Well I’ll start by saying this, yes this is just my opinion results may vary. So I recently bought a mod from this place 97 $ came with a free juice and extra coil. Worked fine for few hours, later on at night the thing defected. Next day I call them asks them if I can come in after work for them to diagnose. I bring it in the store explain to the young lady at the register the issues I had etc etc. well let me back track. When I walked in the female owner was having a smoking session with a guy I assume was like customer of the year. Smh… Anyways as I’m explaining my issues the owner gets up and starts to question what I am explaining. Basically saying I fucked the thing up… Smh… So this customer of the year comes up and is rebutting everything I’m explaining. He’s like the freaking SME on vapes(not really) but really. Got to the point where I told them look just freaking test it because I did nothing wrong to it. I spent 97 $ so either my money back or replace it. Finally after they made me feel like I caused this issue they replace it but only give me the box not another coil nothing. Sounds like I’m just griping but the customer service was terrible. I’m never going back to that store and I live a block away. I will gladly drive to Killeen because the vape shops are more respectable plus they know hey these devices are like any other electronic sometimes they will have defects no worries we will replace as long as you did nothing to cause it. Oh and then they never even gave me this card they have where you spend so much you get a stamp and get discounts didn’t even mention it to me, but they damn sure made it clear to the guy standing next to me when he purchased freaking liquid… Mind you i just spent 97 $… Not trying to be ignorant here but maybe it was my dreads… Ijs… I can tell they have there«regular» customers which is fine and all but dammit money is money regardless if I come in one time twice whatever, treat every customer the same! You never know who’s going to walk through that door. I wish I could give a no star because that’s what they are worth straight garbage.

One of my last resort Vape shops in the area. The only good thing I like about this shop is that it’s open on Sunday. Employees are extremely rude, juice is sub par to the area, and mods are mediocre at best. The Shop owner is extremely unprofessional, talking negative about any other shop other than his. I do understand self promoting his business, but downing everyone else’s is clearly unprofessional. I highly discourage anyone to visit this shop, it will leave a bad taste for the whole vape community.

Five stars just for being open on Sunday. Good house made juice and the chick working had cool hair. Oh and they make box mods for a good price.

Already miss this place, just moved. Their flavors are great, smooth and made in house. They have the only vape juice that doesn’t leave my chest feeling like it got kicked in by a mule with its balls wrapped in duct tape. Keep up the great work, I haven’t smoked in six! months because of this places wonderful products!

The prices are far more expensive then other vape shops, and their juice has a bad after taste and smells like ammonia on the exhale at the end. Wouldn’t recommend.

I love to support small business and the local community, but I hate to be ripped off! Went in to buy a new clearomzer. One lady seemed helpful, while a younger girl played on her phone. Was charged $ 33.99.When I got home, I jumped on the internet to see if I was treated fair… NOPE!!! Found the exact model online for less than half($ 15)of what I paid… quite the mark up. will never go to this shop again!!! Do yourself a favor and buy online!!!
