What a nice group of young adults runs this location in Copperas Cove! My husband and I were picked up from our hotel immediately when we called for a ride, pleasantly greeted, helped right away, and given the best rate possible. The only reason I wouldn’t give a 5 star rating is that they automatically charged me for roadside assistance, which I would not have asked for since I have AAA already. We were so busy chatting with them, I didn’t read the fine print. I asked the woman what I was initialling for; she said one was to accept (damage waiver), and all the others were to decline, so I signed. When I got back I saw I was charged for it — and yes, I did sign for it. So I asked them to take it off. We’ll see if they do or not.

I’ve been renting a car every weekend for the past 9 months to save mileage on the 328. The staff is always smiling when I walk in the door. The branch manager, Amanda, is nothing short of amazing.
Enterprise will pick you up if you need a ride there. They always remember their regulars and often allow me to upgrade for being a rental stalker!
I often find myself chatting with them long after I’ve rented or returned my car. It’s like a second family. Stop by and ask about the weekend $ 9.99/daily rates. Unbeatable.
