i don’t usually waste time on reviews for chains a big as Starbucks. i also prefer to give positive reviews. but after second and third chances i find their one star deserved. — cold coffee. can’t ever happen at a coffee house. — trash on the floor. i dont understand how the patrons that stay there deal with all the trash everywhere. — rude employees. at least the cold stares match the coffee. — i see one patron getting preferential treatment every time I’ve visited this coffee house. — i see why there are so many Starbucks locations: so you can avoid ones like these without too much trouble.

I frequent this starbucks because it’s located across the street from where I work. We come here for coffee runs, breaks or if I need to stop off in the morning before coming into the office. I’ve never had a huge complaint. it’s your typical starbucks… busy lines during certain times of the day, tight parking spaces with a weird set up sharing with Trader Joes. Anyhow, my coffee usually tastes well, Staff has been fairly nice. I’ve mobile ordered with no issues. But today… I walked in with my coworker on a usual coffee break. Ordered our drinks and used the coffee bar to add some half and half. The half and half was low, so we waited for another one. We only waited about 2 min and I put my phone down to fill up my drink. I placed my phone on the coffee bar and left it. We walked back to the office when I realized I left it there. Walking back, my co worker called the Store. After several rings, a guy answered and she let him know the situation. After a few seconds, he came back saying there was no phone and no one has turned it in and to check back in a hour… someone might turn it in. We were already on our way there and decided to check anyways. LOWANDBEHOLD… I walk in and there it was… on the coffee bar, where I left it. DIDYOUEVENCHECK? or were you too busy to check? SUCHPOORSERVICE!!! This kind of stuff makes me dislike this coffee company. I would expect more from this location, given then have frequent and loyal customers. One star for location, another for the fact that I’ve never had any drink/taste issues. Other than that… I plan to not come back here. It’ll be hard, because it’s across the street, but hey! I can save $ by drinking office coffee and still get my STARS from another location.

Small busy location. They keep the line moving and were friendly. Very clean. I like the way the food is displayed so you don’t have people standing in front of the cashier still trying to decide what to get. Some of the patrons were a little odd but such is life.

I’ve never been to this Starbucks and it seems like a very large location placed in a decent business area. The service was fast and friendly. Just like any other Starbucks I can’t drink their coffee because it’s either tooooo sweet or just tastes like sh! t. The only reason I stopped by because of the location.

This place has at least one horribly rude worker. Working at Starbucks means you have to wait until you close to clean and talk crap about the patrons that made you mad. You don’t berate customers who paid to use your facilities for doing so. This is very unprofessional and likely the reason you are as old as you are and work where you do. We will not be back.

Conveniently located to Airport Plaza and golf course as well as Sam’s Club and TJ’s. Store has been remodeled and the set up makes for a smoother purchase/pickup process. Lots of new staff but everyone is great.

This Starbucks is either a hit or a miss, half the time the employees are completely rude and half the time they’re SOMEWHAT Decent. Most of the time the workers are too busy talking to each other and not even paying attention to the drinks they’re making. I only stop by when I’m in the area, I’d rather go to other Starbucks than this one.

These baristas are HORRIBLE! Always rude, never greet you when you are standing right in front of them at the register. My drink is made by a large grumpy woman who is always complaining about something. When I order a breakfast sandwich they never call out my name when it is done. I have to walk up to the pick up counter and I see my food item just sitting there. Why ask for my name if you aren’t going to use it. These girls are not cute enough to be acting rude all the time. I only go here as a last resort and today was the last straw. I stood at the counter, 4 crew members behind the counter, two made eye contact with me and did not say hello. I started counting in my head to see how long someone would actually start helping me. I counted to 62! Have you ever counted 62 Mississippi’s? It takes awhile. People go here because it is a Starbucks not because of the staff. Manager really needs to give a lesson on customer service to the staff.

Such lovely people. Came around 8, I had great customer service with Cat and her co worker. I didn’t really see his name but they are amazing people! Ordered 4 drinks and they came out very quick.

I went into the Starbucks today for the first time. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the manager was practically screaming she was talking so loud. The entire establishment was packed full of people on their computers and on their phones like most Starbucks usually are. And I felt sorry for them all because they all had to listen to this woman talk. She was complaining about other Starbucks establishments. She was talking about how dirty they are and about how other employees don’t work and they are lazy. The other employees working there were laughing at her and they were all joking. It was so unprofessional that my heart was literally pounding when I left because I was so angry. Not only that but they practically ignored me after placing my order. I would not come back here again unless I absolutely was dying for coffee.

