very good.
The Hash Browns were a great compliment to this Meal.
A great Meal to start the day from this Drive Thru.
