Took several items to be dry cleaned. Received a couple things back with the same stains on them that I took for them to get out. One was even just makeup around the collar of a dress shirt.

I am extremely impressed! I had a minor emergency with a garment and everything was taken care of! My garment looks very clean and fresh! Tina and Lisa were amazing, and I will definitely be returning!

My husband and I went to pick up his dry cleaning which consisted of his military suit. The sign by the door says Free suit cleaning for veterans. Thank you for your service. My husband mentioned to the check out lady he was a vet and asked about the free cleaning. She began to tell him what he had was not a suit and that the offer was for November only and he should of mentioned it when he dropped off the suit. Two things wrong here. Apparently, she’s not in the military and doesn’t know what a military suit looks like and she didn’t know it was still November. She began to call someone to see if she could offer a discount somehow. Needless to say she had an awful attitude the whole time. We will not be going here ever again. Don’t offer a discount that you will not honor whether they be vets or not.

My daughter had her Snow White costume cleaned here. First of all, everything is shipped to Dublin for cleaning. They lost her costume it took over 2 weeks to get it back and no discount no coupons no apology NOTHING???

Fantastic Customer Service!!! Ebony, Olivia and Julie are fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fun! Your work is immaculate and gorgeous! My sweater never looked so good!!! Whatever you do, do NOT give this place your email address. They will not remove you from the email«service» they provide. Also prices are not competitive. They will also badger you if they do not like your review.

These guys are great! Fast, friendly and reliable service. I haven’t had the opportunity to work with the other employees and am sure they are great, but I have worked with Travis and he goes above and beyond for the customer.

Ok. Sent a pair of my vintage look with white trim(bigger, creamy color thread) to get hem. Sounds easy right. Yeah. I thought so. Since I wanted to keep the look of my jeans that way from top to bottom because they are not cheap, I MADESURE I let the girl at the store know that I want to keep the original hem, have the tailor stitch it back on once he/she shorten my jeans so I have my original look. Result: My original hem is GONE. ENDS of the thread hung out and there are multiple lines of thread… seriously? So unprofessional. What irritated me is, ok, original hem is gone, I can suck that up even I made sure I have her details about the way that my jeans hem BUT with those multi lines of ultra white threads on my dark jeans, with long ends hanging out? I can’t even force myself to forget it and take them home like that. It made me so sad and disappointed. All other dry cleaners keep my original hem too. Not my first jeans that get hem, just saying. I had them take my jeans back and, if they can find my original hem, that will be a miracle, so hopefully they will find a creamy thread and a better tailor fix that hem for me. I’m praying they know how to do their job. I thought a kid hem my jeans or something. Update 7⁄25(2 more stars given): one of the ladies at the corporate called me today(thanks Karen). They will have everything taken care of and still have original hem and if I’m still not satisfied, they will give me credits for the value of my jeans. Taking full responsibility which is a great, great customer service. Will update my review again when I get my jeans back. Update 7⁄30: Picked up my jeans yesterday. First time I try them on after they got… hemmed? Twice? Check out picture and tell me I’m not crazy. I think there’s a miscommunication here between the girl put in my order and the tailor. I told her I wanted 30 ½ inseam after hem, NOT just half an inch. I Bought these jeans with 33″ inseam. Those shoes I wear in the picture have 4 ½ inches heel. Right, I still don’t want my pants dragging on the ground just like when I bought them. The girl was friendly, but that doesn’t do anything with my order. Didn’t even ask how short I wanted to go for and I had to state it myself a couple times because I felt unsure if she knows how to put in details in order to communicate with the tailor. Yeah, I was right. But, I guess who cares?