We come here to get our drinks(Iced green tea lemonade) & work. Nice environment, More space for people to work/stufy now(they remodel the place) which we enjoy. Downside: At&T internet(slow), not like other starbucks which uses Google Fiber(fast). They need to upgrade their internet!

I have been going to this Starbucks for years but this store has really gone downhill in recent months. It is now dirtier, slower, with more items out of stock and more wrong orders, and with more employees with bad attitude, poor food/drink handling hygiene, etc. Many of the employees appear not to give a damn about customers. Many nights, more than an HOUR before closing time, employees make it clear they don’t want customers to come in or stay by tipping chairs at all/most of the unoccupied tables so that the tables become unavailable. Some of the best employees whom I have known for years either no longer work at this store or their hours are cut way down. Today, I experienced such terrible service and rudeness that I left to go to the Starbucks inside the Sunvalley Mall Safeway instead. Yes, it was over 90 degrees outside and even hotter in my car and I chose to deal with the heat rather than put up with the bad attitude. I still have a lot of money on my Starbucks gold card, but am now seriously considering switching to Peet’s and other Starbucks competitors after I use up the balance.

Awful waiting time for coffee! Wow! The time it took this Starbucks to make my coffee, I could have had breakfast, gone to the gym, shopped at Sun Valley and read a Best Selling Novel! Really. The Barista(Allison) could have used a shot of adrenaline to get things going… I’m a Starbucks junkie and spend a great deal every month and the last thing I needed today was to be late because it took her 10 minutes to have my coffee ready. I know, they most likely went out back to pick my coffee beans! Right.

Spacious Starbucks with lots of tables, but lots of people occupying the tables even at 7pm at night. They got my order right, so that’s already a plus. It’s the closest Starbucks around the work place so it’s nice to be near one if I ever have a pang for a $ 3 – 4 coffee. In this case I was on a star dash and trying to get in my stars before the end of the day. I feel like Super Mario…

I’m a Starbucks fan so not much can go wrong with one. This location is small though. Not much of an area to sit and if there’s a line, the store is crowded. They have outdoor seating too for those nice days in Concord. One thing I don’t like is they close too early.

Service was pleasant and quick. For that, four stars, but i wished they carried plain peppermint tea that wasn’t a mixture that may or may not have something in it that will be detrimental to my health. As for the clientele: Scene: I am sitting there doing chemistry homework, minding my own business. Random guy #1: Hey, are you doing math? Me: No, it’s organic chemistry. RG #1: Wow, that looks scientific. Me: Yes, it’s science. 5 minutes later. Next random guy: Hey, that looks hard! Are you going back to school? Me: Yes, I have my bachelors, just getting my medical prerequisites. NRG: That’s great! I used to lie on my resume and say I had an AA but you can’t do that any more. They check that stuff now! Me: Oh, um, right. So you obviously can’t go to this starbucks for: A) the intellectual conversation B) to get homework done, ’cause random guys try to engage without provocation C) peppermint tea BUT, you can go for the good ol’ starbucks tried and true service and some sparkly water. Some days, that’s enough.

Never really have been impressed with this particular Starbucks. After giving up my daily Starbucks addiction several years ago, I seldom visit a Starbucks and if I do, its usually for one of there pastry treats. This particular afternoon I was in a major need of a caffeine fix. So, being this location was on rout to my destination, I decided to pay them an old visit. I used to frequent this place quite often several years ago and even then, I had never been impressed with the overall customer service at this location. Which still seems to have remained the same. Inpersonable, protruding a rushed and get the the hell outta here feel. I ordered a tall soy sugar free cinnamon Dulce latte, with one extra add shot. Took forever to receive it and it turned out to be just ok. I will admit, I have become a bit of a coffee snob over the years and especially after getting hooked to Blue Bottle Coffee, so, its no wonder Starbucks falls short as far as there taste of coffee, though there pastries on the other hand, are absolutely fantastic. Definitely will stick to my seldom visits and particularly just for there pastry treats :)

So now I know where the Highway Patrol takes their breaks at. There was definitely a presence here. This is the closest Starbucks on the way to my office in San Ramon. A bit off the beaten path. I probably wouldn’t come here if I was in a hurry. Service was fast and I got a lovely, fresh Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich with my iced coffee. One of the freshest I have yet to have from a Starbucks. Whatever, its a Starbucks pack’n some heat.
